We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Dear Mandarin Nest Boracay, I had been wanting to write this review as soon as our stay ended, but I was on continuous holidays. Today, I finally made time because our experience deserves to be shared. Our stay wasn't just comfortable—it was filled with thoughtful moments, heartfelt surprises, and genuine kindness. Every peso we spent was absolutely worth it. Experiences like this are the reason people come back, not only because of the beautiful rooms or facilities, but because of the wonderful people behind them. Thank you, Mandarin Nest Boracay, for making my birthday and our family vacation so unforgettable. Interesting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel. Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome. Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind. Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque. Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service. Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

Good Location. Very worth it. Room was big enough for a family of 3. Nice and relaxing pool area. There was an acoustic singer playing in the evening to even relax you while you swim during our stay. Roshan who assisted us was great in customer service. All staffs are courteous and polite. Maybe if the future, they could provide an eco bag also as a souvenir after your stay. Kidding aside, we will definitely be back in this property when we visit the Philippines again.

What we love on this hotel are their pool, bfast buffet variety and most especially their separate toilet and bath and their bed! They also offer towel on their pool. Good thing also across the street there is a 711 and Metrobank for withdrawal of cash :) They also have 30mins complimentary kid play for everyday :) They also have WIFI connection. We were also entertained once we came for checkin. Few cons we saw are: They have no cabinet, their security deposit is P1500 per day, about 1km away from D’mall though they offer already a variety of food on their lobby. They charge also for their laundry bag though 2 initial bags are free. Overall, our experience is still great!

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

Nice hotel, food was just barely ok, room service was basically non existent, had to phone multiple times to get through. Good location near the beach, friendly staff.

t’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

We had an amazing stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay during our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and greetings every day. The hotel surprised us with a beautiful anniversary room setup—a lovely swan towel arrangement shaped into a heart, balloons, a complimentary cake, and a heartfelt anniversary greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. We also loved the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service to D’Mall and, most especially, the seamless airport-hotel-airport transfer. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free, making our trip stress-free from start to finish. We’d also like to give a special shoutout to the reception staff member who was on the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift (July 13). We weren’t able to get his name, but he went above and beyond for us. Our Pitik sa Keyhole photo hadn’t arrived before we checked out, and he proactively offered to personally send it to us via LBC. He took our contact details and handled everything for us without us even asking. That level of initiative and genuine care is something we truly appreciate. Thank you, Savoy Hotel Boracay, for making our anniversary so memorable. Your excellent service and thoughtful hospitality made us feel truly special. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Boracay. Highly recommended! ❤️

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
