You will never feel hungry with your stay and accommodation!I would like to thank their manager ma’am Sherryl who entertained me and upgraded my room to signature room with King Bed as I checked-in late from the airport!Sir Renei who oriented and assisted me to my room!Sir Jaycaro who assisted and accommodated me together with ma’am Leona at Executive Lounge 23. My sunset time was never wasted with happy tummy and unlimited wine, beers etc.Ma’am Divinagracia ground staff and all the staffs of the property for the respect and hospitality in each corner of the resort! This is the best among the best 5 star ⭐ hotels I’ve been staying so far! No doubt and definitely I’ll come back! All the kind gestures of all the staffs are appreciated! Kudos to the Team👏👏👏

Had an amazing stay at Nustar Hotel Cebu. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the sea. The service was exceptional—staff were attentive, warm, and professional. The amenities, especially the pool and dining options, made the experience even more memorable. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Cebu. Highly recommended!

The resort is very wide, with 2 pools, direct/private beach access. 6 different restaurants with 2 international buffet. Rooms are also very nice with good bedding.

We stayed at Seda during the weekend to celebrate valentine's day. Room stay was good, and we were allowed late check out at 1pm. Gym is not big but good enough. Theres also a pool. Location is good Breakfast buffet could be better as food was quite oily. All in all, would stay in Seda again if we return here in the future.

My stay at this hotel was OUTSTANDING. The food service was excellent, we ate outside by the pool. The food server named (Manuel) was very friendly and professional, he had a GREAT personality and you can tell he really loved his job. The hotel was very clean and ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. All the boxes were checked at this hotel.

Since it was the busy GW as Japan vacation period, check-in took longer than expected, but the hotel provided me with a complimentary drink voucher, which allowed me to wait for check-in in comfort. What impressed me most was their prompt response to the issue and their hospitality. After checking out, I had planned to sightsee in Cebu City before heading to the airport, but on the way to the airport in a taxi, I realized I had left my passport in the key box in my hotel room. With my flight check-in time fast approaching, I called the hotel and was assisted by Shai, who arranged for my passport to be delivered to the airport. Thanks to this, I was able to make my flight. Even over the phone—where it can be difficult to hear clearly—he spoke slowly and clearly, ensuring we could communicate effectively. This level of service was an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much for saving me from a desperate situation.

The best stay we had was at this resort in Cebu,we booked a villa and it was absolutely amazing experience. We had private room for our breakfast and had special cocktail and canapes which was amazing .The restaurant food was also so good.The in room breakfast Setup was done well ,all services in the villa was excellent . Resort is beautiful and very peaceful aswell.The spa treatment was excellent. Service for drop of to the airport was so convenient aswell. The staff are so lovely, friendly and so helpful.This place is a dream will definitely would love to come back and stay again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. From the check in to restaurant staffs. The housekeeping staff were awesome. They did a really good job keeping our rooms neat and tidy everyday. Breakfast buffet was basic and had plenty flies but it’s a resort so it’s pretty much expected. Could appreciate some sort of a deterrent . Hotel beach front was great compared to crimson. Would suggest some light music for ambience. Location of the hotel is convenient. The children enjoyed the 3 swimming pools and the Mrs loved the spa. Overall they lived up the 4 star resort hotel experience and expectations.

This hotel is very convenient, located only about 20 minutes from the airport, which makes it perfect before a flight. It is a large property, yet it remains surprisingly peaceful. The staff are truly lovely and welcoming. The rooms are very comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need. The food is excellent, especially the breakfast, which offers a great selection. We spent a fun evening at the Sports Bar — my children really enjoyed all the activities available. The only downside, in my opinion, was that the prices there were quite high. Aside from that, the view from the pool is stunning, and there is a pleasant small beach to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay before catching our flight.

I love this place because it is a big property with many different parts and things to do. There really many pools, an aqua park, an inflatable island on a large pool, a game room, a bar, a restaurant, a souvenir shop (that also sells basic medicines and toiletry needs), bathrooms, a garden, the beach front. If you are a family with children of different ages and even if you have grandparents in tow, this would be perfect. They’re not stingy with lounge chairs either and in one pool, you can play volleyball. Their rooms are good sized and comes with a small ref, hair dryer, a carafe and free tea and coffee. Their breakfast buffet is awesome with sooo many food and drinks to choose from. There is a BDO cash machine and their staff are very helpful and polite. Grab food are not allowed to deliver at the lobby, they can only make it to the gate of the property and while it is not far to walk there, you can ask for free shuttle to bring you to the gate to claim your order and then back to the lobby. They also take credit cards and water stations on each floor where you can refill your water bottles. There are 2 large water bottles in each room. I think the one issue I have is - I perceived this resort to be family friendly because of the many kinds of activities for different ages but our rooms came with bathrooms that has glass wall where a person outside the bathroom can pull up the blinds. I mean, why? When I booked the rooms, it didn’t mention that the bathroom would be like that. I wish they would provide a distinction during booking so that people who don’t want bathrooms to be like that can avoid it.
