The services are very up to the marks & the rooms are bry nice nd having good amenities and the food are very tasty and special thnks to Mr Faizan and Shahid was very humble and kind towords us and Restaurant team was very fabulous ..we will vist again....this trip was very good nd stay was very safe

My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, with attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean and food was amazing, delicious the service was amazing , and the amenities were excellent. Highly recommended for a delightful experience!

It’s a good hotel for what you get in Gulmarg! Either you spend that money to stay in hotel like Khyber but if not, this is a good choice. Right next to Gandola, it gives you everything around at walking distance. Food is extremely good. We took the meal plan (breakfast and dinner ) so we were sorted but otherwise food is expensive(goes like 800-900 for a sabji and 1000+ for non veg including starters for a dish). Staff is very good and they are very accommodating and that matters a lot. Shabir, Rafeef (FnB manager) and Kifayat were extremely hospitable. Breakfast and dinner spread isn’t a whole lot but whatever they have is really good. They have good centralised heating system. Linens were ok, towels were not good but we requested and they changed. They provide free food and milk for toddlers. Again, these are not hotels based out in big city so don’t expect a whole lot but for where they are based, it’s good. Also, they have an insane charge of 3k/night for extra bed- even Marriot doesn’t charge that much which was ridiculous. Rest it’s a good hotel

Really good stay. Enjoyed every bit of our stay with The pine spring. Excellent staff behaviour and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here and experiencing the grandeur. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pine Spring, Gulmarg. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a cozy retreat. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by serene beauty that enhances the overall experience. The food is delicious and well-prepared, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff is extremely cooperative and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Rafiq and Shabir for their exceptional service in the restaurant – their diligence and hospitality truly stand out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gulmarg!

It was fantastic stay in gulmarg hotel pine spring. I had two nights stay in pine spring, keeping in view the food service, housekeeping service and front office boys with smiling welcome, forced to extend my stay by one night more Overall the stay was very comfortable, staff very helpful always come forward one step ahead to help the guests. I feel stay home away my home. I recommend all my friends to stay in pine spring gulmarg. I had a very pleasant stay. God bless pine spring and it's staff
