Great Location 👍🏻💪🏻 OK friendly female staff better male staff, in particular Mohanad the at customer service desk! 👍🏻 Was exceptionally welcoming, cheerful and gave very helpful hints and recommendations to our enquiries. Room was clean, comfortable, adequately lit and spacious. Amenities such as bath robes, slippers and fully loaded mini-fridge and with Nespresso machine and hotpot for free coffee and infusion beverages.

Saya tinggal di sini pada Malam Tahun Baru. Saya pernah mendengar bahawa bunga api Tahun Baru di Munich tidak pernah berhenti, jadi saya bimbang saya tidak boleh tidur, tetapi bilik itu sangat sunyi dan kedap udara, jadi saya boleh tidur dengan tenang. Please book this hotel, it's only 25mins from old town and it is equipped with microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, culinary tools with cozy room and decoration. The biggest advantage is that they have 24 hours reception ! If u have problem, they will solve it very fast. 10/10 service !

While your hotel facilities are acceptable, the operational failures and hostile staff conduct during my recent stay were entirely unacceptable. My room was located excessively far from the lobby, which amplified a serious safety hazard: the in-room telephone was completely broken. When I discovered the television was also unusable (stating the room was ”not checked in”), housekeeping dismissed me, forcing me to walk all the way to reception just to report your own technical failures. Worse, I experienced an emergency when my phone died without a universal adapter. Instead of helping me during an urgent situation, your staff predatorily refused to assist unless I purchased an overpriced adapter from the hotel. To top it all off, the reception staff were cold and dismissive. Their complete lack of basic courtesy and welcoming demeanor went beyond poor customer service. it felt distinctly like racial bias. A broken room phone is a safety violation, but your staff’s total lack of empathy during an emergency is a failure of management. I expect a formal response regarding how you plan to address these room defects and the deeply problematic behavior of your front desk team. Die Ausstattung Ihres Hotels ist zwar akzeptabel, die betrieblichen Mängel und das Verhalten Ihres Personals während meines Aufenthalts waren jedoch absolut inakzeptabel. Mein Zimmer lag extrem weit von der Lobby entfernt, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko verschärfte: Das Zimmertelefon war komplett defekt. Als ich feststellte, dass auch der Fernseher nicht funktionierte (Anzeige: „Zimmer nicht eingecheckt“), wurde ich vom Housekeeping abgewiesen. Ich wurde gezwungen, den gesamten Weg zur Rezeption zu laufen, nur um Ihre eigenen technischen Fehler zu melden. Noch schlimmer war, dass ich mich in einer Notsituation befand, als mein Handy-Akku leer war und ich keinen Universaladapter dabei hatte. Anstatt mir in dieser dringenden Lage zu helfen, weigerte sich Ihr Personal, mich zu unterstützen, und drängte mich stattdessen in räuberischer Absicht dazu, einen völlig überteuerten Adapter vom Hotel zu kaufen. Zu allem Überfluss war das Personal an der Rezeption kalt und abweisend. Der völlige Mangel an grundlegender Höflichkeit ging über schlechten Kundenservice hinaus – es fühlte sich eindeutig nach rassistischer Voreingenommenheit an. Ein defektes Zimmertelefon ist ein Sicherheitsverstoß, aber das völlige Fehlen von Empathie Ihres Personals in einer Notsituation ist ein Versagen des Managements. Ich erwarte eine formelle Rückmeldung darüber, wie Sie diese Mängel im Zimmer und das zutiefst problematische Verhalten Ihres Rezeptionsteams beheben wollen.

The hotel is nicely located near the main square thus it is a plus. On your way back to the hotel, you will be passing by nice international food selection: viet, Italian, Indian and even two Afghani restaurants. Amd if you miss lne of course, you got your kebab shop! The deal breaker for me, the welcoming deamor of the reception staff. A mixed bag, half were smiling and half is long faced. My advice if smiling and welcoming guests isnt for you, one must quit a customer facing job. And the lady that checked us in has refused to add my husband's holiday in loyalty number. Her reasoning, since you booked using a third party, one must not earn the point. Okay but actually another of her colleague is willing to add the details, just in case we spent something in the bar. Why is it points cant be earn... same concept like flights.. they aren't fussy abt you earning yoir miles. You are the same person at the end of the day. Amenities: breakfast is sumptuous and varied selection although similar everyday. However reception here are way friendlier and jolly. Their gym is properly equipped. I am also delighted with their housekeeping, they do their daily rounds and the lobby is freshen up to. Compared to a marriot hotel which uses a robot, we're lobby edges are so filty. So kudos to the housekeeping team! I am happy though that my husband doesnt have a company site in Germany, I will take checking in France/Poland/India and china any day. They are just way welcoming. The attitude just simply put me off, it shouldn't be a German thing as we ate in a German restaurant in the main square, they are nice over there.

I love the services there, especially their breakfast. The place is close to the subway and very convenient. The receptionist was very polite and friendly

Hotel teams are very kind and ready to respond to your requests. Food is perfect and delicious. Hotel is quite new and clean. Location is a bit far from Munich center but it is very convenient for traveling. Also, very clean and safe area. Hotel is far from train station just 1-2 min walk.

Reception的態度平淡，不熱帎。預訂飯店時曾在特殊要求上列出须要乳膠枕及額外的行李架，結果入住時什麼都沒有準備，concierge的服務態度較好，check out時曾提前要求frontdesk 派人來協助搬運行李，結果完全沒人來幫忙，晚上在飯店餐廳用餐，服務態度平平，不熱帎也不關心，也許是生意太好，無法分身顧及，食物品質普通，與網站上所稱慕尼黑美食飯店第一名實不相符。我們在網站上預訂的至尊豪華房註明房間大小35-38平方米，實際入住發房間根本沒有預期大小。總而言之，除了地理位置，其他都名不符實，只能給予中等評價，但以後大概不會再去入住，也不會推薦朋友去，也許期望值太高，所以失望也較大吧！

Nearby hotel got Mall & plenty of food restaurant. 10 min walk to U station. Nice , clean & spacious room. Friendly staff & helpfull. Recommend Sure will come again to stay at Numa Viktoria.😍😍😍

Overall the hotel was great, a little out of the main city centre, but a 10-minute walk from the nearest station, with about a 20-minute train ride to the city centre.
