Hotel Val-d'Oise dengan Gim

An excellent experience. Because of comments mentioning a supposed €200 deposit (refunded only after a month), I almost skipped this hotel and booked another place instead. In the end, I’m very glad I chose to stay here. There was no deposit required at all—the paid reservation was sufficient. I received a nice, spacious room with full apartment-style facilities. The design is pleasant, and unlike some slightly cheaper options, the staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Highly recommended

Overall Experience: This hotel is a practical and strategic choice if you are driving from nearby countries (like Belgium) or planning a trip to Disneyland Paris. It offers a good balance of accessibility and comfort for a family of four. Location & Transportation 📍🚌 Public Transport: Extremely convenient! There is a Bus Stop (No. 43) right in front of the hotel. You can take it to the nearby station and catch a train into Paris city center, which takes about 40-50 minutes. Driving to Disneyland: A major plus for families! It only took us about 40 minutes to drive to Disneyland Paris from the hotel. Parking: For those driving in (we drove from Brussels), there is on-site parking available for approximately €16-€18 per day. Room & Amenities 🛌 Family Room: We stayed in a room for four, which included a sofa bed as extra sleeping space. The room was functional and fit our family well. Amenities: Typical for European standards, the hotel provides the basics: soap and shampoo. If you need extra items like toothbrushes or slippers, make sure to bring your own! Dining & Service 🥐☕ Breakfast: We opted for the breakfast included. It was a standard spread—neither too fancy nor disappointing, just a solid ”okay” to start the day. Service: The staff provided great service following European standards. They were friendly, smiling, and very helpful with all our questions. The hotel is greatly located, you can reach it easily by using CDGVAL transfer via PR stop. Room is spacious and well maintained. The hotel is in a compound with park in the middle with 4 other hotels so you can explore other restaurants in those hotels ad the one in mercure can be limited or if you stay longer than a night. They have a swimming pool which is a place but i dont think it was actually heated. The negatives: - their lobby toilets require a key to access so when you already check out you have to ask their staffs help and they are always busy (this hotel has a lot of check-ins / outs) - you also can’t enjoy their pool after your check-out which i thought was disappointing. So if you have later flight the day after then better pay their late check-out fee

Limited English speaking staff. Near bus line and waking distance to village that had groceries and restaurants. Even though I paid in advance was required to provide 300 Euro deposit. The room was small, had to change rooms due to plumbing problems. Room had multiple burn spots on carpet, housekeeping was bad and did not speak English. Phone in room was useless, had to go downstairs to talk with staff. No ice machines on any floor. No USB outlets, had to purchase converters to charge cell phones. 2nd room was missing chair and table

Hôtel tout neuf. Personnel agréable et disponible. Chambre bien équipée. Parfait pour le prix.

No airport transfer after 10 am, hotel reception service is bad for a 4 stars hotel. Only manned by one staff and do not know the priority for guest that are departing for airport. Rooms condition is good by seems that the toilet bowl are cleaned properly, have ugly stain, shower water mixer not working well. Hot and cold varies very suddenly. Breakfast spreads is very limited, but the croissant is very nicely done

L'hotel e' in ottima posizione per raggiungere la fiera o l'aeroporto, ha un comodo ristorante e le camere sono ampie. Purtroppo la camera non viene pulita durante il soggiorno e l'aria condizionata o riscaldamento non sono regolabili, a causa di questo ho dormito abbastanza male.

Amazing place to be, I have been here Jan. 2025 for 9 night that was wonderful and this time it is more better and nicer.  Will be coming back on September 2026 for another 8 nights as my Business fair will be there in Paris nord villepinte PARC děs expositions.

Nous avions réservé pour nous rapprocher afin de passer la journée à Astérix et nous détendre un peu. L’hôtel était propre, la piscine un peu fraîche mais c’était agréable. L’hôtel était dans un lieu calme et entouré d’une zone de restaurants. On m’a juste servi un jus d’ananas périmé .. un peu déçu à ce moment mais le barman m’a offert une autre boisson pour s’excuser.

There are two Ibis Styles near the airport. I went to the wrong Ibis Styles and had to take a taxi to the correct Ibis Styles because the bus shuttle stopped. Overall the hotel itself was good for a one night stay.  The room is clean and they gave a good continental breakfast. It is a pity I was in a rush and did not enjoy the breakfast as much as I would have liked.  I took the shuttle back to the airport. We were dropped off at Terminal 2 and I had to take the airport train to Terminal 1. However it only took me about 30min to reach Terminal 1.
