Our room was opposite the lift, room 208 but we're fine it as not many human traffic movements heard during our stay. Thanks to the hotel arrangement for the room facing the mountains and it was phenomenal and picturesque. Memorable! One thing to note that the door at the balcony was a bit at the loose end, that you have to push really hard to lock it. It was super chilly in the evening, sometimes the warmer works but sometimes it doesn't, in the event if the temperature outside drop to below -10°, the room will be super cold and you have to rely on the blankets to keep you warm instead. Overall, the room, free WIFI, breakfast and public facilities did meet our expectation. The wellness area on the other hand, is a bit over-crowded in the evening and there were no signs of free towel anywhere. I'd figure out myself that the towels are available in each of the compartment in the wellness area as long as there are no other belongings from guests. There's a small playground right in front of the hotel, had some fun with my kid playing snow and slide.

We had room 529, on the top floor, south-facing with great views of both the high mountains and the town. The balcony was very small but for one night and facing the right direction it was fine. The room was very nice and cosy. The location is very good – right in the centre opposite the train station so it is very practical. Breakfast was fine, although the restaurant is a bit big. We had read some of the bad reviews about the hotel under new ownership and particularly about the restaurant. We didn't try the restaurant so can't say anything about it but we had no problems with the staff during check-in or anything else. No problems for us, and all in all a positive experience.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, The bathroom was a bit small, but still quite functional. We loved sitting on our balcony and enjoying the incredible view of the mountains and valley. The buffet breakfast on the patio was also very enjoyable. You also have to have dinner there at least once. The food, prepared by a top chef was unique and superb. Above all, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The owners always tried very hard to accommodate us, and they succeeded. We highly recommend the Maya Caprice. MB & JB, Upper Saddle River, NJ

The best characteristic of this hotel is that it is sparkling clean and obviously cared for with attention. However, the compliments end there. Place this hotel anywhere else anywhere else in the world other than in the Swiss Alps and you would think that you are at an American Holiday Inn. It’s basic in size and furnishings, lacks charm or character and is noisy. The noise mostly comes from the balcony rooms which adjoins all your neighbors balconies as well as their conversations, smoking and children. This is significant in the summer months because the only source of ventilation is through the window and door off the balcony. Of course there is also a lovely view of the mountains off the balcony, but there are many other lovely views all around this region. There are also many other hotels which include views as well as more distinctive and charming accommodation. Also beware: the breakfast is about Holiday Inn style and there are no healthy or vegan options if that matters to you. One last note, there is no staff staying in the hotel overnight. You’re on your own if there is a need or emergency.

The food was also super delicious! As for the service, we were treated like kings and queens. It was uncomparable to anything I’ve experienced before With an atmosphere that melds tranquility, luxury, and rustic charm, the staff at Belvedere Hotel receive accolades for their professional and friendly service. The whole team is super friendly and helpful to delight their guests. I was explicitly welcomed by almost all of the members, everything from checking in to checking out goes so smooth and amazingly swift. PPengguna TetamuI've been coming to Regina for several decades. It has always been a home away from home. It is one of very few hotels that has managed to keep the luxury and allure throughout many years. They adhere to a very high standard on every level. For many it might feel antiquated, but if you're looking for something that is truly unique, that has stood the test of time and is not just another generic modern day luxury hotel, this is the place to be. There's not many hotels where you can sit in a lounge by a warm log fire, playing a board game while a pianist is playing. It's a hotel that is filled with history, warmth and kindness.
