首先作為一家知名的五星酒店，從每個方面，柏悦都是完全合格的。從服務來講，基本所有服務都是到位。這次去有一位中文管家Zac，工作很周到及時。尤其是離開時，當快艇離開碼頭一會兒，我們回頭看，發現七、八個工作人員一直在揮手告別。很讓人心裏温暖。所有的服務員都偏內向一些，較為小心。 環境：酒店所在島距離馬累比較遠。飛機到馬累機場後，需要再轉機國內航班，飛一個小時，下飛機後，還需再乘坐快艇約30分鐘，才能到達。真的是遠。問了同航班的人也是説因為覺得這裏潛水環境好才來的。因為我們已經是第四次去馬爾代夫了，所以有對比，潛水時比其它島略好一點。我們浮潛環繞了四分之三，有很好的珊瑚，烏龜、魚羣也很多。潛水時有大魚羣，出海捕魚時遇到了海豚。 設施：滿足五星，缺少一點豐富性。 衞生：沒問題。 服務：講講餐飲。自助餐比四季酒店略差一點，但有一個很小的日餐Koi,味道有水準，創新的。另外，春節期間有特別請中國大廚去做的特別晚餐，水平不錯。總體來説，都很好。如果一定要挑剔一下，就是感覺如果希望在五星酒店之上再有一點品味和豐富性就更好了。 當然，海灘夜觀星空也是非常難忘的體驗。海釣可以捕獲很大的魚。

Park Hyatt Maldives is a class above most resorts we’ve visited before. Although small and intimate (which we prefer) the island itself is incredibly picturesque, from the blend of turquoise waters blending into the deeper blue, the soft white powdered sand through to the the way the hotel blends perfectly within the palm trees. What really makes this place is the unrivalled service provided by the team of staff at Park Hyatt Maldives who make all their guests feel like royalty. I’ve purposely chosen not to mention any individuals by name as that would be unfair on the rest as their service is truly a team effort. If you like diving then Blue Journeys has one of the most laid back, relaxed and friendliest teams we’ve ever had the pleasure of diving with however don’t let that fool you into thinking that they’re not focused and thorough. Although the journey in getting to the resort is long than most, trust me you won’t regret. Thank you Park Hyatt Maldives for a memorable 5 nights. We hope to see you again soon.

TLDR - Amazing, totally worth it, just book it already. My husband and I just spent a week at the resort to celebrate our anniversary and loved every minute of it! First of all, the resort is beautiful, with gorgeous white sandy beaches and crystal clear water. We loved snorkeling there - probably the best coral reef we have ever seen. I'd recommend the guided snorkeling as they have a marine biologist that explains what you see in the ocean and takes to the best spots. As for the room, we got the beach pool villa, which meant having our own pool and private beach area. The room was huge and in great condition and had an outdoor shower and tub as well. We got housekeeping twice a day, so the room was pretty much always sparkling clean! We weren't expecting much in terms of food, but we were pleasantly surprised as everything, from breakfast to dinner, was delicious. The breakfast buffet and a la carte menu had a lot of variety, including both local and international dishes, both sweet and savory. And there was some variation in the buffet dishes each day which we appreciated. As for dinner, we loved the Island Grill (highly recommend the seafood tower and the BBQ event to try more local dishes) and Koi (for both the food and the views!). Everyone at the resort was very friendly and helpful. Starting from our host, Mr Shahum, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great anniversary trip. He checked in on us frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly, suggested activities we could do, and helped us with reservations. Some others that we'd like to thank for making our trip special (and apologies for any misspellings): Krishna - thank you for a special anniversary dinner, we really appreciated the view and special service; Hamzan, Eid & Tsiosella - thank you for great service and interesting chats; James, Sangita & Rusiru - thank you for the delicious cocktails at the Bar; and Bek & Shamin thank you for taking care of us at breakfast. Last but not least, thank you, Imran and everyone that helped us with our arrival and departure. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we're already planning on going back for our anniversary next year :)
