Historical hotel that retains its charm. Beautiful interiors, charming rooms, classic style furniture. I would expect better quality products for breakfast in this kind of hotel.

A very beautiful hotel! The location is fantastic! The front desk and doorman services were also excellent! The only downside was that the room wasn't cleaned perfectly on the third day, but otherwise it was impeccable. It would be my first choice again if I ever came to The Hague!

It's famous for its history, and I came here because of its reputation; the experience was alright.

I drove there and arrived in the evening. The hotel parking lot was full and the parking spaces were tight. I suggested parking in the underground parking lot of the museum next door. The maximum parking space is 35 euros. The room has a large mirror. The height of the wardrobe is suitable for the average height of the giant country. It is not very friendly to a 161 hobbit like me. Other environments and services are fine. The key is that it is close to the museum and you can walk there in a few minutes the next morning.

Reception and check-out were excellent. The concierge Ivo is a top in his field. We had a junior suite at the front. The room was really spacious. We think the bathroom and the bed are excellent. The cleaning could have been a little better for the level of this hotel. Clutter under the bed, stains on the carpet/curtains, dusty edges and surfaces. Breakfast in the room was initially messy, but the staff resolved it neatly. The breakfast was tasty, but not special at all. For the level of this hotel you would expect, for example, fresh orange juice, but not so. A missed opportunity! The staff at Des Indes makes the difference. They are very hospitable, service-oriented and ensure that we continue to choose this hotel.
