沒有想到在海拉爾住到了比華東任何一個親子酒店還要好的親子房，完全不是糊弄的帳篷高低鋪什麼的，而是超級厚重的木材整屋定製，還有蒙古族的繪本，真的是太多驚喜了。整個酒店非常好，晚上約了朋友在頂樓的酒吧喝了一杯，還看到了伊敏河的日落，雖然沒有遇到綠色的大草原，但這家酒店絕對是海拉爾的頭牌，地理位置一級棒早飯的時候布里亞特包子都是阿姨親手包的，還有羊腿，真的是太好吃了，早飯完全可以頂得上一頓中飯。夏天一定再來！

From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional. What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

這家店我住完了，我想不出來有什麼記憶點，説明他其實挺普通的，住完也記不住到底有什麼印象深的。很中規中矩的一家店。
廁所沒有乾濕分離，房間有個陽台但挺臟的，你不會想出去的那種。
停車的話停路邊，門口好像有個廣場，我看到有車在停，旺季停車位不足的時候，建議可以問問。
附近離那個購物中心到比較近，就是那個比較出名的步行街，除此之外就沒有什麼了。

I stayed for one night and had a really pleasant experience. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The only thing I missed was a bathrobe to use after showering — and it would be even better if the toilet had an automatic bidet. Other than that, everything was perfect: clean rooms, cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Truly a wonderful stay overall!

第一次來海拉爾 朋友推薦的酒店 位置特別好 乾淨 今天本來挺冷降温了 下雪了 從零上二十多度的地方來到零下十幾度的地方 沒進來之前身上是冷的 進來姐説給我升級房間了 特別和藹 心一下子就暖和了 以後還會再來的 這樣的酒店就該火 我第二天要續住 買的最便宜的房間 姐還想着給我原房續住 但確實大雪好多人都走不了 沒房間了 就感覺特別暖心 滿意

This was a really nice ”Grasslands culture” theme hotel. The decor was incredible, and it had a lot of extra stuff happening on the lobby level. There was a robe, and, while there seemed to be some miscommunication when I was trying to order the Mongolian breakfast in the morning, the meal itself was excellent.

I highly recommend going horse riding with him. It's quite rare to meet honest, decent people in the tourism industry but he is one of them.

GGuest UserThis place far exceeded my expectations! I booked a regular room with a queen bed for me and my little one and was upgraded to a yurt with 2 queen beds for free! I LOVED the yurt experience. There is a stargazing window which was amazing. The place was clean (but it is a wet shower meaning the entire bathroom gets wet when you shower). I think most yurts and even hotel rooms have these types of bathrooms in inner mongolia. The girl at the front desk provided extra of everything when asked. She helped me booked activities (we watched a horse and a wedding performance, and we also did horseback riding). They have 2 cute lambs on the properties. The restaurant is in a separate large yurt - I found the food to be a bit pricey. Breakfast was included in our price and it had a variety of local food we got to try. They were also so flexible with when we wanted to eat it which was very kind because I had a little one with me. Everything else was honestly wonderful. We got to borrow their Mongolian costumes and wore it to one of the performances. People kept asking me where I got the costume was. There’s a swing on the property where you can sit to stargaze at night. The inside of the yurt is pretty chilly at night because it’s cold at night outside but with the thick duvet, it felt sooo comfortable. During the day it’s quite warm. The bonfire performance that’s included in the price is actually located 10 mins away and ended at 9pm so don’t go later than 8:30pm if you want to watch it. Overall, this was an incredible experience and we would definitely come back to stay here again!

The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is a beautiful little boutique hotel where nothing is missing: the rooms are gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful.
A real highlight is the delicious tea ceremony – the perfect way to end the evening while sharing stories. The hosts make it so easy to feel at home!
If you need help organizing your trip, you can fully rely on the hotel team – simply fantastic.
The Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿) is located right by the riverside promenade and close to the city center. There’s nothing better than strolling back to the hotel after an iced hotpot, across the town square and along the river – highly recommended!
If you’re stopping in Aershan, you should definitely stay at the Aershan Guiye Homestay (阿尔山归野宿集民宿). We would come back anytime – and we already miss our wonderful hosts!

TTweety_This time our family's stay at the Fusha Island Resort in Shawan was beyond expectations, and because we came in the off-season, we had a very unique experience😝
First of all, the standard of service, really first class is not a joke, although we went to the off-season, the whole resort only me and two other girls from Guangdong, at first thought it would be very boring, but his resort provided many activities for us, especially the after-dinner carnival evening, a group of performers' cultural performance is very good, there is an interactive session in the middle, funny and happy children are playing very high🥳
Then a little late at night there is also a stargazing activity, can listen to the staff's explanation under a super beautiful starry sky is really blissful, although the temperature outside is very cold, but after drinking the staff provided hot drink indoors immediately warm ❤️
The next morning there was a sunrise viewing activity. In fact, although the staff had to get up so early, they could go out and watch it themselves, but they said they called the front desk 10 minutes in advance to ask about the weather conditions. It was really hard for them to arrange and prepare for us. So much 🙏🏻
Maybe you will say that it is taken for granted to pay such a high price for good service, but for such a sentimental person like me, I am really grateful for their efforts, so that you have such a wonderful experience for these two days and one night❤️
I also want to commend the staff and chef of the restaurant. Although I couldn't eat the buffet because of the small number of people, I was lucky enough to be able to eat the chef's first-class cooking skills. All the food was hot and fragrant. It was simply an emperor-class enjoyment. Overall, this stay was perfect - quiet and comfortable, courteous service and full of warmth, will definitely come again with friends, highly recommended for those who want to rest, recharge and have fun! 😚😚

The next morning, there was also a sunrise‑watching activity. Honestly, we could have just gone out ourselves, but the staff still got up early to wait for us in the lobby and even prepared to check the weather for us ten minutes in advance. We really appreciate all the effort they put into the arrangements 🙏🏻
Some people might say that good service is expected when you pay a high price, but for someone emotional like me, I truly felt grateful for their care and kindness. It made our two‑day‑one‑night stay a beautiful and memorable experience ❤️

They booked my trip to the Genghis Khan Mausoleum at a discounted price of RMB300/- The mausoleum occupies a big area and during this time, it is not crowded. A must for any foreign traveller. Enjoyed my stay in Ordos.

1110254****This was my first experience with the Da Le Zhi Ye brand. I drove over 180 kilometers from Hohhot to their location, hoping to see the crimson sunset over Taiji Bay, but all I saw was a purple hue. I was devastated at Lost Cafe.
Their location on the eastern terrace of Taiji Bay, along with their design and facilities exceeding local standards, certainly justifies their status as a destination-level guesthouse.
However, compared to boutique guesthouses in the same price range, their interior design, facilities, and food quality fall short. For example, the Ji Wai Peng guesthouse I visited during my recent trip to Inner Mongolia was superior in these aspects. While I can understand that achieving this level of quality in a remote scenic area bordering two provinces is quite good, their room rate was over 1000 yuan higher than Peng's during the same period, likely due to the higher commission charged by the scenic area management company.
The team at this guesthouse provided excellent service and responded very quickly to requests. They also took notes of guests' needs and followed up on them. For example, when I checked in, I asked if they provided maps of the scenic area (usually included with tickets purchased at the visitor center). They weren't prepared at the time, but the guesthouse staff gave me one when I checked out the next day. Although it wasn't really needed then, it's good that they responded to my inquiries. I suggest that the team keep some scenic area maps on hand, or even scan them and provide them directly to guests via the concierge group if needed.
Finally, the quality of the breakfast could be improved. They should at least offer some decent sausages or bacon; otherwise, the lack of meat dishes doesn't justify the high price.
While this guesthouse is likely a once-in-a-lifetime destination, I still hope they can maintain their high service standards and continue to optimize their offerings while keeping profits reasonable. They shouldn't rest on their laurels because of their excellent location; given the high price, they should provide products and services commensurate with the price tag.

They also provided a detailed explanation of the hotel's facilities and services, which was a very thoughtful touch. They always greeted guests with a smile, creating a really warm atmosphere. Room service was prompt; whether we needed fresh towels or other items, they were delivered to our room very quickly. The staff provided attentive service, from the concierge to the housekeeping aunties, everyone had a smile on their face, making us feel right at home. The staff were very professional and resolved any issues quickly, which I was very satisfied with. The breakfast selection was also very extensive, and there was a free car park, making our stay very pleasant and comfortable!

AAnonymous UserI'd recommend the Lotus Hotel to all my friends! If you're coming to Xiangshawan, you absolutely have to stay at the Lotus – it offers guests an incredible surprise!
Navigate to the Hualian Resort Reception Center, where the service is incredibly thoughtful. They'll even transport your luggage directly to the hotel, so you can head straight to the island to enjoy yourself.
The hotel facilities are also excellent. You absolutely must attend the bonfire party in the evening, complete with fireworks and stargazing. The buffet hotpot is also a great option! Outside the lobby, there's a pool with sun loungers, giving it a real resort vibe.
It's worth mentioning that the hotel has a mini-train specifically for taking guests to designated spots – it's a super novel and fun experience!
We chose an exterior-view room, which I highly recommend. It has a large balcony where you can gaze at the desert. In the morning, it feels like you're waking up right in the desert.
What truly elevated our travel experience the most was the express pass. It felt completely worth the hotel fee, as we were able to enjoy Xian Island without any queues during the May Day holiday. It truly maximized our emotional value!
