This place is absolutely disgusting... Service is poor as it gets, Food is disgusting, no options, badly cooked, low quality. Shower in the room never works, other rooms have a bathtub but no shower so you need to take ”shower” siting or you can't wash your head (unless u are 1,50m like them) Staff is totally stupid and have no clue about a hotel management. Its just a joke! No English, no manners, no care about anything... Im 12 years in aviation, I can say this is the most horrible hotel I've ever been,,, not even cheap hotels in chine were so disgusting... Unfortunately its not my choice to stay in this place, I would never come back! This place should close and get out of hotel business..

This is a international chain hotel, but in local VN service standard: I stayed 4 nights, but always missing some supplements: towel, slipper, water... Not the major problem, but annoying... I like to stay in this hotel since the quality is good, but hope to improve the service for meet international standard.

房間在頂樓，外面風景很漂亮。外出吃飯也很方便，大早可以去附近的早市逛逛。特別是出酒店左轉在左轉到盡頭有家小店賣的柚子皮綠豆糖水超級好吃。再就是不遠這家火鍋店的味道也不錯，蠻多本地人在這吃飯。

After 5 years in Vietnam, this is by far the absolute best hotel we’ve experienced to the point that it’s our #1 wedding venue for the future. This property has the ability to transform the hospitality culture in Vietnam. If you are not used to being in VN yet, I ask you understand 5 star hotels are a different culture here and practice a little bit of patience. Please remember, this is an island that’s not convenient to travel to daily for work, so most of the employees are coming directly from the island, which makes it hard to find outstanding English speakers, but it seems they’re really starting to develop their staff. The food, incredible. I would suggest the filet mignon to everyone, and actually liked it more than the ribeye. The breakfast was a wide variety for slow season. The Spa was a wonderful experience. Breathtakingly beautiful views and properties, as well as the cleanest beach I’ve ever seen in Vietnam(it’s private!). 3 pools, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam Room all are free for guests. 3 bars, 2 restaurants (book Japanese early and place your order early. Traditional Japanese food takes time to prepare properly) My one piece of constructive criticism as one with experience in 4 diamond hotels is a sense of urgency. This again goes back to a 5 star experience in VN and other countries. While the staff were amazing, a few really stood out with their English skills and sense of urgency. Uyen, Tuan, Dung, Nhi, Phuong and Minh were all wonderful and I appreciate their hard work to make our stay enjoyable. I do suggest tipping a little bit as it does go a long way. ***Most places in VN do not tip.*** I only tip if I see a space for a tip on the receipt or in a taxi during rush hour.
