房間略顯老舊，設施一般，環境一般，服務一般，但是地理位置絕佳，有陽台，海景房，出門就是海，性價比最高的一家酒店。

위치는 좋으나 모든 서비스 조건들이 아주 열악 하였음

Hotel in need of a bit of work here and there but the amazing staff make up for any shortfall there,wonderful location,would definitely stay there again the place was clean and had a lovely seating are outside ,12 checkout was great too

Could be a lovely hotel if a little money invested in it. Good sized rooms, comfy clean beds,fridge and kettle in room,but no tea,coffee etc. Small balcony but fantastic view, really beautiful. Staff really lovely and helpful,just seemed to be very few available. Breakfast not great. Plenty of continental style but any cooked food appeared to be in short supply and sitting quite a while. We were with friends and thankfully we are not big complainers so more inclined to see the funny side of things. We were there for 3 nights and on our last morning there was quite a big crowd of young people for breakfast which ended up at 8.15am being no cooked food at all, very little bread, which they eventually replenished, no cutlery, no cups for tea, had to use glasses, then no tea, water ran out, by which time were really laughing. BUT we actually did have lovely few days. Wouldn't recommend unless they had a good refurb. Pool advertised but really bad condition. Water almost black looked like it hadn't been used or cleaned in years. Surrounding pool area really neglected.

3rd time staying here - it's my first choice to view when visiting the city. Great value for money and location

Let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel were so kind and helpful, I have absolutely no complaints about them. When we first arrived at the hotel, their credit card machine was not working, and they let us settle in and said we could pay the next morning no problem. It was super nice. When we asked for extra towels or toilet paper there was always extra. Amazing people. However, this hotel could use a SERIOUS renovation. As soon as we opened the door the room smelled like an old man’s gym locker, there were stains on some of the sheets, and my duvet comforter was literally ripped at the bottom. The water smelled like sulfur and seaweed every other time we used the sink, and the electricity in the room would jsut randomly go off by itself and then come back on later. The lights outside our room in the hallway hardly ever worked and the spa (hammam) was non existent. It was literally an abandoned basement with old furniture upside down and empty dark rooms. Absolutely terrifying looking, we went back to our room immediately. There was water leaking on the top floor and the paint falling off the walls in many areas.Whoever runs/owns this hotel must be trying to create an interactive horror experience. Although Kayahanbay Otel might have seen it’s last renovation during the ottoman reign, it is central to downtown Kusadasi and would be the best hotel in town if it had a serious renovation. The breakfast was pretty good too. Beautiful views and close to the Çarsi and restaurants.

The hotel is very central and has great sea views, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast a good Turkish one. Would stay again. 👍

Temizlik ve kahvaltı başarılıydı.Otelin kendi otoparkı var ama yoğunluk vardı.Otelin önünde yer bulduk.Herhangi bir pormlem olmadı. Konumu merkezi. Odalar temiz ve büyüktü.

L emplacement trés bien avec la vue sur la mer et les bâteaux. L' acceuil pas sympa. Et le prix de la chambre c'est à la tête des clients.

Rezervasyon yapmadığım ve ailemle 1 gece mecbur bir yerde kalmam gerekti. Otel berbat. Herşey çok eski ve yıpranmış. Havuz var ama ne şemsiye ne minder var. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Paranız ile rezil olursunuz. Sadece Konumu iyi geri kalan her şey çok kötü. Heryer eskimiş ve otel çok pis.

Hiç memnun kalmadık, tavsiye etmiyorum. Ben feribota yakın olduğu için tercih ettim fazla bir beklentim yoktu zaten ancak kahvaltıyı erken hazırlayabileceklerini, bunun için not alacaklarını söylemelerine rağmen sabah bunun mümkün olmadığını ilettiler ve hatalarını telafi etmek için hiç bir çaba göstermediler. Personeller arası iletişimsizlik var ve bu da müşteri memnuniyetsizliğine sebep oluyor. Aynı şekilde akşam aracımızı otel otoparkında bırakabileceğimizi söyleyip sabah bunu kabul etmediler. Temizlik kötüydü. Personeller yetkin değil ve mecburen çalışıyormuş gibilerde. Tek otel orası kalsa bile tercih etmemelisiniz.

L’hôtel est sale, le petit déjeuner est foireux, les chambres de ne sont pas nettoyé, les chambres sont très sales. La piscine est sur le toit et tout le monde peut vous voir les voisins, il n’y a aucune intimité. Les chambres sont très mal isolées, je n’ai pas pu dormir à cause du voisin qui mettait sa télé à fond et personne lui a dit de baisser le son malgré que je l’ai dis à la réception. Malgré le prix que j’ai payé cela ne vaut pas du tout le coup, fuyez. Si vous venez pour dormir seulement même pour cela je vous le déconseille. L’eau de la douche malgré que ce soit mit à fond n’étais pas chaude. Le seul point positif c’est l’emplacement mais vraiment ça ne vaut pas le coup.

Manzarası gerçekten çok güzel bir otel. Çalışanları her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Konumuda çok iyi nerdeyse heryere yakın. Odaları oldukça kaliteli ve temiz.Otelin hemen çevresinde çok iyi barlar ve restorantlar var .Tavsiye ederim
