Boutique Ethno Hotel

The hotel is in an old residential building, that has been well renovated and is very central as it's in the pedestrian area (the parking is at the rear of the hotel). The hotel does not have an elevator and hence guests with accessibility issues need to keep this in mind. The rooms were well maintained and warm considering the temperature outside was 4 Deg C. The rooms even had a small balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the street. The hotel has a restaurant (Yaghli house) across the street which serves meals, which I will cover separately. The breakfast was great as it was included in the room rate and was extremely hearty to the point we had to tell the host not to serve us any more food. Susan was our host in the hotel and went out of her way to make us comfortable even though it meant using the translator app to communicate with us. A must stay

Это ооочень замечательное место! Я в полном восторге от пребывания здесь, хотя были всего одну ночь. Ради этого балкончика ехали из Еревана)) Интерьер отеля выдержан в одном стиле, все идеально подобрано, деревянная мебель с резьбой. Все хочется разглядывать и трогать. Также и общая зона прекрасна. Ну а вход в подъезд-отдельная любовь. Старинная плитка и зелень, свисающая по стенам -красота. Хозяин сам ухаживает за цветами, молодец! Удобные кровати, халаты, все есть для комфорта и даже обогреватель на балконе. Спасибо большое Самвэлу за гостеприимство и заботу и дальнейшего процветания!
