Hotel berhampiran Longyin Bridge, Guilin

一個有電動車🛵紅綠燈🚦的城市，桂林真的很愜意！第一次來桂林遊玩，定對了酒店，玩起來都非常的舒暢！當天中午入住，前台姐姐服務態度很好，還告訴我們房間稍舊，但其實也是正常的，沒啥；酒店門口是單獨的一塊地，很敞亮；環境很好，酒店一旁馬路一旁就是灕江，靠着江，有一條通往後棟的過道，很安逸很美麗；坐在電梯裏也能看到景色，冷氣很足；上了樓，房間應該都能看到江，是江景房哈哈，房間真的很大，然後可能也導致空調冷的慢了點，房間住的特舒服，設施一應俱全，也比較乾淨，房間也送礦泉水，最重要，這個酒店真的很靜謐，過道沒有聲音，樓外更聽不見聲音，位置很安靜，也不偏，從旁邊的龍隱橋過了江的一條街都是賣好吃的，糯香驛站、老東江米粉總店、清補涼、螺螄粉、趙一鳴…！性價比高，要是以後再來桂林，肯定都會選擇這裏！希望看了評論能幫到大家，個人的真誠評論！

I really liked this hotel. Very clean, everything is new, just renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff who are ready to help and are always in touch. Within walking distance of Seven Star Park and other sights of the city, it is very convenient, I walked everywhere.

Small family run guesthouse. Basic room with Japanese style bed on raised platform. Was a 2km walk to most of the city tourist sites. Was more expensive than our usual accom budget but of lesser standard. Maybe Guilin accommodation is more expensive.

We spent 2 nights at Sheraton hotel in Guilin. The hotel is located very centrally in walking distance to most major tourist attractions and close to Guilin railway station. The staff was very attentive and absolutely accomodating for all of our wishes making our experience very memorable. The interior design of the hotel is well thought out and gives it a simple but elegant touch. The facilities include small swimming pool which we couldn't try due to the weather situation. The gym consisted of a handful of cardio treadmills and machines for resistance training from Life Fitness with an area in the corner with dumbells and foam rollers, yoga mats. The changing room came with a sauna. We can recommend the breakfast buffet which is a mix of Western breakfast and local specialties from Guilin. Out of the available package options we really enjoyed the photo shoot where they provide makeup and clothes(classy/elegant and Guilin traditional) to capture the amazing moments from the trip.

Great location next to the Sun and Moon tower and center of Guilin. Bonus is it is on front of to the fire and rescue station in case of fire! Friendly staff and fine rooms.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and we loved it. It had everything we needed and the location was super convenient as it was close to the high street, shops and all the necessities! We celebrated my boyfriends birthday there and he was very happy. The staff were very kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

I am fully satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location of this hotel is superb. It is next to food street and closed to tourist attractions. Room is clean with no smoking smell. Have laundry room including dryer that is free of charge. Staff gave us free breakfast buffet (probably because I was traveling with a disabled mom), which tastes great. There is a tourist counter at lobby where I bought my cruise trip to YangShuo. Price is reasonable. We receive free gift (key chain and towels) upon our check out. The only con is that their lobby is at lower level with stairs, which is not convenient for my mom who is on wheelchair to get to their lobby.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with care. I was pleasantly giving a room upgrade, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They even added me on ”WeChat” to stay in touch and check in regularly. The staff's dedication to service didn't stop there. They generously offered me a late check-out and assisted with storing my luggage. When I found myself running late for my train from Guilin to Guangzhou as I was coming from Yangshuo, they went the extra mile, delivering my luggage to the station and staying with me until they were certain everything was in order. This truly showcased their exceptional customer service and commitment to making my trip stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was impeccably clean and well-appointed. All amenities were top-notch, further contributing to the overall positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip to Guilin so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

They should raise the salary to the girl at the desk, regardless of what she's getting paid at the moment. She speaks English at a level that we had never seen before in China (not even close). Moreover, she's got the answer to all your concerns and questions with a huge smile. This is priceless in this country. If you have travelled around China for a while you'd know what I'm talking about... Legend.
