A Wonderful Stay at Guohui Hotel – Highly Recommended! Our family had such a lovely time at Guohui Hotel! From the warm welcome (complete with a fresh fruit platter!) to the spacious, clean room perfect for our kids to play, every detail was thoughtful. The huge, spotless bathtub was a bonus, and our little ones had a blast! A special shout-out to Mr. Lihuihuang (Culinary Manager, Floor 32) for his outstanding hospitality. He ensured every meal was delicious and satisfying, with a rich variety of tasty dishes. And Mr. Da Fei (Customer Service Manager) went above and beyond, texting us breakfast reminders and providing instant, step-by-step guidance whenever we needed help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service! Thank you, Guohui Hotel, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable! We’ll definitely be back. 😊 Perfect for families, couples, and anyone who appreciates ”exceptional service!”

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent. The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable. The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement. In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special. Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

這個暑假帶孩子選擇帶福州平潭 朋友推薦了之前來過住的枕海入眠 説她們家的早飯特別好吃 本來是9號出發 由於颱風天 推遲了行程 小姐姐跟我們溝通 幫我們更換房間 沒入住之前體驗感就很棒 入住當天管家都提前詢問幾點到達 會幫你們拿行李 小姐姐們力氣好大 那麼重的行李箱搬上樓梯 民宿裏面就有泳池 小朋友特別喜歡 管家羣裏也會每天提醒你們要點 到了晚上了 直接在隔壁風車餐廳吃了晚上 福州的芋泥很好吃 海鮮也很不錯 周圍晚上還能吃夜宵燒烤 開車十分鐘左右 也有很多吃飯的地方 這次旅行體驗感還是很不錯的 下次來的話 還會選擇這家 民宿裏面每個角落都很出片

Pingtan Skyline hotel which we stayed 9 nights with 3 Dutch couples because of the World Championship Beach Handball was a super great experience. Location to the beach was great Location to nice restaurant super Service was very good and rooms were clean The service at breakfast was extreme great. There is a typical Chinese breakfast but with also fried egg. But fist morning we were asked by the manager what we would like after which she every morning managed to provide bread, marmelade fresh lemon, tomato etc Super helpful staff also at the reception always willing to help. Rooms are nice but no closet to put your clothes in which would have been nice

這次平潭之行，選擇的是柏納酒店，整體體驗超出預期，性價比真的很高！酒店位置很好，離龍王頭沙灘很近，步行就能到海邊，傍晚散步看日出都十分方便。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，住兩晚休息得很不錯。環境衞生維護到位，沒有異味。服務熱情周到，辦理入住效率很高。周邊吃飯、採購物資也很便利。暑假尾聲來平潭遊玩，選這裏非常省心，不管是去龍王頭踏浪，還是自駕環島都很合適。整體物超所值，下次再來平潭還會優先選擇這家，也推薦給來島上旅行的朋友們！

體驗感超棒，前台小姐姐熱情貼心，服務周到，非常有耐心，酒店環境乾淨整潔，氛圍感很好。床品柔軟舒適，睡得特別安穩。早餐品種繁多，味道也很不錯，下次入住還選這家！也超喜歡這個伴手禮

The room was exactly as shown in the photos on Trip, and waking up to a stunning sea view was easily the highlight of both the hotel and my trip. The room doors were a bit tricky to maneuver—even though the staff kindly went the extra mile to show me how to open and close them, I gave up after the third try. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy. A large bug appeared in the room, which gave me quite a scare. Also, this place isn’t ideal if you’re traveling with large suitcases, but the staff are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with carrying luggage up and down. Overall, a beautiful view and warm service, with a few quirks to keep in mind.

房間非常好性價比非常高，位置在島中央，學校旁，旅遊住這裏比縣城便宜很多，離北線會近很多，因為正中去哪裡打車都衹有125塊以內，非常方便，而且包早餐。

Good and friendly customer service. Clean room and fast check in. Location is convenient and near to beach. Nice breakfast spread with many variety with live station. Food is delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Pingtan Kunhao Resort. The location is excellent, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Before I arrived, I requested a specific room, and the staff kindly accommodated my request, which I really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They even allowed me to check in earlier than the standard check-in time, which made my stay even more convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and have no major complaints. The only small issue was that one of the chairs in the room wasn’t very clean. Other than that, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Pingtan.
