Ulasan Haikou Xinyuan Hot Spring Hotel

Not all staff is friendly and helpful. But on the whole the hotel decor and living arrangements is great. The long bath come with spring water option . To be rated for hotel us 8/10 - location is 7/10 and friendly staff is 6/10 .

It's a very established hotel. Best thing is there are hot spring water in the room itself. And a hot spring pool to enjoy too. Can try if you like hot spring.

Happy with our stays. But spa n gym already shut down. Got connecting room. But door locks spoiled. Got 3pin plug. Convenient location for foods n market

The room was old and dated. The toilet bowl flush not working. The breakfast choice was limited and not nice.

The hotel had a musty smell, the bathroom door hinge was broken and the room was dusty. I had booked 7 nights at the hotel but decided to cancel after 2 nights and move to an alternative hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

The hot spring is fabulous

The hotel staff was not able to advise guest was there any ping pong club in the near vicinity.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the hot water spa pool was refreshing

Almost ok except my room the tv not work call housekeeping to fixed they fixed aout one hour and tell me not work and give me to remote stand on behind tv to select tv channel and til to mid light and no excuse but anyway to front counter staff is very nice to answer my all question is ok next time will come. Again.

Old hotel. Bed mattress was hard and full of mosquitoes.

The staffs' service is excellent and environment is cosy

I enjoyed the stay from 9/9 to 11/9/2023. The front desk was very helpful to meet our request to change rooms.
