We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay was generally pleasant. The hotel itself is nice, and the front desk and overall service were good and accommodating. However, I was deeply disappointed with how our concern was handled by the housekeeping management. We checked out of Room 318 on January 7, 2026 around 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, I accidentally left an ampao wallet with cash on the table, medication in the bathroom, and some personal face essentials on top of the TV. We returned to the hotel around 6:30–7:00 PM for a room transfer and were assigned to Room 308. At around 2:00 AM, I remembered what I had left behind and immediately reported it to the front desk. The following morning, I was informed that nothing at all was found — not even the medication. I could understand if the items were mistakenly thrown away, but being told that absolutely nothing was seen is extremely frustrating. What made this even more disappointing was the feeling that our concern was not being taken seriously, as if our integrity as guests was being questioned. The hotel and its services are good, but the way this situation was handled by housekeeping management needs serious improvement. Lost-and-found cases should be treated with more accountability, sensitivity, and respect for guests. I truly hope management reviews this incident so that no other guest has to experience the same frustration and disappointment.

Interesting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel. Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome. Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind. Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque. Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service. Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

I love everything about the hotel from service, amenities, and the breakfast. Check in and check out was smooth. The hotel bed was so comfortable and it's worth all the money. Water pressure was good. AC was also good. It was even hard for us to come out of the bed because it was that comfy. It really cured our stress and it really felt a vacation like we could nap multiple times a day. Lol. Really also enjoyed the pool bar with the floating bed. The drinks were reasonable as well. Staff was very friendly and nice. Really enjoyed our stay and we will come back. Only downside was, it wasn't beachfront. You had to walk 7mins from the hotel to the beach. Wasn't really a big teal because we enjoyed the pool and overyexperience of the hotel. It sounds like you want to turn that into a polished hotel review. Here’s a cleaned-up version that keeps your tone but improves the flow and grammar: Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. I loved everything about it - from the service and amenities to the breakfast. We also really enjoyed the pool bar, especially the floating beds. The drinks were reasonably priced, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back. The only downside was that the hotel isn’t beachfront. You need to walk about 7 minutes to reach the beach. However, it wasn’t really a big deal for us since we enjoyed the pool and the overall hotel experience.

Nice hotel, food was just barely ok, room service was basically non existent, had to phone multiple times to get through. Good location near the beach, friendly staff.

We have originally booked a west premier king with the view of the hallway/ next hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we have asked the conceirge for a room with a pool view. Luckily they have the Room 445 available and topped up 5,190/night on the current booking to get our room upgrade. They let us checked in early, but the room once we entered still got sand inside the bedsheets. 🥹 This is our 2nd time in this hotel, we just missed the cleanliness during their soft opening, welcome drinks and the band once you arrived on the hotel, but as we informed the staff during check out, they have given us the *goodbye* drink. 😅 We have availed the Landtransfer also, everything is okay aside for the we go and wait for 20mins for the speedboat to come in the public terminal. We catch a red eye flight and this is really tiring considering we have a baby with us. Still enjoyed the stay, hoping to get the same treatment during our first stay with Mandarin.

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. The staff had been very helpful and provide an excellent service. More power to you!!

t’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

Definitely enjoyed our wrist stay here this is not our first time in Boracay if I'm not mistaking this is our fifth time already and our second time to be staying at Newcoast area. I love the fact that Savoy is part of the hotel chain where simplicity and affordability is maintained. Savoy Boracay surprisingly big and offers amenities tha other hotels in Boracay do not have. The hotel has gym,spa, big pool, beach accesibility and shuttle for the D' Mall. Appreciate the most the extra effort they prepare for our celebration, from the tv greetongs to the letters/cards,balloons and cakes they prepare for our kids birthday and our anniversary. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet and relaxing Boracay vacation without mizssing the paradise itself.

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
