KKMSI recently stayed at the Sofia Novotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a busy day. The beds were perfect—not too firm and not too soft, ensuring a great night’s sleep.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, situated just across the street from a shopping mall, which made it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.
The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day.
The only downside was the gym, which is quite small and lacks heavy free weights and a pull-up bar. While it’s fine for a basic workout, those looking for a more comprehensive fitness setup might be disappointed.
All in all, Sofia Novotel is a great choice for its location, comfort, and service, but fitness enthusiasts might find the gym facilities limited. I would definitely stay here again!

Pool, Sauna and gym were all really great and felt luxurious, the pool especially was very relaxing
Location is a little far from the centre but quick metro ride close by or hotel was great at organising taxis

.The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead.
.The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice.
.The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing
.The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property.
To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect.
I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Номера уставшие: держатели душа, кнопки смыва отваливаются.
В номерах темновато, невозможно включить свет ярче.
Белье - чистое.
Были зимой. Воздух в номере очень сухой. Открывали окно, несмотря на шум, не помогало: ночью пересыхало сильно горло и нос до боли.
По этой причине съехали на 2 дня раньше. Попросили вернуть деньги хотя бы за последнюю ночь - получили отказ.

PPengguna TetamuGood hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door .

RRositsa PetrovaAlright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.
