住了四個晚上，家庭房景觀雙床房和帳篷親子房都住了，平方數都一樣，但是格局上，家庭房略擁擠，雙床房最舒服，景觀也好，能看到大橋和伊敏河，雪後太美了。帳篷親子房有滑滑梯，孩子在房間都玩得很開心。
服務沒話説，超級好，還有個要表揚的地方就是，酒店的電視，可以直接登錄愛奇藝和極光雲視聽，不像有些酒店衹有極光 TV 要花錢，投屏也要花錢，要麼點不到什麼。床位小椅子酒店都能提供，真不錯。本來行程前我們有兩晚是想換個環境 訂了全季的，也退了，住回艾瑞文華

滿洲里威尼斯大酒店環境是真的好，乾淨又衞生，住着也很放心，本來出來是睡不習慣的，但是在這裏感受到了不一樣温馨，服務態度也好，前台的小姐姐也很熱情，關心，在這裏還有蒙文化，看到了很多不一樣的蒙古國的物品，在這裏真是住的温暖，有愛，下次再來玩還要來這裏

Stayed with my family. Very nice clean and new hotel. Rooms are specious and beds are large. Hotel room smell was nice. No cigarette smell as in most chinese hotels. In overall everything was very good including breakfast, ventilation, hotel amenities. Very satisfied stay. Thank you

這次回臨河探親，選對酒店太重要了！酒店地理位置絕佳，去黃河灣散步很方便。房間裏地暖熱乎得很，床品乾淨又舒服，晚上睡得特別香。
最最最要誇的是前台小付太熱情了，辦理入住時不僅速度快，還主動給我們推薦了本地人常去的燴菜館，味道一絕！有什麼需求響應得都特別快，完全是賓至如歸的感覺。

可以説是全程最棒最棒的酒店了，除了餐食太貴沒有定之外其他服務都是💯
而且前台可以買到牙克石的冰箱貼都很可愛，包括酒店自己設計的IP周邊也超可愛。如果沒有訂他家早餐的話可以走到路口右轉有個早市，豆腐腦熱乎乎的加上糖油果子，才5塊錢也簡直太好吃了
到哈克崖山來回大概1個半小時，大家預留好時間哦不然趕不上日落啦

酒店稍顯老舊，但很整潔乾淨，床品和衞生間都很乾凈，房間不臨街很安靜，進屋有點潮，但開窗通一會兒風就好了。前台（張東雙）很熱情服務很好，送了奶酪，還送了孩子小禮物，房間有水果，有免費礦泉水，客房服務員也很好，酒店停車場很大，自駕很友好。門口就是夜市，不過我們十一來的已經不開了，附近就是早市，當地人很多來的很接地氣。不過早餐的餐廳服務需要提高，菜品也比較鹹，感覺東西都是好東西，但是味道一般。這酒店整體體驗很好，住的很踏實又延住了一晚。

This is a great hotel for a good price. The service is excellent, room was clean and a good location - near shopping and subway about 20 minute walk. Interior is beautiful reflecting the local culture. I will be back!

The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home!
If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic.
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended!
If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

AAnonymous UserYou might want to bring your own disposable slippers and toiletries. Disposable bath towels and a dental kit are provided in the room. The cleanliness of the bedding, however, could be improved. The view is genuinely fantastic; we were given a first-row room directly facing the grasslands. The evening activities were also quite varied and engaging. Watching the sunset right outside our door was incredibly beautiful. Parking was convenient, and getting around was easy. Buying the performance package for Honggeer Aobao directly from the resort was very good value, and you can also book horse riding through them.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel opened last year, it is well decorated, the double beds are 1.5 meters wide, very friendly to families with two children. The breakfast is very rich, it is in the forefront of the five-diamond hotels, and the service attitude is very good. There are also some small episodes. On the first night, I found that the door could not be locked. The maintenance staff came and knocked for half an hour and finally fixed it, but the chain was still broken. On the second night, the shower water was not hot. I called to ask if it was the same in all hotels. The front desk said to confirm it, but there was no feedback later, so I took a shower. In addition, there are two small regrets in the facilities. The standard safe and small refrigerator of the five-diamond hotel are missing. Overall, I am quite satisfied, and I hope it will be better next time I go.

I especially want to thank Room Concierge Han Chunjuan and Wang Yuyang, who took such great care of me during my stay. They were kind, thoughtful, and always one step ahead when it came to making sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special.

GGuest UserThis hotel deserves more than a perfect score – I'd give it 200 out of 100! The experience was truly exceptional, offering incredible value for money. My business trip coincided with the summer vacation, so I decided to bring my family and kids along to stay at this hotel.
Firstly, the service was absolutely superb. The rooms were spacious and inviting, featuring a large bed and comfortable tatami-style seating. Complimentary fresh fruit was provided daily, and the shower water pressure was excellent.
The breakfast was another highlight – incredibly varied and delicious! They even provided complimentary breakfast for our child over 130cm tall. While kids might not eat much – perhaps just a bowl of noodles and a few side dishes – this thoughtful and considerate gesture truly set them apart from other hotels.
Overall, the experience was outstanding. For any friends visiting Ordos Kangbashi district, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as their top choice. Its location is also excellent: it's close to the Ulan Mulun River, perfect for watching Asia's largest musical fountain at night, and there's Mother Park right behind the hotel. In short, the location is absolutely superb. Highly recommended!

The most important thing is service. The service starts from small details. I am also a service industry myself, so I am more concerned about the service. From the beginning of entering the hotel, I will not say what I have encountered. Compared with other chains, the gap between Samsung and four stars is very large. After all, it is enough to travel and be happy and comfortable. However, I witnessed the whole process of a young man almost fighting with the guests, which made me very surprised and incredible. I was very angry. I felt that the attitude of the hotel was not good. I almost wanted to do it when I received the plate at breakfast time. The little brother should shut up when he eats me. In fact, he solved everything in four words ”sorry”, but he was kind. The guest has a sentence of his n, what is the service, there is no sense of service at all, and it is speechless. The hotel management system needs to be further improved. As an outsider, I also feel that living here is not respected. 😟 It is not enough for the management to do a good job. It is estimated that the entire hotel should be managed with heart. There should be iron manager and manager Zhang.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay, and I'm just as satisfied as the first time! Upon checking in in the afternoon, the front desk staff thoughtfully informed me about a complimentary Cotti Coffee and free afternoon tea. After a long drive, it was incredibly pleasant to enjoy some refreshments and coffee before settling in! I also noticed a small box at the front desk containing disposable toilet seat covers and alcohol wipes – a really thoughtful touch. As I entered, I saw some guests taking photos while dressed in traditional Mongolian attire. I asked about it and found out the hotel offers these costumes for guests to use free of charge! What truly impressed me was the hotel's very own jade counter! As someone with years of experience and a keen interest in jade, I had a chat with the staff. They explained that the hotel owner personally sources raw jade stones from Myanmar (apparently, security for legitimate business trips there isn't bad 😌) and has them processed, guaranteeing Grade A quality. Absolutely fantastic!

When the child was helpless, it was the boss and the driver who helped Quanquan solve all the problems. Master Shen took the lead We take our children to buy mobile phones, then send them back to the tourist area to play, and finally pick them up and return to the base camp. I'm so touched! It makes my parents feel much more at ease at home! Thank you again, Boss Wang, and Master Shen! I wish good people a safe and happy life
