沒有想到在海拉爾住到了比華東任何一個親子酒店還要好的親子房，完全不是糊弄的帳篷高低鋪什麼的，而是超級厚重的木材整屋定製，還有蒙古族的繪本，真的是太多驚喜了。整個酒店非常好，晚上約了朋友在頂樓的酒吧喝了一杯，還看到了伊敏河的日落，雖然沒有遇到綠色的大草原，但這家酒店絕對是海拉爾的頭牌，地理位置一級棒早飯的時候布里亞特包子都是阿姨親手包的，還有羊腿，真的是太好吃了，早飯完全可以頂得上一頓中飯。夏天一定再來！

We liked that the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the service was friendly. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. It is little bit far from center of city. But is was nice because so quiet to stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit

第一次入住，感覺都不錯，尤其早餐豐盛，當時初認為終於有了亞朵的平替，所以有了
第二次入住，終於看到了事物的本質，可以用可惜和無語形容，可惜的是本來硬件不錯的一家四星酒店，位置，房間結構，衞生都還可以，但是問題出在了管理上，從入住時不提醒WIFI密碼，到打電話直接問，這是體驗差之一，早餐質量和第一次天壤之別，現在想想第一次是有公檢法的ZF人員開會，所以服務和早餐都很好。早餐差就算了，餐廳服務員在用餐客人在旁邊的情況下把肉菜—應該是熘肉段全部搞到自己拿的一個圓盒子裏，看到客人在看，毫無反應，一點不剩；取水果西瓜時，又見到這位餐廳服務員還是老動作取果盤中間最大的西瓜片。煮碗麪吃吧，取了一點肉醬，看着80%都是醬，肉餡很少，看着就鹹，衹放了一點在面上，結果這輩子沒吃過這麼鹹的，就想問下酒店，這樣節省成本真有意義嗎？要不別開了。
接觸的酒店服務人員從臉上狀態到執行動作沒有職業化的態度和真誠的服務意識，窺一斑而知全豹，可知整個上面的管理都是浮於表面而扎不下根，中國的酒店隨着社會發展一茬起一茬落，想持久不落一定要有危機意識，本來不想發評價，一對基層服務人員不利，二酒店也不會真聽和認真持久改正，因為主要還是管理，管理不是高壓，不是口號，是發自內心熱愛服務業的那份心源。補充下，因為浪費是可恥的行為，那碗麪雖然被一點醬搞的齁鹹，但還是全吃了，一點沒浪費。
如果上天真的幫你，那你就會在靈魂深處有頓悟和自省。因為有了較愉快的一次，才有的二次。儘管以後再到此地與此酒店已後會無期，還是希望硬件不錯的這家華美達酒店能繼續好好的活下去，前提是一把手得重視，下面的服務問題的根源折射的是管理層尤其一把手的責任，所以不要看到問題反饋就拿服務員開刀，他們和她們都是生活不易的基層，管理層自省吧。

可以説是全程最棒最棒的酒店了，除了餐食太貴沒有定之外其他服務都是💯
而且前台可以買到牙克石的冰箱貼都很可愛，包括酒店自己設計的IP周邊也超可愛。如果沒有訂他家早餐的話可以走到路口右轉有個早市，豆腐腦熱乎乎的加上糖油果子，才5塊錢也簡直太好吃了
到哈克崖山來回大概1個半小時，大家預留好時間哦不然趕不上日落啦

酒店稍顯老舊，但很整潔乾淨，床品和衞生間都很乾凈，房間不臨街很安靜，進屋有點潮，但開窗通一會兒風就好了。前台（張東雙）很熱情服務很好，送了奶酪，還送了孩子小禮物，房間有水果，有免費礦泉水，客房服務員也很好，酒店停車場很大，自駕很友好。門口就是夜市，不過我們十一來的已經不開了，附近就是早市，當地人很多來的很接地氣。不過早餐的餐廳服務需要提高，菜品也比較鹹，感覺東西都是好東西，但是味道一般。這酒店整體體驗很好，住的很踏實又延住了一晚。

This is a great hotel for a good price. The service is excellent, room was clean and a good location - near shopping and subway about 20 minute walk. Interior is beautiful reflecting the local culture. I will be back!

AAnonymous UserYou might want to bring your own disposable slippers and toiletries. Disposable bath towels and a dental kit are provided in the room. The cleanliness of the bedding, however, could be improved. The view is genuinely fantastic; we were given a first-row room directly facing the grasslands. The evening activities were also quite varied and engaging. Watching the sunset right outside our door was incredibly beautiful. Parking was convenient, and getting around was easy. Buying the performance package for Honggeer Aobao directly from the resort was very good value, and you can also book horse riding through them.

GGuest UserThis place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home!
If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic.
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at Shuangman Huarui. It felt better than the Shuangman in Yiqi. A young man at the front desk took the initiative to deliver the luggage to the room and gave welcome fruits. Seeing that our family brought two children, the hotel also took the initiative to provide children's slippers and toothbrushes. Since we were not familiar with Kangbashi, the hotel also kindly informed us of the travel route.
The room was also very clean. After taking a shower, my slippers were wet, so I called to get two more pairs. The lady who cleaned the room also put a few more bottles of mineral water.
Worth recommending! !

We were fortunate to meet a staff member named Tintin who spoke English well and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The food was decent and served buffet-style, with a variety of options. There were also snacks available in the lobby, a coffee shop offering complimentary coffee, and a bar with free drinks. The hotel provides several different areas to explore and enjoy, and we especially appreciated the fireworks at night. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with something for everyone to enjoy.

The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

MMiaowuhuodadaIt is the best yurt I have ever lived in. The house is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are high-end, and the combs and razors are all made of wood. I checked in on Dragon Boat Festival just after the rain. It was about 10 degrees in the middle of the night, and there was a fireplace to burn fire, which was very warm. The camp restaurant has stir-fry, hot pot, and skewers, which taste good and can also be viewed. The camp is very close to Shangdu Lake and is located in the grassland. The surrounding and camp environment is good, and you can watch the stars and the lake. The camp also has 1 calf and 2 lambs, which are lovely relatives, and there are handsome horses to ride. From the boss to the staff, they are very enthusiastic. The reception staff patiently answered various questions. The front desk staff checked in in the rain to check in, and there was a housekeeper group to communicate and contact in time, making people feel at home. There was also a bonfire party in the evening, setting off fireworks and flowers to illuminate the night sky. Even though they were all strangers, everyone gathered together to enjoy this excitement.
