Minibar leer, das übliche Wasser ( als Diamant Member ) nicht auf dem Zimmer Bei der Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen bekam ich die Antwort das es Wasser nur am Anreisetag gibt Die Minibar kann nicht gefüllt werden, weil dafür das Personal fehlt, so die Erklärung des Duty Managers am heutigen Morgen! Die Rezeptionistin war zudem sehr arrogant Ich denke es ist in der Verantwortung des Hotels, dafür sorge zu tragen das bei der Anreise alles stimmt , in unserem Zimmer war jedenfalls nichts Meine Frage warum man eigentlich kein Willkommens Geschenkt gibt, wurde damit beantwortet, das man zu viele Diamant Member hat und dies nur bei Gästen macht die mehr als 5 Tage bleiben Wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen, aber nur in ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof obwohl alle Zimmerkategorien frei waren Begründung….. zu viele Diamant Member Ich denke Hilton versteht den Begriff Honors selbst nicht mehr Beschämend finde ich aber, dass nach meiner Beschwerde bei Duty Manager, noch nicht einmal eine einfache Entschuldigung von Seiten des der Hotel Leitung kam Offensichtlich hat das Hotel es nicht nötig Ich für meinen Teil werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiter empfehlen The price for the room had been more then 300 Euro ! Of course without parking ( 30 Euros ) No more comments

We vonden bij aankomst een wattenstaafje in de kamer. De badkamer is mooi, maar niet bijzonder praktisch. Als je in de kamer het licht uit doet (wat nog niet zo eenvoudig was), staat er ook geen stroom meer op het stopcontact. En dat is niet handig als je iets wilt opladen. De rest was, zoals je in een dergelijk hotel verwachten mag.

This is an older hotel and the upkeep hasn’t been up to standards. The security chain on our door was missing, and the shower head in the bathroom was not appropriate for the shower stall, which has a half wall of glass separating it from the rest of the bathroom, with the other half open. Instead of directing the water straight down (rainfall style) the non-adjustable shower head spreads the water pattern out, which sprays water out of the shower stall into the other half of the bathroom. We had to use the flexible shower wand to keep from making a mess in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but very crowded on Saturdays. We booked the room with dinner included, but there seemed to have been communication or procedural problems between the front desk staff (which were very nice, but the way) and the restaurant staff (also very nice) on how to use the coupons. We’re issued a multiday coupon, which the restaurant staff insisted they had to take from us on the first day for proof of service, so we had to go back and asked for individual coupons for each day. The location was a little far from center of town, so walking there takes 30-45 minutes. It’s close to parks though, so good if you like nature. In conclusion, it’s an okay place to stay, but not someplace to rave about.

I love Novotel as a chain, and have stayed at this hotel before and was quite happy. This time I felt things were a little off and I wasn't as satisfied. I seem to recall getting a free bottle of water in the room, which it appears is not included anymore. No more individual shower gels and soaps, but now big pumps of soap, which is OK if you have the complete set of them. Yes, it's more environmentally friendly but it's also a sign of cost-cutting. Breakfast was more or less the same -- good choice and quality -- except on a busy weekend they seemed totally overwhelmed and people had to queue to get a table. On a quieter morning, I noticed a sign stating one can request omelettes and poached eggs from the kitchen, so I did, and this dish never materialized, which was a little awkward. The fresh orange juice machine is awful: constant noise and queues of people taking ages to each make one glass of juice, as it requires that the user slice the orange and then ram each half, one at a time, into the machine, yielding a tiny amount of juice. Repeat for 6 or 7 oranges to get a glass... It would be funny to watch as slapstick if it weren't so annoying to listen to. On the positive side, the rooms are still attractive, comfortable, and quiet.

Optisch sah erstmal alles schick aus. Die Sauberkeit allerdings hat deutlich Luft nach oben! Teilweise waren Besteck und Kochuntensilien zu Beginn verschmutzt (Noch mit alten Essensresten!!!) Außerdem wurde auch das Zimmer (Aufenthalt 6 Nächte) nicht einmal zwischengereinigt, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand. Die Küche war nur sehr spärlich ausgestattet, zum Beispiel keine Brotmesser. (Kann man bei dem Preis schon etwas besseres erwarten) Außerdem haben wir es versäumt, uns jedes mal einen Beleg geben zu lassen, somit konnte sich plötzlich die Mitarbeiterin am nächsten Tag nicht mehr daran erinnern, dass wir bereits unsere Mehrkosten bezahlt hatten. Also haben wir schön knapp 150 Euro doppelt bezahlen müssen. Das fanden wir schon extremst dreist... Positiv zu erwähnen ist, eine top Lage und die Ausstattung an sich, war schon in Ordnung.

I like the size of the room that has ample space to open a big suitcase on the floor. The bathroom is also nicely heated, and the shower strong and nice. Location was great and safe and easy reach by tram. My son and I even walked to the scheveningen beach from the hotel. Just one note on the rooms : you can hear footsteps from the room above yours.

alles in allem sehr gut. Wir nutzten die Tram 1 zum Strand von Scheweningen, alle paar Minuten und immer pünktlich.(3tage Ticket - überall einsetzbar 20€) Für die Wellnesseinrichtung hatten wir wegen des guten Wetters lider keine Zeit. Essensempfehlung ist der Italiener in der Kreikerstraat(auch mit der Tram in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Frühstück im Hotel ließ keine Wünsche offen: z.B. Eier gekocht -2Grade, Rührei,Spiegelei, ＜omlett in 2 Variationen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel und würden es immer wieder buchen.

We had such a lovely stay, the management team were very helpful and the room was perfect for our family needs. The main problem was a cold bedroom. This is an old building and has no double glazing. There was a very strong December draught through the windows. We asked for a heater and were brought a broken one (which must have been clear when they plugged it in as the light didn't come on.) We were brought a working heater the next day but it wasn't an easy process. The room was surprisingly small for a premium room. Rooms do differ considerably in size, so check before you stay. We only had one chair, but were brought a second one promptly when we asked. Location excellent. Breakfast very good (lovely bread). Free minibar (water, juices and beer). Tissues, squeezey bottles of shampoo/soap, with a bar of soap left on our third day. No shower cap or vanity set. Basic coffee machine and tea making equipment (might be worth bringing your own coffee bags/instant coffee if particular). Good towels and flannels.

Al llegar al hotel, fui a hacer el pago en efectivo puesto que no llevaba tarjeta ya que me la habían robado hace unos días y estaba a la espera de una nueva con lo cual sólo podía pagar en efectivo, al explicar que solo llevaba efectivo para pagar, me dijeron q si no podía pagar con tarjeta me tenía que ir del hotel, no se me facilitó guardar mi equipaje o dejarlo en mi habitación hasta q al menos encontrase una solución,, me tuve q marchar sin tener a nadie conocido el La Haya y siendo mi primera vez en Países Bajos, donde estaba por motivos de una entrevista de trabajo, la única persona que conocía, estaba fuera de La Haya de viaje y hasta q horas más tarde deambulando por la ciudad pude contactar con él y facilitarme así una solución para poder pagar mi reserva en este hotel, no pude ocupar mi habitación, esto ocurrió 6 horas después de llegar a La Haya, alrededor de las 17 h, del día 17 de septiembre de 2023. La trabajadora que me atendió en este hotel a mi llegada estaba en el turno de las 11:00am del día 17/09/2023 y fue nefasto el trato. También quiero indicar q aunque en la reserva explicáis lo del pago con tarjeta , aparece al final del todo y con una letra minúscula casi imposible de leer , lo cual no descubrí hasta llegar al hotel. Aún así no tuve ni un mínimo de empatía con mi situación.El resto del personal, un amor y muy atentos.
