出行特別的方便，特別是對於我這衹種來旅行的客人。每個房間都有單獨的WIFI，網絡速度什麼的還是很穩定很快的，，衞生方面也非常的不錯，每天都有客房服務做衞生，酒店旁邊就有一個商場以及一條街的美食，足夠我們去逛和吃了。這家酒店的價格在市區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的酒店好多了。價格對比服務其實物超所值，此次入住完美感受，必須給個滿分好評！之後有機會一定還要來這裏住。

酒店附近交通便利，有免費停車場，前台服務態度和藹，因為我去春節這幾天去的，船票因塞車延誤，凌晨兩點才到酒店訂房，訂的是親子房，價格稍貴，四人住得還是可以的，房間1.5米的大床，廳裏有一張1.2的小床，還有一張1.2米長的沙發，衞生間沐浴室也大的，遺憾的是房間裏沒有洗衣機或脱水機，也沒有小陽台可以曬衣服。沒有拍到照片

The hotel was a little difficult for my DiDi driver to find at first, but it was worth the view in the end. The gym was huge and had ample equipment for me to get a good workout! The staff was amazing, I had accidentally left my phone in a DiDi car at the front desk was able to help me track the phone down and get it back the next day! It was a real life saver.

DDavidOur 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭.
Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
The rooms at the Hampton by Hilton were modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. My room was meticulously clean, with comfortable bedding and a well-appointed bathroom. The inclusion of amenities such as a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. TTee JuonService staff were helpful and shared information politely on request. One male staff also helped us to order food delivery and sent to our room, together with food that he helped to reheat. He was also thoughtful enough to provide cutlery for us. Housekeeping team was helpful and topped up the amenities daily as we did not require daily cleaning. I can see no-smoking signs around, yet the corridor outside was often filled with cigarette smoke from other guests. The beds were too firm and soundproofing was poor. I could hear music from the morning exercise from the park across the street and other guests who were talking along the corridor.

PPengguna TetamuCame here with friends for CNY. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the room was really spacious. The bathtub really sold this room for me. Simply amazing. The beach is right across the street which can be a big plus but unfortunately, the weather was not the best so I didn't visit at all. The downside of this location is its a bit away from bars and restaurants nothing is walking distance. The staff was really nice and two people were able to assist in English. I forgot the names but they were super helpful.

We stayed for another 4 nights this time and discovered the small and beautiful garden on the 4th floor.
Floor can be cleaner as we are not wearing shoes in the room. The sand in the room should be covered.
Great experience overall.

MMK83I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

PPengguna Tetamu很喜歡這個Loft公寓，適合一家人居住，樓下有個開放式廚房，可以自己做點兒簡餐。樓上是兩個卧室，動靜分離。陽台的景觀很好，可以看到遠處的大海。房間乾淨、設計簡潔，老闆很熱情，有求必應。公寓附近就是公園和購物廣場，吃飯、購物、看電影、遛彎都很方便，很適合旅居。下次來海口還要住這裏。
