Hotel Dengan Bar di Shanxi, China

The place is worth every single RMB I paid. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is quite nice and super healthy. The front desk staffs are very helpful, kind and attentive to details. This really made me comfortable just like home. The location is great and in walking distance to so many famous Datong attractions such as the 9 dragons wall. I fell in love with Datong already!!! 10 scores to this place and would certainly stay here next time I visit Datong.

Saya tidur dalam bilik dengan kang besar yang sangat unik. Tetapi hotel itu mempunyai sejarah yang panjang, dan ia dikatakan sebagai tempat Zhaojun menginap. Dan sarapan paginya sangat enak, mi sup kambing sedap, bos sangat bersemangat, dan sentiasa ada hirisan tembikai, sup plum masam dan makanan ringan lain di atas meja di lobi untuk dimakan tetamu. Lebih-lebih lagi, lokasi hotel ini sangat baik. Ia terletak di bandar purba dan mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana. Kedai mi di Jalan Xijin terletak di tingkat bawah, tidak jauh dari Kuil Huayan bertentangan, dan berdekatan dengan tarikan lain di bandar purba itu. Secara keseluruhannya hotel yang sangat bagus. Berbaloi untuk tinggal.

We were upgraded to an executive room, which is magnificent. However when we arrived, the door man just greeted us but not taking care of our luggages. We found that the room amenities are inadequate. There was only one small tube of liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. These certainly are not enough for 2 persons.  The first night was excellent, the bed was turned down and the airconditioner worked perfectly.  The second night was awful. The airconditioner was turned off because the outside temperature was around 14°, but our room was hot. Upon complaining a fan was delivered but it was useless! A sleepless night and the bed wasn’t turned down either.  We won’t make a fuss if it’s not a Kempinski Hotel!

The hotel is wonderful. I had a perfect stay. All the hotel staff are kind and always willing to help with anything needed. The hotel has very comfortable and spacious rooms. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food; I had all my meals at the hotel restaurant, which was very convenient. The location is also excellent. If you are thinking of visiting Pingyao, this is undoubtedly the best hotel for you; you will have an incredible stay. Thank you so much for making my stay so special. You guys are amazing!

大同老牌高檔酒店了，能看到房間裝修在以前算非常豪華了，傢俱都是實木的，房間和洗手間都打掃乾乾淨淨的，晚上還有開夜床服務，送了脆脆鯊；酒店裡麪每一位工作人員態度都很好，大門口的迎賓員小哥，二樓餐廳別著實習生牌牌的小妹妹，都笑呵呵的。餐廳核桃派也是真的好吃，是本地人會去的飯店，還有早餐，挺豐富的，早餐的羊雜粉好吃，羊雜給超多！還有咖啡也好喝，有服務員現磨還能拉花，唯一一個小問題就是咖啡點單和拿取太混亂了，點完要等 本來服務員説給送，催了兩次都説馬上好，但是有其他客人到那就拿剛做好的，而不是按順序來，最後也還是自取的，這樣還不如一開始就告訴自取，這個可以優化下 排個號哈哈。其他都非常滿意！酒店地理位置也超好，古城裡每個景點距離都很近，走路幾分鐘 十幾分鍾可以到達的，尤其距離華嚴寺和其他幾個網紅餐廳。來大同玩很推薦了。

This was the most beautiful and luxurious hotel we stayed in for our entire trip to China. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful and very responsive over WeChat. We enjoyed the nightly cocktails and 24h coffee at the lobby. The bartender was nice enough to mix a special cocktail for my pregnant wife, and he did not skim on the alcohol for my cocktail. There was complimentary water and drinks in the room. The plumbing was excellent, the location above the mall was great, and there was a 24 convenience store downstairs. There are also decent food options and massage places nearby. The room had automatic window blinds, a spacious bathtub for 2 people, and a very comfortable shower and toilet space. The hotel also alwyas made sure we had sufficient refreshments, whether in room or in the lobby. It was a shame we only stayed for 2 nights, would love to come back.

The hotel is beautiful! The photos don’t do justice, is really lovely and cozy. The room is modern and comfortable, rest assured you will have the essentials and more. The staff was extremely kind, very attentive, friendly and with an English speaker. Our train was delayed and the staff was patient enough to wait for us and still give us a warm welcome. We loved this town, unique, traditional with lots of places to explore. The visitor tickets are valid for 3 days so you can take your time to enjoy.

不喜歡寫點評所以沒特意拍照。主要服務特別好，媲美五星甚至比之前住的很多五星都優秀～小哥哥小姐姐都特別貼心。衞生是住了很多民宿下來體驗算很靠前的了，特別是那個小哥哥，送機的時候我手機忘車上了，他還特意追過來幫我送進機場了簡直太感謝了，老闆一定要給他加雞腿！！！！！！, 然後想提個小建議，你們傢什麼都做的特別好，入住的時候歡迎水果，咖啡，還有伴手禮都很用心的，就是你們的早餐，其實我看了下同樓其他民宿的早餐也soso你們可以考慮做成一份一份配好的簡餐也很不錯現在選擇太少了很容易把之前所有的好體驗弄的減分了, 最後還是謝謝小哥哥！感動！

We booked at Fengqi jiuting hotel on a family trip to Taiyuan and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is super convenient, on the edge of the bustling Zhong Lou Jie area, with so many food and dining options accessible on foot. The rooms are spacious, with heated floors (a godsend in winter), and nice amenities. It’s a beautiful hotel decked out with contemporary art and was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and made our trip that much easier. Would definitely recommend.

和家人山西全境遊最最喜歡的一家輕奢酒店，一直想寫個點評把好的感受分享給大家。從接站到快速辦理入住到品類豐富的早餐都非常非常nice，更加驚喜的是房間有大概40～50平，床品乾淨舒適隔音效果好，衞生間乾濕分離花灑出水量充足又温和。重點要説的是服務，因為帶着長者很晚了需要加一床被子，小毛很快就抱了一床被子過來，最最感動的是我們從大同古城回來酒店（那天風很大很冷），路過前台時小毛居然給我們了幾瓶熱的礦泉水，住過這麼多酒店，還是第一次遇到這樣貼心的服務，服務業最暖心也最打動人的就是這些細節，所以無論硬件還是服務我給這家新酒店超五星！有機會去大同這家酒店是我的不二選擇
