設施：從公共區到房間嶄新清爽， 衞生：衞生間有衞洗麗，洗浴間用具都適舒，房間清新整潔 服務：所遇服務人員都熱情友好，特別注意客户感受 首先，前台是位特別美麗言語温柔維族姑娘，見帶小孩隨行主動查對餘房升級到家庭房；我們連外出忘記交待是否清潔，還電話詢問是否打掃房間換床品，很尊重客人。 大堂維族小夥主動幫客人按電梯，送果盤到房。 早餐位於3層西餐廳，服務人員，從進門到離開，主動問詢需求，不忙時，會留意就餐客人，主動幫添加茶水，送上餐後果盤。 他們會及時添加補充餐枱食物真的很用心，安保人員同樣十分客氣 一樓餐廳菜品服務裝潢都極用了心 第一天剛到問怎麼走近路去大巴扎，服務員就不怕麻煩領着穿過餐廳説有個後門通着，但有高高門檻攔着怕我們不注意。 方方面面可見是一個很好很用心的管理團隊。

This hotel more than exceeded my expectations! If you visit Sayram lake then ai highly recommend staying here. Room: spotless and comfortable, we were upgraded to the top floor with a lake view Breakfast: superb with lots of variety Staff: very welcoming and friendly Amenities: free afternoon tea, free evening snacks, viewing platform on the roof and washers/dryers (which we took advantage of) Honestly for the price point… it’s better than most large chain hotels!

Servis sangat baik, pakcik pengawal keselamatan bantu bawakan beg, pagi-pagi nampak cermin kereta beku, dia terus tolong bersihkan ais. Makcik pembersih pun rajin bertegur sapa dan sangat suka menolong. Bahagian depan (front desk) pun bagus, bila kami cakap nak tempah makan malam, mereka terus bagi baucar diskaun. Buah-buahan selamat datang cantik dan sedap juga. Air mandi kuat dan saliran air pun bagus. Sangat berpuas hati.

感覺是很新的酒店，設施都齊全，位置就在遊客中心停車場邊上，湖景房直接能看到賽里木湖。 前台服務周到，攜程的訂單出了點問題，前台很快就解決了，得手動點贊！ 房間的清潔衞生有點缺失需要提高，早餐也沒太好吃，有點失望。 5分好評是給前台的服務態度和專業的！

Helpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖. We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake. The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan. From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan. Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good. The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

Cik Heidi juga dengan mesra memperkenalkan tempat-tempat menarik di hotel untuk bergambar kepada kami (memandangkan hotel ini sangat besar, memang perlu panduan bergambar~). Teres kafe sangat cantik untuk bergambar! Pemandangan sangat indah (cik kafe juga sangat cantik dan menawan serta perkhidmatannya sangat baik👍)

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！特別要表揚服務員小蕊和代代，兩位小姐姐人長得好看，待人熱情大方，全程服務貼心周到，有問題諮詢都耐心解答，讓人感覺特別舒服。 酒店整體衞生做得很到位，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，床品整潔。酒店位置不錯，窗外景色宜人，閑暇時看看風景特別治癒。 早餐種類很豐富，菜品新鮮，味道也好吃，口味選擇多，不管想吃清淡還是重口的都能滿足。整體性價比很高，下次過來還會選擇這家，推薦大家入住！

Had an amazing stay at this accommodation! The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were also pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade, and the upgraded room was absolutely fantastic. The view was stunning, especially with the huge window that allowed us to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery day and night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a big living hall that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully arranged for guests’ comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with excellent service, beautiful views, and a very comfortable environment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

The property did not match the photos advertised. Both the room and the view were quite different from what was shown online. In particular, the actual view was on a completely different side, which was disappointing. The cleanliness was only average and could definitely be improved. There was also no hair dryer provided in the room. In addition, the bathroom fixtures, including the shower and faucets, looked old and poorly maintained, with visible signs of wear and a lack of proper upkeep. The food was acceptable, with a reasonable selection, but nothing particularly memorable. Considering the price, I don’t feel the stay offered good value for money. I believe the property would provide a much better experience if it improved its cleanliness, maintained its facilities more regularly, and used photos that accurately represent the actual rooms and views.
