Good property, centrally located. Food and service very good. Found staff smiling and serving. We met Mr Rajinder karelia, who with smiling face looked after us. The evening tandoori items served were excellent. Breakfast buffet had wide variety and was served efficiently by staff.

The hotel is located near to Railway Station as well as in Market Area. Most of the tourist places are nearby. The property is old and renovation work is going on. The rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are ok types, have all the basic things. The hotel staff is cooperative, the property has a restro called Swad which serves delicious food, though little costlier wrt Gwalior. It also has a terrace Restro, having fort view in the night. Overall, a decent stay for short duration.

First Impressions-Walked into the reception to a musky smell caused by inadequate circulation.The fanfare for the welcome which included the musicians could be choreographed better maybe on the lines of Taj Havelock.  Well appointed heritage suite and a pleasant interaction with Teresa, the affable Front Office Manager The next three days are summed up in subsequent paragraphs. Food/Restaurant 1.    The service at the restaurant which was initially found wanting did become better with time.Great work ethics of Prakash and Arjun 2. Pls work on a more creative layout for the buffet meals. Very mundane spread. Try and introduce a GHAR KA KHANA section akin to Blue Diamond Pune. Housekeeping / Laundry Housekeeping Efficient. Laundry Average. Final Word Grooming of some members of the team needs to be a real focus area. As shared with some office bearers, this dampener has the potential to hit revenue and this is a considered view having heard In summary, this is a team of some contrasts and while that is acceptable to an extent in a new property, it could be counter-productive going forward esp considering the demography of this area. Great Leadership provided by Ms Tanika Taneja as revealed in each of my interactions with her and members of the leadership group. The location is easily accessible. Front office staff very cordial. Toiletries abundant. Hot water supply is not an issue. Restaurant gives food of appreciable quality. The only downside is the size of the room. Whereas in the website it is noted to be 25 sq. Mtrs, it cannot be more than 150 to 160 sq. Ft. Accommodates only 2 chairs besides the king size bed. Not spacious enough to accommodate a table on which one can have coffee or snacks. Considering this, the amount charged for the room is more but, the overall experience is nice as the staff are accommodative and helpful.

Food was good, breakfast was not good as they bring from road side stalls, it was cold, u cant expect early morning tea ☕️,but as I booked room for 3 hotel didn’t provide extra mattress, and didn’t refund amount for not providing bed , My daughter was handicapped para national swimming player so we request thm to give lower floor room as no lift in hotel dispite of booking 1-month before
