DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

TTsung Wen服務絕對是一百分，那個小姐跟那個先生服務態度都非常好，很熱情，很溫暖，很親切，很溫柔，我非常感謝他們！ 住這家青年旅館的人素質很高，沒有人會在旅館內抽煙，浴室也沒有人會抽煙，這點讓我非常的驚訝！真的是完全的no smoking！ ❤️❤️
浴室沒有很乾淨，有點髒，房間的床墊，棉被非常好，這點讓我非常驚訝，睡很舒服🤗
因為這個房子很老了，所以窗戶一直聽到碰碰碰的聲音，就是風吹的聲音，所以有點吵。一大早會聽到公雞在那邊一直叫，真的很吵。
地點不是很好，基本上附近一家商店都沒有。這讓我生氣的應該就是免費早餐的部分，免費早餐就是只有兩個蛋塔+1杯小牛奶，就這樣而已。我覺得你應該要在事前告訴客人這件事情，如果地衣天晚上你讓我知道早餐只有這樣，那我地衣天晚上就會趕快在**去星巴克買我喜歡的可頌來吃。雖然後來你有更換三明治，但這也只是兩片吐司，中間夾一個蛋，一片生菜，就這樣而已。你應該要在一開始讓我知道這一切，早餐8:30才開始供應，早餐的內容是什麼？
礦泉水滴一瓶是免費的，第二瓶開始一瓶$2。
沒有24小時的服務，有時候我到前台找不到人。
我強烈建議一開始應該讓客人知道所有的事情。包含您的工作時間是幾點？到幾點？
這家青年旅館有非常多的小貓小狗，很有意思，我也非常感謝你們的服務，真的很熱情❤️❤️❤️

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis was a fabulous stay, the guesthouse is very central to the main attractions of Pingtan. The owners give you free use of an electric scooter (big enough for two people). The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the WiFi and AC worked well. The room also had a large balcony with views of the sea. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend this place if you are coming to Pingtan island ! Will come again !

AAlex the wandererIt's great to know about the owner of the hotel who was able to accommodate us. Please be aware that the beach is located about an hour walking distance. The picture advertised in the app is only applicable if you get a higher floor option. We enjoyed our stay there and probably will come back again.

PPengguna Tetamu從福州高鐵去平潭，因為更想沉浸式體驗海所以不想住縣城。在北港村，比較方便，租車自駕環島了一圈，應該是除了龍王頭以外周圍配套最便利的了。出門就有可以趕海的沙灘，有好吃的台灣菜，晚上也鬧中取靜，還有新年限定海上煙花，衞生條件基本滿足個人需求，值得推薦。老闆也是很幫忙，有求必應，算是比較温馨舒適且過年溢價不誇張的民宿。

AAko AnnaIt's a nice hotel to stay with friends and children older than 4 years. It's close to the Beach and has very helpful and friendly hosts. Clean, out room was specious and comfortable. Keep in mind it gets a bit loud in the evening once everyone is coming back from the beach and starts singing Karaoke. Every homestay has one! Overall, it a good place to stay, close to The Blue Tears scinic area, Beach where you can swim and relax. Room looks exactly the same as the photos.

HHarshad BillimoriaThe house was very good, very clean and same as shown in the pictures. It had all the basic amenities.
The location of the house is very good and very near to beach, restaurants and easy to find bikes and taxies.
The landlord is very co operative and if have any issues then we could easy contact her and she would solve our issues immediately.
We all had a pleasant stay and recommend to people travelling to pingtan

HHushushu✅亮點：前台小姐姐服務很好，領着去了房間，介紹了各種事項。當天有空房，給免費升級了海景房，升級的房間很大，還帶浴缸。房卡和電卡分開的，出門也不用擔心斷電。
❌不足：衞生間淋浴間沒有門，且阻隔處有漏水，洗完澡上衞生間地上都是水，很容易滑倒。
整體不錯的。可以沖。
