To be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.

那拉提冬天太冷啦，建議大家來都要穿厚點，我們住的這家民宿是這次旅遊路上最好的一家民宿，首先一進房間一股熱氣撲面而來，房間很温暖，也很寬敞，乾濕分離的設計我很喜歡，床品也很舒適，雖然外面風很大，感覺還是能睡個好覺，其次熱水也很給力，我們運氣也很好站在天台還看到了星空銀河，向遠方眺望還有田野雪山美景，真的很不錯，還有民宿老闆也很熱情，有求必應，我們不方便開車還特意接送我們，體驗感真的太棒了👏

剛開始入住比較驚喜的是，辦入住辦的比較晚還給免費升房了。結果後來的一系列服務讓我都有點後悔入住這個酒店。住了兩晚，第二天出門後回酒店發現自己帶的牙刷牙膏都被清理掉了、、、問了幾次前台之後，得到的回覆是房間清理人員當成酒店自己的牙刷丟掉了，這太離譜了，自己帶的牙刷和酒店的很明顯不一樣吧、、、用自己的牙刷就是因為用不慣酒店的牙刷，結果酒店的處理是多給幾幅酒店的牙刷……………以及我住九樓，洗澡水温非常不穩定，就不是恆温。兩天晚上的洗澡水都是由冷到熱到冷來回變換，第二天甚至水都不怎麼熱了…
