Older hotel, buffet dinner isn’t very good, the room doesn’t have cold Aircon in October.

Room is clean & tidy. Hotel outside environment is good & silent.

I stayed here while visiting my hometown. I chose this hotel because I wanted to relax in a hot spring. The quality of the hot spring was excellent. The location from the open-air bath isn't the best, but it's not completely visible, so I think that actually helped me relax. It was summer, but the sounds of cicadas and cuckoos added to the resort atmosphere. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were more than enough. Soap and shampoo are provided at the hot spring, so you can easily enter empty-handed (just bring a towel). Towels are also provided in the room. I booked a breakfast-included plan, so I was looking forward to it. It's a buffet, but the selection is so extensive that I was full before I could enjoy it all. The menu changes daily, so it was fun to stay multiple nights. The lobby also offers free drinks and popsicles, which is a great service for families with children. The only downside is the Wi-Fi. While there is free Wi-Fi on each floor, it's really poorly connected. And even when I thought I had it, it would disconnect immediately. The signal was poor, so I would notice it disconnecting before I knew it. This needs to be improved; Wi-Fi is available! Despite advertising it as such, it was practically nonexistent. The voices of tourists were loud late at night. I think they were Chinese, but even though it was past midnight I could hear them doing something in the hallway and it made it difficult to sleep. However, overall it was a good hotel, and although I was traveling alone this time, I would like to bring my family next time.

Right next to Hachimanpei Panoramic Ski Resort, the location is great, directly SKI IN SKI OUT! The open-air hot springs are great too! Every day at the end of skiing, relax by taking a bath to help you sleep. There is a drink bar on the first floor for unlimited drinks + free ice pops available until 9pm. Hope to be open a little later will be better 👍 The room is very spacious, the quilt is down very fluffy warm very praise, unfortunately the pillow is a little too hard a bit, the service staff are very Nice, even will help the car snow, service is really good!

The hotel room is of a suitable size, the restaurant environment is good, it is directly opposite the ski slope, and the ski resort is spacious and not crowded. It is not very convenient to go to the hotel. You need to transfer by bus. First take the airport bus to Shenggang Station, and then transfer to the bus at Shenggang Station. The time connection is not smooth on the outbound trip, but it is relatively smooth on the return trip. 

I stayed here only for the night. The room was clean and I was able to relax and enjoy the hot springs. I would definitely like to stay again.

The hotel is very comfortable

The Snow Corridor just opened, and it was very close to the mountain. The hotel service was good, there were few foreign tourists, and there were activities to watch the stars at night, but the weather was not good, and there was only Japanese explanation.

I went there to spend the New Year's holidays skiing. Although it was a bit far from my home, the hotel was well worth the trip. The parking lot is wide and easy to park upon arrival. The lobby has a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of sofas, a stylish fireplace, and free coffee service, making it a great place to soothe your long journey during the check-in process. The room was on the 3rd floor, which had just been renovated, and an extra bed was added to the standard twin room, allowing two families to sit next to each other. Even if an extra bed is included, there is a 2-seater sofa and a chair for 1 person, and the space is large enough for 3 people to stay comfortably, so the higher-ranked rooms are probably even more spacious. Outside the window was a grove of trees on the ski resort side, but I managed to see some New Year's fireworks as well. There were more than enough amenities in the room, and although Tefal pots are usually filled with water to boil immediately, I was grateful that there was another cold water pot with ice. . The hotel's own sweets and coffee and tea were delicious, so I bought the sweets and coffee as souvenirs to take home. I had some problems, so I'll write them down. In the evening of my first night, I started hearing a trickling sound in the ceiling, and when I asked the hotel to check twice, it turned out that the cause was water droplets from condensation coming from the heating pipes in the hotel. However, despite the busy year end, the hotel staff responded promptly and courteously, adjusting the in-house boiler and changing the room, making it more comfortable. And the food is great! ! ! More than the price! ! ! ! ! First of all, the interior of the restaurant is decorated in chic colors, the windows are wide, and the table arrangement doesn't make it feel cramped, so I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed manner. The contents of the buffet, which focuses on locally produced and locally consumed and seasonal ingredients, was also very good. ``Yume Yogurt'' is smooth and especially recommended. As we always change our lodgings every year, this buffet style lodging was the best value for money. The staff were very attentive, and the timing of replenishing food and putting down plates after eating was also good. When I ate, I saw some customers spilling milk and dropping spoons and tongs from the buffet, but the staff quickly took care of them. This sense of speed is also something that no other hotel has ever had before. For skiing, the private lockers were clean and spacious, so I was able to use them without worrying about other people. I have stayed at many hotels that are directly connected to ski resorts, but this one is very good. There are only 3 ski lifts with direct access, so this may not be enough for those who want to enjoy as many slopes as possible, but on the contrary, it seems to be a little-known ski resort, and it's not too crowded, so it's a good place to stay for the year. It was a lot of fun for boarders and skiers (lol) who ski only once or twice a year. You can enjoy the open-air bath even in winter, and the quality of the spring water and the size of the bathroom are great! Although the cleanliness was maintained, the hotel feels sorry for the guests who had bad manners. Also, the face towel amenities are fluffy and there is even a towel for body washing, so I can't really complain. In addition to fireworks, the New Year's event included rice cake pounding at the ski resort (it was a little hard to see inside the lift building) and a lottery, where one "lift ticket" was won and the rest were lost. I received a drink as a participation award. It was nice to have a choice of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages for the participation award, and I was also impressed by the service, which included local beer. Lastly, we apologize for the inconvenience caused when checking out and paying for the room, as the two families had to split the payment for the room. sorry. However, despite this shortcoming, the woman at the front desk treated me like a god! ! ! ! ! They even said, ``We look forward to your next visit.'' We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again, so if I have a chance, I would like to go see "Dragon Eye". I'm really thankful to you. The room is very spacious. Very friendly. The hot spring water quality is so good that you can smell sulfur even in the hotel hallway.

10月中旬に紅葉目的で宿泊しました。 夜に到着しましたが外観の灯りがとても素敵でした。 入室早々、カメムシが２匹出没して大騒ぎ。 お部屋にはガムテープとカメムシの取り方の説明書が…。 夫が嫌々何とか退治しました。 温泉は内湯と露天が一つずつ。朝夜で男女入れ替えです。 スリッパにタグを付けていたにも関わらず、間違えて履いて行かれて気分が悪かったですが、温泉は良かったです。 外国人客もいるのでタグは平仮名ではなく別の文字の方が良いのでは？と思いました。 朝は露天から見える山に太陽が当たって綺麗でした。 硫黄の匂いがキツく、比較的温泉に近かったこともあり部屋の中までずっと硫黄の匂いがしてました。 苦手な方は温泉から遠いお部屋をリクエストしてみても良いかもしれません。 朝夕のバイキングはとても充実していて夫婦共々大満足でした。特に夕飯はどれも美味しくて食べすぎました。 周りには何もないですが八幡平からそこそこ近いので、車があれば良い立地だと思います。 お目当ての八幡平の紅葉は山の中腹あたりが丁度見頃で、大変綺麗で感動しました。とても綺麗なのに混みすぎず、寂しすぎずで最高でした。穴場なのかも？ ホテルの周りは10月下旬頃が見頃かなという感じでした。10月中であれば何処かしら紅葉していて楽しめそうです。 私は参加出来ませんでしたが、夜は八幡平についての説明や星空鑑賞会などもやっているようで、八幡平を楽しみ尽くしたい方にはとてもお勧めです。 カメムシ対策を強化していただけたらもっと最高です。
