excellent location in the centre of Boracay 2 mins from the beach, hotel is immaculate and staff welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, roof top pool and bar with games available in the evening to play whilst watching the amazing sunset. breakfast was plentiful, seating both indoors and outside, restaurant in the courtyard sells excellent food and cocktails. would thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in Boracay

The location is very good because it’s beach front and just right there at DMall.  Staff are friendly and helpful  The foods at the buffet are great  The one thing I don’t like is the policy that I need give deposit 1500 pesos per night of our stay. We stay for 4 nights so I need deposit of 6000 pesos. This policy freaks me out. How if I only have 6000 pesos budget to enjoy the small buys in Boracay ? Im not gonna enjoy it because this hotel hold my money and take note they want cash.  So sorry Mandarin Nest I think you need to review this policy. This is not friendly for the guest who have budgeted money.  We are returning balikbayan  just want to enjoy the beauty of Boracay and other tourist attractions here in the Philippines.  Well this is my experience in this hotel. We’ve been staying at Coast every time we visit Boracay since discovering the hotel in 2022, and this was already our fourth stay. This time, we stayed for six nights. The room experience remains consistent and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning is cold, and daily free treats are a nice touch. We especially enjoy the complimentary soft-serve ice cream and popcorn offered every day at 3:00 PM. Service continues to be one of Coast’s strongest points. From the moment we land in Caticlan until we arrive at the hotel, everything is taken care of seamlessly. Airport pickup, boat transfers, and land transportation are all well-coordinated. Every request—whether for extra pillows or bottled water—is handled promptly, and the staff consistently greets us whenever we pass by. We spent Christmas at the hotel this year and were pleasantly surprised to find a Christmas stocking with treats hanging on our door on Christmas Day—a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. That said, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. We experienced problems with the water heater twice; while these were eventually resolved, the water pressure remained extremely slow. The shower area also has drainage issues, with water splashing outside and draining slowly. Additionally, soundproofing is quite thin—you can hear footsteps in the hallway and even the television from neighboring rooms. Breakfast is acceptable, though we found the food to be a bit bland. Service during breakfast could be improved, as we often had to repeat requests because they were forgotten. Special mention goes to Coast’s beach boys, Joni and Ben, who have consistently provided 5-star service since our first visit in 2022. Their attentiveness and warmth continue to elevate our beachside experience every time we stay.

Exceptional service and perfect location for a wonderfully chilled vacation! It’s our 5th time at crimson and we are already planning our next visit. The hospitality team really do go above and beyond , attentive and friendly! Great food, great atmosphere and perfect beach!

What we love on this hotel are their pool, bfast buffet variety and most especially their separate toilet and bath and their bed! They also offer towel on their pool. Good thing also across the street there is a 711 and Metrobank for withdrawal of cash :) They also have 30mins complimentary kid play for everyday :) They also have WIFI connection. We were also entertained once we came for checkin. Few cons we saw are: They have no cabinet, their security deposit is P1500 per day, about 1km away from D’mall though they offer already a variety of food on their lobby. They charge also for their laundry bag though 2 initial bags are free. Overall, our experience is still great!

Nice hotel, food was just barely ok, room service was basically non existent, had to phone multiple times to get through. Good location near the beach, friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay during our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm smiles and greetings every day. The hotel surprised us with a beautiful anniversary room setup—a lovely swan towel arrangement shaped into a heart, balloons, a complimentary cake, and a heartfelt anniversary greeting card. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more special. We also loved the convenience of the complimentary shuttle service to D’Mall and, most especially, the seamless airport-hotel-airport transfer. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free, making our trip stress-free from start to finish. We’d also like to give a special shoutout to the reception staff member who was on the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM shift (July 13). We weren’t able to get his name, but he went above and beyond for us. Our Pitik sa Keyhole photo hadn’t arrived before we checked out, and he proactively offered to personally send it to us via LBC. He took our contact details and handled everything for us without us even asking. That level of initiative and genuine care is something we truly appreciate. Thank you, Savoy Hotel Boracay, for making our anniversary so memorable. Your excellent service and thoughtful hospitality made us feel truly special. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Boracay. Highly recommended! ❤️

We were very happy with our stay at Belmont Boracay. We arrived ahead of the checkin time and they gave us a complimentary early check-in. Sir Ivan and the rest of the staff was so accomodating. There is a free shuttle going to dmall but of course you need to schedule ahead of time. Breafast is good, I can say not a lot of choices but all are delicious. We had our dinner at the hotel and the food is sooo good. The location is far from the center but this is what we want not crowded and not so many people. There is also an atm in the lobby and 7eleven nearby. Overall, our stay here was great, recommended for families and for those who want serene and less crowded place.

Nice hotel with great service! Location is nice, beautiful beach, evening programs and tasty food. I think the hotel should improve the restaurant for the breakfast time, too crowdy, not enough places when hotel fully booked. Also need some renovation, because some places look like a bit old. Anyways we enjoyed our vacation there. Special thanks for a little surprise in the room)

Pros The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great!  They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.  Cons Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.
