Minibar leer, das übliche Wasser ( als Diamant Member ) nicht auf dem Zimmer Bei der Nachfrage am nächsten Morgen bekam ich die Antwort das es Wasser nur am Anreisetag gibt Die Minibar kann nicht gefüllt werden, weil dafür das Personal fehlt, so die Erklärung des Duty Managers am heutigen Morgen! Die Rezeptionistin war zudem sehr arrogant Ich denke es ist in der Verantwortung des Hotels, dafür sorge zu tragen das bei der Anreise alles stimmt , in unserem Zimmer war jedenfalls nichts Meine Frage warum man eigentlich kein Willkommens Geschenkt gibt, wurde damit beantwortet, das man zu viele Diamant Member hat und dies nur bei Gästen macht die mehr als 5 Tage bleiben Wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen, aber nur in ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof obwohl alle Zimmerkategorien frei waren Begründung….. zu viele Diamant Member Ich denke Hilton versteht den Begriff Honors selbst nicht mehr Beschämend finde ich aber, dass nach meiner Beschwerde bei Duty Manager, noch nicht einmal eine einfache Entschuldigung von Seiten des der Hotel Leitung kam Offensichtlich hat das Hotel es nicht nötig Ich für meinen Teil werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch nicht weiter empfehlen The price for the room had been more then 300 Euro ! Of course without parking ( 30 Euros ) No more comments

I was staying 5 nights. I had originally booked for 3 but wrote to reception back in November I wanted to extend the stay to 5 nights. I did ask should I just make a new reservation and they said no, it was recorded. This was confirmed as was the new price. When I arrived at reception, they had no record of my 5 night stay and I had to find the email to confirm both the extension and the remaining nights to pay. The person was lovely and sorted it out, but I felt a bit strange about it. Then after the 3rd night I received an automatic check out message so I checked with reception and they thought I was checking out and I had to go through the whole thing again. I had already paid so I explained that too. Anyway perhaps a note could have been added or something on the system. The location was perfect. I felt safe walking around at night and it was very convenient for the Amare centre. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and the shower was a good size. I liked they had some BBC channels. I think on day 4, the wifi was down. This is not reception’s fault but it was out for probably 30 hours. This seems quite odd in a major hotel for it to be out for so long. Unfortunate but it was fixed eventually. Staff were nice. Lifts worked well.

Vantevoren alle slechte reviews over dit hotel gelezen maar we hebben ons er niks van aangetrokken & een kamer geboekt. Aangezien het gebouw waarschijnlijk een voormalig kantoorpand is, kon je goed zien met welke middelen er geprobeerd is het geheel een leuke uitstraling te geven. En dat is gelukt! De kamer was erg ruim, heel schoon & had een moderne look. Het enige minpuntje was dat er geen tv was ( voor de muziek) & geen stoel. Je kon daarentegen goed in de brede vensterbank zitten. Een luxe ontbijt was te koop in het restaurantje beneden voor €12. Al met al een zeer positieve ervaring!

We had a great stay at Des Indes. Already before we came we had to change the date because of unforeseen personal circumstances. This was done without any problem. When we arrived we were recognized by the concierge as we stayed before. Impressive. Also at the reception the lady who changed the reservation came to ask how things are. The hotel has a very good atmosphere and the room was clean and had a wonderful bed. There was also a bottle of complementary Cava in the room. In the morning there was a very nice breakfast where you can take from the buffet, but also some menu options are available. We felt treated special by the staff of the Des Indes hotel and enjoyed our stay. Next time when we visit The Hague we will for sure go back to this hotel.

I reserved a hotel with bath inside the room. When we arrived it was farely busy in the hotel due to the check in times. We waited for 20 minutes to check in and were told we got upgraded to a wellness room with a sauna. We took a walk along the beach which is litteraly in front of the hotel and we enjoyed a nice jacuzzi and sauna the rest of the evening. With a stunning view along the beach and city. Yes it was pricey! And parking in front of the hotel is 25€ per day or 6,50€ per hour which is really expensive (the hotel cant do anything about the parking fees because of the government, but maybe public transport is an option for you) Pricey, but absolutely worth every penny. And dont forget you get access to their own wellness included with your room!

Great hotel, nice employee, fantastic service, phenomenal experience. I stayed there with a friend for a week, each day we left the hotel at the morning/noon before 11 am. Afterwards we got a cleaned room with new bathtubs and also the kitchen was refilled. The personal was cool. Would like to stay a bit longer

5 star rating in my opinion definitely a place to stay in delft. The city is beautiful to visit. And food is excellent. I will be returning to stay when I visit my family. The hotel feels luxurious and the best I had on this trip. My only fault was not to stay longer in vander valk hotel delft A4

Very welcoming hotel. It is located just 2 minutes from the underground and 7 minutes from The Hague train station. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning and the WiFi network are at the top in all the compartments of the hotel. The catering service and room maintenance are permanent and systematic. The quality and professionalism of the staff guarantee the safety and discretion of the customers. This is a hotel that personally appealed to me during my brief stay in The Hague. Wir sind ganz spontan (einen Tag vorher gebucht) in den Niederlanden angekommen und zusammen mit unserem Hund eingecheckt. Der Empfang war sehr nett und im Zimmer stand schon eine Hundeschale mit Ball und Leckerlies bereit. -Ach so, wir waren im Erdgeschoss im Altbau untergebracht. Die Zimmergröße war ok. Allerdings fehlt jegliche Ablagefläche für einen Koffer und einen Schrank gab es auch nicht, lediglich ein offenes Regal mit ein paar Kleiderbügeln. Auch im Bad gab es lediglich 2 Haken für Handtücher und leider gab es im Bad auch keine Heizung....das war ordentlich kalt. Leider waren auch Flecken in der Bettwäsche vorhanden, ich vermute mal, die sind bei der Wäsche nicht rausgegangen...nicht schön. Die Betten sind nicht gerade bequem, aber wir sind ansonsten Wasserbettschläfer, denke da sind wir verwöhnt. Der Außenbereich war etwas ”schrammelig”, die Leihfahrräder lagen mehr oder weniger vor der Tür im Dreck. -Eigentlich alles Sachen, die man mit sehr wenig Aufwand etwas ansprechender gestalten könnte. Ja, ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen, es ist sehr hellhörig. Unschlagbar ist aber die Lage, ca. 100 m und da ist man schon am Strand und zum Pier sind es vielleicht 5 bis 10 Minuten Fußweg. -Aber hey, wir haben für 2 Nächte 180 € gezahlt und ich denke, dass Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt und ich will nicht groß meckern. Das Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, wir waren auswärts frühstücken. Da wir zum Glück Superwetter hatten und sowieso nur zum duschen und schlafen da waren, war es für mich echt ok und konnte damit leben. -Ich denke, es ist wirklich nur was für Leute, die nur kurz da bleiben wollen. Für einen längeren Zeitraum ist das Hotel leider ungeeignet.

A large hotel, conveniently situated close to the station, and also the centre of Leiden. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and pleasant, and the bed comfortable. At a very reasonable price too! I would certainly stay here again if I return to lovely Leiden. Definitely Recommended.
