The room was very clean, and the service was excellent and very welcoming. The sheets were spotless, and the bathroom was also very clean.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bedding was incredibly soft, like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The facilities are new and quiet, Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the shower pressure was excellent. It offers excellent value for money, with attention to detail evident everywhere. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip or vacation. Highly recommend to friends!

The room was nice. We chose an outward-facing room, which got plenty of sun. The breakfast was simple but filling, and the fruit and bread were good.

Pretty good! The location is excellent and very easy to find. It's spacious, which is great if you have a lot of luggage. The parking is also good, conveniently located right in the outdoor courtyard, making luggage handling a breeze.

The room was very clean, and I'd say it's one of the better hotels in this town. The room was well-equipped, and there's a communal washer and dryer available, which was really handy and worked perfectly. What's more, the laundry room even has some fitness equipment. Breakfast was also included, and it kept me full and satisfied every day.

I called ahead to the hotel to request a room further from the elevator, and their service was excellent. Despite the hotel facing the street, we weren't disturbed by noise at night, except for the ***** New Year firecrackers :). Even our dog slept soundly and didn't bark, which was a welcome change. Breakfast was quite basic. The parking lot is conveniently located right behind the hotel. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to drive about 15 kilometers to find restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal for us. We even managed to grab a late-night snack after checking in :)

Front desk are not very helpful. You are on your own. They do have morning call.

Location is good as its near the jewelry market, however, it is not convenient to walk to the market as the roads are currently in the midst of upgrading works. Room is clean and comfortable

The location of the hotel is easy to find, just on the roadside. There is a free parking lot behind the hotel. The service staff are very friendly. The room is large and the hygiene is good. The hotel has breakfast, which doesn't have much variety but tastes pretty good.

The design style of the hotel and rooms is very thoughtful, but other than that, other aspects can be improved. The staff assigned me the wrong room when I checked in, and the afternoon tea drinks provided by the hotel were neither hot nor cold.

The room is very big, the double bed is 1.5 meters long, the sofa is very comfortable, the side table can hold a lot of things, and the service is also very good.
