PPengguna TetamuThe Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays.
There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at WN Hotel for 3 days as a remote worker and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the keyless Bluetooth door entry made coming and going effortless. The rooms are huge — perfect for setting up a comfortable workspace.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything.
While the hotel isn't located in the city center (so it may be less ideal for travelers looking to explore Sofia in just a day), it's absolutely heaven for remote workers. The surrounding area is alive and booming with shops, bars, and restaurants, giving off a young, productive vibe.
Highly recommended for digital nomads and anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

CCagbacovVery Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price
I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself.
As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time.
She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs.
This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again.
Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

PPengguna TetamuGood hotel near student area . City centre and vitoshka boulevard about 10 to 15 min away in taxi . Some nice places to eat and drink nearby. Room was spacious with a balcony and big bathroom however the shower heads could do with a change . Bed was also comfortable and service on point . There is also a small swimming pool which is open till 9pm and a Greek restaurant next door .

PPengguna TetamuWas extremely disappointed that the wifi in the room wasn’t working at all. This is very bad considering that this is supposed to be a business hotel. Furthermore, no attempt at compensation was offered at all, even though i paid for the wifi which was advertised. Staff also did not bother to update on the status after checking and I had to call the reception again to check on the update of the wifi. That said, the room was adequate and all the staff were still nice (by Bulgarian standards).

Being right in the heart of Sofia was perfect for me as a solo traveler, everything's within walking distance. The staff made me feel really welcome. Would definitely come back!

RryetravelsThe location is superb! It's only a walking distance to Boyana church and Boyana waterfalls. 5-10 minute walk circa. The rooms are spotless, warm and very classic. Amenities were ok for the price I've paid. From the airport just take the metro and stop to Vitosha station. Take the bus no.64 and it will bring you directly to the hotel. Great staff and super helpful specially the old lady. Not everyone understands and speaks English but it's ok. The location is about circa 20mins by bus to the city centre of Sofia. The place is so quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to comeback during the summer season!
