Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Lapangan Terbang Guarulhos dan sentiasa berusaha untuk melayani anda dengan cara terbaik, dari makanan hingga pengangkutan, menawarkan banyak kelebihan dengan harga yang sangat kompetitif. Dari pengamatan saya, mereka masih diubahsuai, tetapi di tingkat atas, itu adalah pilihan yang tepat untuk menerima tetamu. Kembali di Guarulhos, saya pasti akan menempah lagi

Location is right in the city centre in Guarulhos and relatively close to the airport. It's close to pharmacies, restaurants and bakeries but also close to an adult entertainment establishment, which could be loud. The transfer driver was friendly although the transport is paid (R$8) and not included in the stay. The room was badly lit and in need of refurbishment and redecoration. The frying smell from the kitchen came up through the bathroom window. The WiFi didn't work well in the room and the TV also didn't connect to any channels. The breakfast was fine and everything individually wrapped with plastic during the pandemic. There was just one person at the reception even though the hotel was busy so I had to wait to be checked in. Considering the small difference in the price I would rather pay a bit more and have more comfort somewhere else the next time.

It's a very good deal considering the transfer service from terminal 2 every hour to the hotel in just 20 minutes you will be there for free. The servir run 24/7 so my fly arrive 1:30 am and at 2:30 i was in a good clean room nearby airport. So I do recommend, a big yes for one nigh or bussines connection at the airport.

Good communication with the hostel and the transfer driver, they could make a map showing were is the meeting spot to help, but the message with the reference was ok for me who speak Portuguese, Clean bedroom bathroom , they have a tv, wireless, towel and body soap. The crew is polite, friendly and helpful, they helped me to order food, change money and show me the breakfast room. Fair breakfast, 2 types of bread, ham, cheese, butter, hotdog sauce, cashew juice and coffee. It was a good experience.

I have been in the Monreale Plus Guarulhos hotel a few times. There are friendly and helpful front desk, Every time they have excellent services. The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!

Atendimento cordial e atencioso, quartos muito organizados e limpos, roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade! Ótima acomodação! Café da manhã completo, muitas opções e de ótima qualidade. Não cheguei a utilizar, mas visto a qualidade do café, o serviço de quarto deve seguir a mesma qualidade.

No perrengue de perder conexão em guarulhos, foi nossa salvação. Atendimento da portaria muito cordial que resolveu meu problema de erro no aplicativo hoteis e conseguiram na hora refazer a reserva e conseguir meu reembolso na maior boa vontade

Hotel com bom custo benefício. Disponibiliza transporte do Aeroporto para o hotel e do hotel para o aeroporto de graça, sem necessidade de agendamento prévio. O café da manhã do hotel é bom, os quartos são limpos e fomos atendidos muito bem pelo staff do hotel.
