攜程用了十幾年，經常外出旅遊，基本每一年都來雪鄉，雪鄉物價明碼標價，按景區水平，我覺得是可以接受的，早餐是送的，種類好幾樣。工作人員都是很熱情的，孩子不舒服忙前忙後的幫忙照顧，其他工作人員也非常的有禮貌，真不愧是歌裏唱的，東北人都是活雷鋒

This hotel is situated in snow town and the location is great. We are staying slightly away from the street where you get peace and quiet. And we like that it's close to the bus station. What's really good is the service. You can chat with them to get all kinds of services including a private car and lots of information. They also have a sleigh where they will help you with your luggage when you arrive and depart 👍 they gave us a room with really good view too! Note that there's not elevator so you'll bring your luggage up and down if you're staying on the third floor

必須要來給個好評！一進酒店，裝修精緻有格調，工作人員熱情相迎，辦理入住又快又高效。房間更是讓人滿意，空間很大，佈局合理，採光超棒。床鋪整潔又舒適，睡一覺別提多解乏了。衞生間乾淨無異味，淋浴熱水出得快，洗漱用品一應俱全。服務更是沒得説，不管是叫客房服務送東西，還是諮詢周邊遊玩訊息，工作人員都耐心又專業，響應速度超快。整體體驗感絕佳，性價比超高，下次來玩還選這家酒店，大家放心入住哦！

一直聽説雪鄉價格貴，住宿條件不好。所以找酒店找了好久好久，突然發現了這家，沒有什麼人點評，但是從房間來看，覺得比其他雪鄉酒店照片要好很多。入住體驗非常好，還有專門的管家，有問題都可以隨時找管家。最主要房間覺得對的起價格，體驗感超好，在那麼貴的雪鄉物價裏面，其實性價比還是比較好的。以後來肯定還會再住的～

酒店在一廣場前，挺好找到，門口有停車場隨便停，附近有小超市，旁邊有吃飯的地方，交通特方便，房間礦泉水和紙巾都收費，有電梯。距離楊子榮紀念館開車幾分鐘。

Very nice, clean and warm hotel. The lady host was super super nice and helpful. She supported everything we need. The manager provided information about the showcase schedule of the Snow Town and helped us booking bus tickets as well as other tour information. Staffs were friendly as well. The hotel is located at quite corner, suitable to rest and sleep well. Definitely stay at this hotel again if I have a chance go back to Xuexiang

算是離高鐵站很近的一個酒店了酒店大堂還挺豪華挺新的但是房間看着就有點舊了兩個枕頭其中一個也黃黃的早餐品種太少了點基本上沒啥可吃的但是也對得起這個價格了很便宜

Booked with lower expectations due to other review , but imho it was decent and price was acceptable , there some smell on the bed but I feel is still acceptable for us , the bathroom didn’t have any bad smell and water is hot. Breakfast was average but good enough to fill our stomach.
