Hotel Val-d'Oise dengan Gim

An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

The hotel is brand new. Very clean and located not far from terminal it will cost 12€ of bolt to reach the hotel or there is a free train at a walking distance. Rooms are modern quiet and very well equipped

It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. We were very happy and surprised by the size of our room. We had not taken the breakfast, so we have no comment on the food. We thought that 18,50 euros for breakfast was a bit too expensive for people who do not eat much in the morning.

Limited English speaking staff. Near bus line and waking distance to village that had groceries and restaurants. Even though I paid in advance was required to provide 300 Euro deposit. The room was small, had to change rooms due to plumbing problems. Room had multiple burn spots on carpet, housekeeping was bad and did not speak English. Phone in room was useless, had to go downstairs to talk with staff. No ice machines on any floor. No USB outlets, had to purchase converters to charge cell phones. 2nd room was missing chair and table

L'hotel e' in ottima posizione per raggiungere la fiera o l'aeroporto, ha un comodo ristorante e le camere sono ampie. Purtroppo la camera non viene pulita durante il soggiorno e l'aria condizionata o riscaldamento non sono regolabili, a causa di questo ho dormito abbastanza male.

Spent a night waiting for my flight out of Paris. The hotel is pleasant enough. I will use it again if I need a night in CDG. The shuttle service needs to be organized better. Getting from the hotel to the airport was easy, costs 5 euros. Going from the airport to the hotel in a shuttle is very complicated. The shuttle is a black unmarked van; the pick up place and the schedule is not advertised anywhere. The hotel does not have its own webpage (or I did not find it), only the general Accor website that does not have shuttle information. They should get their own webpage with clear instructions on where and when one can board a shuttle. I bet this would increase the number of people who want to stay at the Mercure-Roissy.

There are two Ibis Styles near the airport. I went to the wrong Ibis Styles and had to take a taxi to the correct Ibis Styles because the bus shuttle stopped. Overall the hotel itself was good for a one night stay.  The room is clean and they gave a good continental breakfast. It is a pity I was in a rush and did not enjoy the breakfast as much as I would have liked.  I took the shuttle back to the airport. We were dropped off at Terminal 2 and I had to take the airport train to Terminal 1. However it only took me about 30min to reach Terminal 1.
