Stay at this hotel of liars and thieves at your own risk. Every day that I stayed at this hotel, I asked them to stay out of the room, and that if I needed anything, I would ask. According to management, they told the employees to stay out of the room, and yet the employees ignored management, and entered the room anyway. Every day they entered the room, everything I own was touched and moved. From the first day they entered, items ended up missing or lost. At no point in time did management ever care about the threat to my security that I was experiencing. Neither management nor the owner ever reached out to me to stop the threat, make things right, or even apologize. The burden of trying to track down the manager or the owner for any communication was left to me. The owner eventually claimed that they were sorry and was going to send me a letter of apology, but no such letter was ever sent. No messages were sent through the website. No calls were made. Nothing. When my hotel booking site got involved, the hotel refused to answer the phone or return emails, indicating that the hotel knew they were guilty and complicit in the lies and thefts. I gave the hotel owner every opportunity to do the right thing, and yet they refused, suggesting that, at best, the owner doesn’t care about what goes on in their hotel, or, worse, knows exactly what is happening and encourages it. Either way, you will be on your own if you stay at this hotel, and you’ll have very little recourse to correcting wrongs because they won’t answer the phone or return messages to the booking sites that are supposed to act as intermediaries for resolving problems. I am even willing to delete this review, if the owner just does what they claimed they would do. Which means if you’re still able to read this review, the owner is still condoning the lies and thefts that their employees engage in.
