AAdam DZI'd like to highly recommend this homestay. The place is so calm, so clean and convenient. The closest beach is only 8 minutes drive. There's also a free parking area The owner is is beautiful couple showing love and care to everyone. The homestay is well equipped with all the necessities.

I highly recommend everyone to stay here and relax for at least a night or two. The hotel has a genuinely cool atmosphere, and the absolute highlight of our stay was the incredible staff. The service here is simply on another level—they are so attentive, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile!
The Vibe & A Few Quirks 😹
To be completely honest and a bit playful, the property is a little ”tired” and shows some wear and tear. The strong sea breeze has left its mark with some rust here and there. If I were the manager, I’d definitely grab a bucket of fresh paint and give the place a little makeover! Also, every now and then, you might catch a faint, mysterious scent that sits somewhere between ”stale water” and ”did a confident local stray cat just mark its territory here?” 🐈⬛ But honestly, you just laugh it off. It doesn't ruin the vibe and just becomes a funny part of the coastal experience.

The hotel has some really lovely spaces to unwind. There is a cozy library where you can relax, a great kids' area which is super convenient for families, and a nice bar for the evenings. As for the breakfast, the buffet selection isn't huge, but don't let that disappoint you—everything they serve is fresh, high-quality, and genuinely delicious!
Bottom Line: Despite a few minor cosmetic quirks, it’s a wonderful place with a great soul. Embrace the coastal character, enjoy the amazing hospitality, and have a great time!

PPengguna TetamuThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.

小朋友在海邊玩了整整一天都捨不得走，一直唸叨不想回家😂 運氣超好，我們還偶遇了藍眼淚，浪漫到極致，真的太驚喜了！
整體乾淨舒適、地理位置絕佳，周邊風景也好，特別適合家庭親子出遊，已經安利給朋友了，下次來平潭還會回購這家民宿！強烈推薦給要來平潭度假的小夥伴～

KKittenMacMuffinWe had a very pleasant stay at Pingtan Skyline Original Hotel. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near the coast and easy to access from the main points of interest in Pingtan. It’s a clean, modern hotel with a cozy atmosphere.
The Chinese-style breakfast buffet was quite good, offering a decent variety of fresh local dishes. The staff were always welcoming, friendly, and very helpful—ready to assist with any requests we had.
Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice modern design. However, we did feel it was missing some practical touches. There weren’t quite enough shelves or storage areas for personal items, and the design of the bathroom door was a bit awkward. To exit the toilet area, you actually have to step into the shower space, which was slightly inconvenient.
That said, everything else about our stay was great, and we would still recommend this hotel for a short, comfortable stay in Pingtan!

PPengguna TetamuOutstanding service! Every team member we encountered was cheerful and went out of their way to be helpful. They suggested a dining place and showed us to get there. In the evening I asked if I could get some more candy, and a girl from reception brought me a whole bunch of their signature gummies and cookies! Their energy and eagerness to assist with anything we needed made a huge difference. We had an urgent change in our plan and the hotel staff helped us a lot.
The design is just amazing! Rooms are quiet, clean and artsy. We were enjoying every bit of it, every detail! And the location is nice as well. Everything was perfect!
The staff is a true highlight of the hotel! I wish this hotel prosperity and I hope many more people will enjoy their stays just as we did.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama設施挺好的服務態度也很好，唯一缺點是衹有手持花灑沒有頂部花灑，位置非常適合自駕，路好開車好停。騎電瓶車可能會有點遠。最絕的是這個早餐，味道真的很棒！小包子好吃，這個檔口下麪條米線麪線的更是絕了，什麼調料都不用加，非常好吃！真是超級性價比

중국의 휴일이라 사람이 많아 교통통제가 심해 힘들었지만 , 국경일을 피해서 온다몀 너무나 여유로운 여행이 될거 같습니다 . 푸른눈물은 이번에 못봐서 아쉬움이 남습니다 . 담에 기회가 되면 다시 방문 하겠습니다 . 감사해요

GGuest User Lives in ChinaHonestly one of the nicest stays I have had in China. Came here for a writing retreat - such an amazing spot! Lovely sunrises, sunsets and nice walks nearby. Very quiet and rural feel - not many people around but great amenities (good coffee shop and restaurant, scooter rental). Staff were all extremely friendly and went out of their way to make my stay exceptional. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast. Don’t recommend going to “chase the blue tears” though unless they are a high level of density - not worth it. Better to just stay and enjoy the peace and tranquility nearby the hotel.
