Our honeymoon at Fairmont Mara Safari Club was the best and most memorable experience of our lives! Every moment was exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel so at home. Special thanks to Lenkoko, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best safari adventure; to Mary and Gerald, whose warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay unique and delightful; and to Adan, who made us feel like we had a home away from home. We highly recommend participating in as many experiences as possible and definitely not missing a safari. We were lucky enough to see 4 out of the Big 5, but also encountered so many more amazing animals. The hot air balloon experience is also a must! While it’s the most commercial, you can’t beat the breathtaking views of the plains from the balloon, and the bush breakfast included is a real ”pinch me” moment. Gerald and his team are also expert mixologists—don’t miss trying their locally inspired cocktails, especially the dawa! I also had a massage during my stay which I couldn't recommend more. In terms of facilities, they are superb. The tent design makes it feel more authentic , but it's a very luxurious stay with all the amenities and services you'd expect to see at a Fairmont. We couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team and have already recommended this magical experience to all our friends and family. We can’t wait to return someday! Patricia & Seb

Came here with my daughter for her 21st Birthday, we had the best experience EVER they accommodated us at every level possible! Manager Edison and supervisor Simon went above and beyond during our entire stay! The staff members were extremely polite at all times and so very friendly, the friendliest people we have EVER come across, myself and my daughter highly recommend this trip for any occasion! The rooms are spectacular just like all of their facilities. Food is delicious and could not fault anything about this hotel whatsoever. You have opportunity to see a sighting of some elephants just across from the lobby and fire pit which is amazing to see! There is a lovely man who plays the guitar at tea time which is most enjoyable! We have had such a special time with such special people, memories we will never forget. Also an extra special mention to the following staff members: Moses Steve Anderson Ryan Clements Solomon Henry Nick And a lady that I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to take her name sorry! And of course Edison and Simon. I would also like to mention our driver John, who works for company Sawa Sawa with exoticca travel, our safety and happiness was paramount to him, he made our stay even more pleasurable and it was an absolute joy to meet him. We will be back! Until we meet again ❤️

This was my first time to visit the Masai Mara. Intrepids Mara camping made the experience a life long memory. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean. Food service was great, very artistic. The environment, with birds singing in the morning, was very welcoming. Am definitely coming back!

Es ist eine gut gepflegte Anlage. Es war ordentlich und sauber. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, allerdings fehlt die Schulung. Das Essen war nicht so gut, alles war fertig und mit Folie abgedeckt, auch der Geschmack war nicht gut. Das Frühstücke war auch nichts besonderes. Das Obst war allerdings sehr gut. Für einen Zwischenstopp ok.
