From the moment we arrived, our stay was truly exceptional. What stood out immediately was the staff—every single person we encountered, from the front desk team to the housekeeping crew, was genuinely friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was, without a doubt, a major highlight. It was far beyond typical hotel fare—everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and incredibly tasty. They offered a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, inner Mongolian buuz, Mongolian milk tea and made-to-order hot dishes. It was the perfect, delicious start to every morning. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable, ensuring we had a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel offers amazing value and service, and we can't wait to return!

強烈推薦這家酒店，滿分好評！地理位置絕佳，位於市中心，交通四通八達，出行非常便利。預訂的特價大床房，入住時前台貼心免費升級房型，驚喜感拉滿。房間寬敞明亮、乾淨無異味，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好。工作人員態度友好、辦理入住高效，性價比超高，無論是出差還是旅行都很合適，真心值得入住！

room was clean and spacious. No complaints here. Checking in and out worked smoothly. But 2 things I have to complain about: 1) I have no idea why some people say the breakfast is great. For me and my wife it was terrible. Possibly the worst breakfast I ever had. Yes, they have a lot to offer. But somehow they make everything taste cheap and ”weird”. I ended up eating some dry bread with jam, because I couldn't eat anything else. I suspect that they don't cook by themselves, but buy some cheap readymade food and sell it as ”fresh”. Also, the breakfast still looks exactly the same as the pictures from more than 6 months ago. No change at all 2) no option to clean the clothes is ridiculous. I have no problem to pay or wash by myself but both they didn't allow me to do. I never saw this before. All in all it's not bad. If you don't care about the breakfast and don't want to wash your clothes, this hotel might be for you. The rooms are good and the service also very nice (apart from ”you can guess” the breakfast staff)

Overall great place to stay. Rooms are good with lots of techy stuffs... Met with an unfortunate event - water stoppage on the day we were checking out. Otherwise all is good

The overall experience is good. A bit far from big markets but definitely a one of the good hotels in Erenhot. Clean and warm and really good hotel with reasonable price

第一次來海拉爾 朋友推薦的酒店 位置特別好 乾淨 今天本來挺冷降温了 下雪了 從零上二十多度的地方來到零下十幾度的地方 沒進來之前身上是冷的 進來姐説給我升級房間了 特別和藹 心一下子就暖和了 以後還會再來的 這樣的酒店就該火 我第二天要續住 買的最便宜的房間 姐還想着給我原房續住 但確實大雪好多人都走不了 沒房間了 就感覺特別暖心 滿意

餐飲性價比高，還有詐馬宴、旅拍和特產，住宿乾淨衞生，娛樂項目豐富，有騎馬、射箭、馬術表演、越野卡丁車、滑草，還有免費的篝火晚會，非常棒，性價比高，熱情好客，服務周到，設施齊全值得推薦

這次入住體驗非常滿意。酒店位置優越，出行方便，周邊配套齊全。房間乾淨整潔，採光好，裝修簡約舒適，床品柔軟，隔音效果不錯，休息得很安心。設施齊全，洗漱用品質量好，熱水穩定，網速流暢。前台工作人員小傅服務、態度熱情有禮貌，辦理入住快速高效，有問題也耐心解答。保潔服務及時細緻，每天房間都整理得乾乾淨淨。整體環境安靜雅緻，性價比很高，無論是出差還是旅遊都很合適。服務貼心、環境舒適、衞生到位，值得推薦，下次還會選擇這裏。z

非常驚喜的酒店！應該是錫林郭勒唯一的五星酒店，雖然年份長一些，但房間和內外裝潢非常乾淨，服務更是非常周到，有一種經過長時間歲月千錘百煉過的訓練有素。辦入住時給了孩子見面禮，入住期間還有中秋禮物，有一天回來時看到孩子哭鬧，還專門送到房間小玩具！酒店自助也非常好，早餐的奶茶羊雜娟姍牛奶，晚餐有自助火鍋，肉雖然是凍得，但非常的好吃，很新鮮，講真，有這個自助火鍋，都不用出去找火鍋吃了。還有免費接送機，幫助提行李，酒店大堂每天早晚都有馬頭琴和舞蹈表演。酒店門口就是當地最大的元和早市，各種當地特產全都有！真的是非常，非常，非常驚喜的酒店，為了這個酒店，我也要再回一次錫林郭勒
