The location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite but the main living room doesn’t have an air conditioner so it was pretty stuffy. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom which was very noisy. Room is clean but dated. The location is fantastic and service from the staff very good. The hotel is in an amazing location right by the water, 5 min walk to parliament, empress hotel and water. The bus stop to the ferry is also 5 min walk so super convenient. There is a great green restaurant next to the hotel which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

The name of the hotel is very misleading , there is only a spa but it is not considered as a resort because there are no other facilities. The hotel does not have a restaurant ( there is a restaurant but it does not belong to the hotel and is not open for breakfast ) and they do not provide breakfast. There is a coffee place on the lobby level but they do not provide full breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean but do not understand why there is a coffee maker and no electric kettle .

Service was top-notch: friendly, accommodating staff handled everything efficiently, from check-in to daily check-ins, echoing countless glowing guest reviews. Amenities like free WiFi, fitness center, air conditioning, and 24-hour front desk added to the comfort. I can't recommend this hotel enough—it's a gem for any Victoria visit!

The location of this hotel is superb! We took Uber direct from Victoria Airport to hotel only 37 mins. Connector bus terminal just right at the corner which we took on the way back direct to Vancouver Airport. It is right at the center of downtown, walking distance can reach major Victoria's key tourist destinations and very accessible to many eateries nearby. The hotel is clean and simple, but not too many facilities. Only have one Starbucks and a Pizza corners serving breakfast and pizza in evening. But with the accessible location, its all good. I will definitely return since its really a convenient location with value for money room rate.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The environment was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful, I enjoyed my time there and would be happy to come back again in the future.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

phenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩

This was a nightmarish trip, 1st I had asked for a room on the highest floor possible, with a view of the Harbour, I am a photographer and made the trip to Victoria to get some great photos of the inner Harbour. I got a room on tenth floor overlooking the parking lot and side street. The windows were so dirty it was hard to see anything, in my eyes I was ripped off, I am not going to to stay at any Merriott hotels, at the time of my booking it said they had a buffet breakfast and when I arrived they told me there is no buffet breakfast just a restaurant on site, parking was said to be free self parking. I was charged $29.40 / night to self park my truck.
