AAnonymous12345I had a very good stay in NuStar Hotel. Being a frequent business traveler, the room is spacious and well designed. The bed is very comfortable. Had a great sleep and fully charged the next morning. Definitely would recommend!

AAMtravelsThank you, Holiday Inn Cebu. My family and I had a great time staying there for a few days. Lovely was truly lovely—it really suited her name. She was the most accommodating from the very start. We wanted to thank her again during check-out, but unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to see her. She went above and beyond in hospitality, and you’re lucky to have her. Keep up the great work. As for breakfast—OMG, we loved it! Special mention to the one who makes the coffee. Just a small note: it would be nice to improve or change the chafing dishes so the food stays hot. Other than that, the food and service were great. I will definitely choose this hotel from now on, as we always stay in the city for a few days before heading to our rest house. See you again soon, and thank you for the birthday cake and balloons!

PPengguna TetamuThe rooms at Seda Central Bloc were new and inviting. However, our room's airconditioning had a tendency to just turn off on its own. A/C settings would also be changed every time we would go in the room. The hallways are also quite warm and stifling at times. The breakfast buffet was very satisfactory, with so many food choices. We were also able to use the gym facilities.

TTriumph LearningReally enjoyed hotel. Will use again soon. If u want quality, stop looking at hotels under 2k pesos. Especially if you have guests. I'd choose this hotel over a 8k pesos resort hotel. Bfast was different each day & food was warm. We ate such a good breakfast that we skipped lunch.

The reception team was genuinely welcoming and efficient—one of those check-ins that immediately sets the tone for a smooth, comfortable stay. Breakfast was a daily highlight. There were plenty of delicious options to choose from, so everyone in the family could find something they loved. The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special. We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal. What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. The atmosphere is relaxed and polished without being stiff, and our family enjoyed every bit of our time there. It felt easy to settle in, unwind, and just enjoy being together. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The hotel is right next to SM Cebu City Mall—literally just across the road—which was incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and last-minute needs. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle. All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu.

PPengguna TetamuI booked for a room with pool view which is more expensive than the rest of the rooms but i was greatly disappointed. We were placed in a room with a roof view and the view of another building! It was a waste of money! We only get to see the roof of something! Never again would i be paying extra money for a pool view when the hotel will not give us such kind of room as advertised. They said they will transfer us to a room with a pool view but it did not happen. We kept on waiting but it did not happen until we gave up. The receptionist was a little disrespectful and impatient. Worse still, they do not allow guests who have checked in the hotel to use the pool with inflatable play set and slides. I was mislead into thinking that guests can use the pool with inflatable play set for free. The hotel guests have to pay P600 per person in order for one to be able to use such pool and slides. I guess families with children have been more disappointed than me knowing that they and their kids could not use such pool for free. So those who will try to book this hotel hoping their kids can enjoy the pool with inflatable play set and slides for free, think again. You will be greatly disappointed because you will only be able to use the ordinary pools.

JJesse AcasoI'm kinda disappointed in my stay here because the fact that I compared this branch with Panglao branch, so i was expecting the same amenities. The service were the same all smiles to all the customers but I'm disappointed for the amenities because my room doesn't have hot shower and the building needs for detailed upgrade. I booked on this building as I was hoping it's newly renovated the place was new however some furniture way outdated and needs a more thorough upgrade. Love the earth restaurant still 🩷🧡💛

PPaulVIIt was very busy as a lot of rooms are now transferred to court rooms due to the damage in the court before of the earthquake. As I had to be in court it was the ideal place to stay. Friendly hotel staff and very helpful. Very good value for the price and very specious rooms

PPengguna TetamuWe were looking forward to use their pool and was so excited about it however when we stayed there, their pool was so dirty and even staying in the pool for just a few minutes made our skin itch so bad and we had rashes in our face and body. Thats when we knew that their pool was very very dirty. Theres a lot of debris in the pools as well, we used all of their pool and all of them were bad. To think that their rates are so high and this is the experience we get. Their rooms need maintenance as well specially the bathroom.
