Hotel Mountain view di Xingyi

Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

This hotel has one of the best levels of service we have ever experienced. We travel frequently and have visited many countries, but we have never encountered such genuine kindness, care, and hospitality anywhere else. Our room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only minor downside was the sound insulation, which could have been better. However, this was completely overshadowed by the outstanding service, so it hardly mattered. We would especially like to thank the reception staff. They are the reason we will always have such warm memories of China. They helped us choose an excursion, took care of all the arrangements, and even thoughtfully prepared a container of freshly cut watermelon for us to take on our trip. They also helped us rent a scooter, making sure we got the best and most affordable option. They were always willing to help, answer our questions, and do everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. On the day we checked out, they surprised us with two giraffe toys and another container of freshly cut watermelon. On top of that, they offered to drive us to the railway station free of charge. We never even asked—they simply wanted to help. Their kindness, attention to detail, generosity, and genuine care for their guests are truly exceptional. They are wonderful people and true professionals. We sincerely hope their hard work is recognized and rewarded because they absolutely deserve it. The service at this hotel deserves not 5 out of 5, but 10 out of 5. It exceeded every expectation we had. The staff here are pure gold – super helpful and always smiling, making us feel right at home. Our host was a total gem, sharing insider tips on exploring the area that made our trip extra special. The location? Absolutely killer! Right in the middle of those jaw-dropping karst formations, we could step out for a morning stroll or sunset hike among the peaks without breaking a sweat. It was nature lover’s paradise meets relaxing escape. Rooms were spacious, clean, and just what you need after a day of adventure. In short, this place nailed it! With top-notch service and views to die for, it's not just a hotel; it's an experience that feels tailor-made for anyone seeking a personal connection with Xingyi's natural wonders. We can't wait to come back and relive the magic. Definitely recommend for those looking for a down-to-earth stay with a touch of class amidst breathtaking scenery. Btw, We are here for Jan 1st 2024, the fireworks and atmosphere is unforgettable.

這次黔西南之行最驚喜酒店，02房絕美景觀，早上醒來讓電動窗簾徐徐開啟，落地窗外羣山環抱萬峯湖，如同一幅重彩山水畫，住過很多海景山景房，這樣羣山叢坐，碧湖半露的景象獨一無二，另外，工作人員雖然不多，但前台兩個小姑娘的服務之細緻周道堪比五星級酒店前台，整個入住期間非常愉快，最後感慨一下峯兮老闆的眼光，怎麼就能拿下這麼塊地，厲害👍

在這裏住了三晚，這是一家在用心經營的民宿，首先地理位置是萬峯林景區的中心點，離大榕樹小吃步行街2-3分鐘步行距離，非常方便，老闆和老闆娘很熱情，笑容特別燦爛，他們的笑容就像萬峯林景區的風景一樣美好，讓我們一家人感覺很温暖，熱心的幫我們拿行李，我是一個非常注重細節的人，看到房間里老板的用心之處（如圖）比如牙杯是一次性透明杯，而不是循環再用的玻璃杯，洗漱台下有消毒清洗的毛巾浴巾，還又給準備了一次性的浴巾非常貼心，房間還配備了冰箱，讓我們在上一站攀枝花買的水果有了安身之所，燒水壺是美的大品牌的，礦泉水是農夫山泉而不是普通不知名品牌，喝起來很放心，全屋智能的小愛同學，讓我們疲憊的遊玩一天後解放了雙手，還有就是房間內現代式的裝修風格設計，讓入住感受非常舒適！打開窗簾映入眼簾的就是一幅油畫般的美景，總之非常推薦大家來入住，沐雲棲

I love this place so much that a part of me wants to gatekeep this hidden gem. Fanzhu梵住 is a beautifully curated boutique hotel that delivers outstanding hospitality. I initially booked a 5-day stay but loved it so much that I extended for an extra day, willingly sacrificing my next destination. I was initially worried the hotel might be a ”pretty façade.” Fortunately, Fanzhu met all my needs of functionality and comfort (Breakfast, Air Conditioning, an excellent shower, free self-service laundry, an ideal location). The property is far from perfection, but it overcompensates with simple, heartfelt sincerity. You can feel the tremendous thought and effort poured into this place to make guests feel comfortable. ✨ Highlights, Who Will Love This Place: ✅#English-Speaking Travellers: For foreigners unfamiliar with China, it is extremely helpful that the owner is fluent in English. ✅#Design & Aesthetics: Warm & modern. The property exudes zen-like comfort with charming decors. It has a gorgeous yard, with swimming pool, and ample outdoor seatings. ✅#Remote workers: I didn’t plan to work on this trip, but I could see myself working there remotely. If you come from the city where every building looks like a boxy Lego piece, you will deeply appreciate this place. ✅#Personalized Service: Kudos to the young lady boss! In a place like Wanfenglin where the location pins and 导航 can be vague to foreigners, sh took the time to understand my itinerary, how I planned my routes around Wanfenglin. She gave recommendations, and helped me check my “Destination” input on car hiring app. Airport and railway station pickups can also be arranged easily too. ✅#Immaculate Rooms: THE BED! Oh my, the bed! The linens, pillows, and towels are all premium quality. Even the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash feel luxurious. The bed is so comfortable that I would return just for a sleep-in holiday. Ok I know I’m mentioning the bed twice but it’s worth mentioning thrice. Extra points from me that the rooms are non-smoking. ✅#Location: Before arriving, I read a review describing this place as ”a piece of tranquillity close to the action”. Now I get it. It sits as an independent building on a peaceful road/hill(?), yet it is a short, easy walk to the Bagua fields and Zhong Nahui, where you can find idyllic cafes, little shops, and children playing in the fields. ✅#Breakfast: Delicious local-flavoured noodles!They also offer more conservative standards like toasts, eggs, and coffee. Oh, the hotel has an ice machine! Ooooohh so sexy in the hot weather (apparently ice cubes are rare in Wanfenglin). ✅#The Resident Pets: As a pet lover who willingly pays to visit cat cafes, having resident dog and cats sealed the deal for me. ✅#BONUS TIP: The Rooftop Night Sky. Unassuming and rugged at first glance, I was initially unimpressed. But I heard good reviews from others, so I gave it another go, and am thankful I did! Stay awhile, allow your eyes some time to adjust in the darkness, and you would see the sky completely transforms. On my last night, I saw a shooting star! I kid you not. It was an absolutely unbelievable, unforgettable moment. Incredibly awesome! ⚠️ Considerations Before You Book (Who should avoid): - If you love standard chain hotels. Fanzhu is intimate enough to offer personalized service. But I can imagine some of my more pampered friends who prefer international breakfast buffet spread would struggle to settle for this simplicity. Some things are just not realistic expectations off a boutique. - Mobility needs: There is no elevator. They would graciously carry your suitcases. However, elderly may want to enquire about ground-floor room. - In the midst of nature: If you have zero tolerance for insects, you may want to skip staying in Wanfenglin. It is a humid, lush environment surrounded by fields and trees. Personally, with a body spray of insect repellent, I wasn't bothered at all. - Pet allergies: If you hate pets (but why would you? :( w

老闆家業大得我們在去萬峯湖的下山路上也遇到了。 環境：整個民宿可以假裝自己在南美。法式木葉窗個人有偏愛。 服務：管家小姐姐接駁雨夜抵達的我們頗多辛苦。阿姨早晨裹的臘肉蛋黃松露粽好好吃。 設施：連續180°上坡並無艱險，停車確實考驗到我了，當然客觀條件平山不易。

Beautiful location ! We took the deluxe family room, which is spacious and well equipped, with a large balcony with an unobstructed view of the karst mountains and sunset. The property includes a beautiful outdoor garden space with sitting room and flowers. There is a self service washing machine and lots of space to hang dry clothing. There is also a small snack/coffee shop that is also operated by the hotel, and offers excellent food and drink choices (both tasty and reasonably priced). Reservation also includes breakfast, which is hand made on demand and delicious. In addition, the service is absolutely impeccable, they brought us room service during a power outage due to a large storm. Both the manager and his wife speak fluent English, which makes it a great find for international travelers as English speakers are a rare find in Guizhou province. Overall the service went above and beyond. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through here.

Great Location, awesome service crews. Went I booked this hotel, I didn't know it was inside the attraction area (Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area) and the package include the attraction fees. ( 200 meters south of Tourist Service Center of Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area, Jiangping Avenue, Xingyi, Guizhou, China) Actually, the entrance fees need to pay but most hotel will include the fees as package plus hop on and off the mini buses is free as long as we show our hotel pass. The room was neat, clean and cosy . Outer look ancient but the deco inside was modern. Especially, I like the door, using a lock. The hotel location was at the right starting point to the attraction, really convenient. The breakfast location was behind the reception but couldn't walk through. Therefore, they will send us via the mini bus to the breakfast location. The cafe have amazing view, only sad for me was coffee not avail. But the reception said they can make coffee for us at the reception area. (In this case, a bit inconvenience. Prefer coffee with breakfast and in one location) BTW, I did have a little fun with their free costume. They are new and clean with different sizes. They allow us to bring to the room to try and leave it till our check out day. Overall : We enjoy our stay, highly recommend.

The location of this homestay is very near to the Wanfenglin Scenic Attraction just a 5-min walk. It is also very near to the public bus terminal. When I arrived at Xingyi South Railway Station, I boarded a direct bus (RMB5) No. 1 outside Xingyi railway station to this bus terminal. The hotel is just 5-min walk from the bus terminal. There is also a bus no. 301 that I can take that goes directly to Maling River Canyon (RMB 3) from this public bus terminal. In terms of convenience to scenic attraction and public bus transportation, the location of the hotel is unique. There are also many good eateries and restaurants nearby the hotel and we were not worried of food. The lady boss briefed us on the weather and informed us that it would be rainy during our two-day stay and advised us to visit the scenic area on that late afternoon as the following day it may rain. We heed her advice and managed to complete enter the scenic area and go for our tour of the wanfenglin scenic area in 3 hours via the shuttle bus transport. We wanted to change to a room at the upper level so that we could have better window view of Wanfenglin but was told the toilet is the squatting type and only our room has the sitting type. Our room is quite clean but the amenities are old including the surrounding.. If there is a chain hotel like Home Inn or 7Day or Hanting at this area, I would have chosen the latter.
