酒店地處市區，出行比較方便，跟另外兩家酒店共用一棟樓，周邊有萬象城和萬綠園，總體來説主打一個方便。由於地下停車場改造，停在路邊停車位位置有限。洗漱用品品質一般。

Location very good. near restaurants and food outlets. service is excellent. staff are courteous and helpful. very efficient and responsive to enquiry and request. The room is spacious and clean. the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties.

海口新燕泰大酒店具有多個獨特的特色，性價比很高，體驗不錯。 一是地理位置好，位於海河交匯處，訂的海景房可以看海和河景，視野開闊，心情舒暢。 二是房間大，衞生舒適,是喜歡的風格。 三是大堂氣派，一看就知道以前建設的標準很高。 另外，離海南大學夜市近，一個起步費就可以體驗在大馬路中間開的夜市，是海口當地的有名的特色。

第一次入住 以前也是老匯通的辦公人員 辦理入住跟嚴經理聊的特別爽快。給我一種裝修。人和事都變了，但是心態沒有任何變化，就是一種離開多年回家的感覺，前台小姑娘對我也很上心，每次出去回來都能遇見嚴經理，她都會熱情的跟我介紹各種變化的地方，還提議問我需不需要去寫字樓逛逛。她帶我去參觀一下，真的很温馨，很不錯，因沒有定早餐的，還讓我下次回來找他順便品嚐一下酒店的自助早餐 過去看了挺豐富的，下個月回來再來這裏入住，真的很大愛

酒店房間無異味，服務員態度和藹可親，早餐美味，可惜國慶節假日有的套餐不能使用，酒店整體還算是不錯的，就是旁邊剛好有工地在做工，有些吵。 出來玩就是主打一個方便，交通便利是最大的優勢：酒店大門出來往左拐彎走2分鐘就可以乘坐公交車。從酒店一樓的飯店經過就直接到散步的區域，走路到萬綠園大約600多米，乘坐G43路公交車到鐘樓和騎樓老街、省博物館都很方便。附近美食也是很不錯的，吃了海南菜都是火鍋，所以吃得有點膩了，後面找到了“十八碗”（創意港店） 果然是海南省著名的連鎖餐飲品牌。尤其適合廣西、湖南口味[偷笑]，價格親民，菜品也是很OK，孩子們都愛吃，去吃了兩次。去看海不錯的選擇，個人感覺比到三亞玩還方便，以後去看海還會選擇入住這家酒店。

We came for the hot springs and were impressed by the hospitality of the hotel. They arranged a late checkout when my friend’s flight was delayed, as well as gave us complimentary soup and fruit. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve had of the three resorts I’ve stayed at in Hainan. Really a wonderful experience! The clove and Janine pools are a must, as well as the cold mint pool. Hope the African and Middle East pool sections are open next time I visit to be able to try all the “continents”.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay.
