Hotel Bole dengan Gim

Really excellent stay in this hotel! The staff was so friendly even when we checked in late at night. The next morning we had to leave early for the lake and they offered to pack breakfast for us even before the start of their breakfast timing. Throughout the stay the staff were all very friendly, helpful and hospitable! Room was clean and very new. Overall really enjoyable stay and truly enjoyed our stay there!

This hotel more than exceeded my expectations! If you visit Sayram lake then ai highly recommend staying here. Room: spotless and comfortable, we were upgraded to the top floor with a lake view Breakfast: superb with lots of variety Staff: very welcoming and friendly Amenities: free afternoon tea, free evening snacks, viewing platform on the roof and washers/dryers (which we took advantage of) Honestly for the price point… it’s better than most large chain hotels!

Hotel ini menaik taraf kami ke suite secara percuma, yang sangat luas! Bilik itu dilengkapi dengan snek dan minuman, dan pemanasannya sangat baik. Saya ingin menyebut perkhidmatannya; semasa lawatan 9 hari saya ke Xinjiang, saya menginap di 7 hotel, dan ini adalah perkhidmatan terbaik yang pernah saya alami! Sarapannya lazat, dan kemudahannya lengkap! Kakitangannya semua sangat sopan, dan saya sangat berterima kasih atas kunci bilik yang mereka hantar kepada kami pada tengah malam dan sarapan yang mereka sediakan dan bawa ke bilik kami pada waktu pagi. Saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi pada masa akan datang!

Atour hotel is an absolute gem! Not only it's walking distance to the sayram lake tourist center, but also the service is 10000000! We arrived late arvo, and there was complimentary yummy afternoon tea, follow by delicious supper at night. All facilities are very modern and products are environmental friendly. We got some local snacks as a Welcome gift as well. Staff are super friendly. Highly recommend

Mario room is nice decorated. Room is big and the best is, it comes with 2 bathroom! However, WIFI is down and cleaner did not do a good job, shampoo and body wash were ran out, floor is not very clean. Hotel's location is close to the entrance. Its breakfast is good enough as well. The biggest surprise is, we got a free Sayrum lake boat ride ticket. The view from the boat is magnificent. Worth the booking for this trip. See my 1st picture!

帶孩子北疆自駕，專程在這裏入住一晚，整體體驗特別滿意，親子出遊首選這家🏨。酒店就在賽里木湖東門邊上，出門幾步就能進景區，持48小時門票可以隨時進出環湖，不用來回繞路奔波，帶着小朋友遊玩省心不少✨。 我們訂的觀景房視野絕佳，朝夕景色各有韻味🌤。清晨開窗便能望見朝陽覆滿天山，澄澈湖面靜靜依偎草原；白日晴空下湖山湛藍遼闊，不同時段風光都治癒動人，孩子總趴在窗邊靜靜觀賞，滿心歡喜。酒店內部空間寬敞靜謐，客房床品柔軟舒適，屋內恆温適宜，連日自駕積攢的疲憊都能好好消解。 入住期間前台小徐服務貼心周到，辦理入住高效快捷，耐心給我們講解景區遊玩路線、早晚穿搭注意事項，知曉我們帶着孩子還主動貼心叮囑湖區防風保暖細節，全程熱情又細緻。 樓下就餐十分方便🍜，飯菜味道地道可口，西北特色美食做得很香，小朋友也吃得格外開心。樓下停車場車位充足，自駕停車毫無壓力🚗。唯一遺憾衹住了一晚，沒能慢悠悠欣賞湖畔風光。出行便利、吃住舒心、服務暖心，山湖景緻絕美，下次再來賽里木湖依舊會選擇這裏。

Room was spacious and clean.Amneties provided.Had stench of cigarrette smell but its not too disturbing.Overall a nice stay

Bilik sangat besar dan hebat! Cik Heidi juga dengan mesra memperkenalkan tempat-tempat menarik di hotel untuk bergambar kepada kami (memandangkan hotel ini sangat besar, memang perlu panduan bergambar~). Teres kafe sangat cantik untuk bergambar! Pemandangan sangat indah (cik kafe juga sangat cantik dan menawan serta perkhidmatannya sangat baik👍)

本次來賽里木湖最正確的選擇，就是定了AC萬豪，幫我們升級了湖景房，對我們有求必應，服務態度非常好，其實給了我們很大的驚喜，點名表揚前台Ella，真的非常棒！早上睜眼就是賽里木湖的感覺真的非常好！下午還有minibar，晚飯+早飯質量都很好，晚上還有贈送的雞尾酒，就着湖景吃飯，真是絕了！個人覺得硬件設施還是非常好的，滿足我們的需求，體驗感極佳！下次來還定ac萬豪！

The property did not match the photos advertised. Both the room and the view were quite different from what was shown online. In particular, the actual view was on a completely different side, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. There was also no hair dryer provided in the room. In addition, the bathroom fixtures, including the shower and faucets, looked old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The food was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly memorable. Considering the price, I don’t feel the stay offered good value for money. I believe the property would provide a much better experience if it improved its cleanliness, maintained its facilities more regularly, and used photos that accurately represent the actual rooms and views.
