Our family of four stayed at the Scandic Byparken for 3 nights. The location was very good for exploring the city, and the breakfast spread was excellent. However, we were disappointed with the in-room service. A simple oversight, like not replacing an empty tissue box during our stay over 2 consecutive days, left us feeling a bit overlooked. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was delicious, many varieties. Facilities were top class. 

The room is clean from corner to corner, with a light, fresh feel the moment you step inside. Every room is neat and well-arranged, and the floors look like they’ve just been swept and wiped. The kitchen is tidy, with everything in its place, and the bathroom feels bright and well maintained. There’s no clutter lying around, which makes the whole space feel open and calm. Overall, the house gives off a warm, clean, and welcoming impression.

Had a fantastic stay at Zander K Hotel in Bergen. The staff were super friendly and genuinely excited to share recommendations on where to go in Bergen and what to do at the Christmas market, which made our trip even more enjoyable and special. The location is excellent — right next to the train station from Oslo and the rail connection from the airport, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. It’s also within walking distance to several tourist attractions, so getting around was very easy. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety to start the day. Overall, a wonderful hotel with welcoming staff, a perfect location, and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

PERFECT. The hotel is central, behind the fish market, next to the old port, right in the market area. They gave us a free upgrade and provided us with the sea view room. If I had known what kind of view that room had, I would have chosen it from the start because at night, there is no better view of the old port than from that room. The room was modern and spacious, as was the bathroom. Regarding breakfast, you won't miss anything; on the contrary, there were many delicious options. The staff were extremely polite, always smiling, and ready to answer all our questions. I couldn't have lunch at their restaurant because they were closed, but I will do so when I visit the city again. My experience was excellent. I urge you to book rooms with a sea view.

We stayed at opposite of the main receptionist. Easy to find the location. The hotel not really do the cleaning for my first day check in. The used towel and left over the tissue at toilet. We requested the cleaning services second day. Downstairs do have coffee machine is fee. This is added value point, Very convenience. Nearby train and bus station,
