⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This is the most unprofessional hotel that I have stayed at in similar price range. At first it was good. I was greeted and walked to my room upon check in. The nice front desk agent offered to take my bag for me and brought afternoon tea to my room. Then things went downhill from there. There is really no service at night even though they say there is 24 hours service. The front desk girl was obsessed with her phone and unaware of what is happening. The laundry room was completely dark they do not turn on the light for the guests. The front desk male was asleep on the sofa with the blanket completely covering himself including his head. They put basic household machines in the laundry room. They are small and take at least 2.5 hours to dry one piece of clothing. One hour to wash. This company does not understand the hotel business and hospitality. Travelers do not have time to spend 3.5 to 4 hours for laundry. To maintain the low price point they do not turn on the lights or have central air in public areas. Therefore the room does not have air even though you turn it on. I get you need to cut corners to maintain your low price but you should not take it out on electricity on your guests. You don't want to make it so they don't want to stay and you make them feel unwelcomed because your service staff is asleep, playing with the cell phone and you keep your lights off! That is also unsafe since the meal delivery men come in all hours of the night.

If you visit Yangzhou, this is the only hotel I recommend anyone to stay at. It has the gorgeous Chinese garden that spreads out for miles. I stayed in building 3 (the only building offered on the internet when I booked). The hotel is connected (walk over the bridge) to the Slender Lake. Staff were very courteous and helpful. My room was tidied up everyday. Breakfast was not include in the room rate but there is a Starbuck nearby where I had my morning coffee and pastry. The room has a balcony, overlooking some trees and other building. Most of the restaurants/eateries were closed (probably due to low season). However, there are a lot of local restaurants in the old town area and Guan Dong Street; it costs about 10 Yuans to take a taxi to get there.

The hotel is near to Jinji lake, and you can see the lake reflecting in the lobby. The front desk staff were efficient and spoke in a calm, steady tone. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there were both soft and firm pillows to choose from. The shower had great water pressure, and wrapping myself in the thick towel after a shower felt wonderfully warm, only that no bath tub to enjoy. There's a chair by the window where I could sit and stare at the lake for ages. The hotel's location is excellent; it's close to the lively areas but still quiet enough. There are plenty of dining options, big shopping mall and gate of the Orient within walking distance.

I selected the Intercontinental due to the closeness of the nearest subway station. Checking in was a pleasant experience and handled efficiently by the receptionist; we were given an upgrade which was great too! Fiona, a staff member, asked to add me to WeChat so that we could communicate throughout the stay if I had any questions or requests while we were staying; that was a nice touch and reassuring to know we could reach-out anytime. The room was great, and service whilst we were there was the same. Highly recommend staying here if you want a quieter stay in the city, with ease of access to the subway.

The hotel is slightly farther from the metro station compared to some other options, but it makes up for it by being close to several tourist attractions. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel is tasteful and well thought out. One small downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighboring rooms can occasionally be heard. That said, it was still an overall pleasant stay, especially for those who appreciate a clean, nicely designed space in a convenient sightseeing area.

這段視頻的最後就是湖山公館所在，臨湖而建。圖一的景色就是在公館露台上拍的，青山隱隱，流水潺潺。 酒店位置在窯湖小鎮的主街上的中心位置，去哪裡都方便。露台上可以看煙花秀。 設施：房間裏配套非常好，松下掛燙機、戴森電吹風、全套歐舒丹洗護用品、膠囊咖啡機，凈水機。 服務：非常熱情，停車場接送，飲料和歡迎水果到位。我遇到的管家叫Leo，提前幾天就聯繫了，介紹了停車、入住等事項，有求必應。非常感謝🙏 湖山公館值得推薦！

The location is excellent, right inside Pingjiang Road, which makes getting around and sightseeing very convenient. The warm and thoughtful service from the staff left a strong impression. The hotel’s amenities and electronic appliances were carefully selected and of high quality, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it is a beautifully curated and private boutique hotel in a great location. I hope the hotel continues to maintain this level of quality and service in the future.
