We were super pleased with our stay at this hotel! The location is superb, room is clean and warm with a lovely view. Best part was the hostess, she was so friendly and helpful all the time. She was generous to upgrade our room to a bigger room on our second night here. The hotel also runs as a restaurant on the first floor, which you can order food right downstairs/outside of your room. The food was yum and in big portion. You can also Borrow their traditional jackets to wear for photos and sleds to play around with. Lovely hotel with the lovely staff, definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

老闆非常熱情！（還有一個熱情的狗狗叫哈哈）環境也很不錯，在周邊吃到了很好吃實惠的筋餅和麻辣燙，喝到了很好喝的山茄子汁，樹莓汁。要去長白山，但是因為有同伴暈長時間的大巴車（老闆還專門給我們買了暈車葯，我們給錢還拒絕了），老闆還幫我們問了很多司機，最後通過老闆約了一個本地的司機，人也很好。幫我們四個人提行李，過來開了6個小時，這一趟也賺不了多少錢。把我們直接送到了下一個民宿的房子門口都確定了才離開。 這是一個很有人情味很熱情的美麗小鎮，下次有空還會來的！推薦大家都來！狠狠推薦

運氣好好，入住兵哥楊成家，名很浪漫（初雪十間房）裡頭彪悍我們的房號哈哈尖刀六連 ，可謂外柔內剛。 服務超讚： 他們家服務人員都是退伍軍人 入住離店行李箱都幫提進提出。 餐食更贊： 吃的三餐色香味俱全絲毫不亞於大飯店 ，鍋包肉比飯店裡吃的更正宗油麥菜清蒸青魚豆角燉排骨啊都好好吃特可口早餐的自助清爽豐富真好。 關鍵點還有店老闆楊哥利落實誠 帶着我們穿越林海雪原狗熊玲大愛 長這麼大頭回見如此可愛厚登登的雪 浪漫極！都得楊大哥的私闢路線。總之此趟此住吃玩完美，楊大哥家還免費提供穿越雪海護腿專業裝備，難忘！🌹 服務細微周到！感謝！下次帶家人再來🌹❤️

感謝老闆，玩的很開心哦，雖然在哈爾濱沒看到冰雪大世界，但是在這裏看到了大自然天然的感覺，圖片拍的都像假圖一樣，真的是必須身臨其境才能感覺到那種美，老闆很貼心，又給我們拼車，又給我們計劃的，玩的很省心省力，很開心，有時間一定要帶我家孩子再來一次

非常滿意，強烈推薦！首先地理位置很好，離中心點很近，上下車逛街都很方便，然後房間非常乾淨衞生，比我對雪鄉的期待值高很多，哈哈哈！最後給老闆來個大大的贊，提前幫我們買票聯繫車輛，都給安排好了，有啥不明白的都問老闆，非常熱心！總體來説非常開心，美麗的風景熱情的東北銀！

I really loved my Tatami room, was so big with a beautiful view, especially the huge bear lying down on the ice when I looked out the window :-) The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The hotel is situated at about half way mark of the main street and was quite easy to take your suitcase to the shuttle stop. The restaurant has yummy food. The young man at reception was very helpful. Overall a comfortable and great stay.
