The room is clean and the sheet were changed daily. Breakfast are mostly Japanese food and they are ok. The view from the breakfast area is very nice

The four tapes listed below reflect my experience at this hotel. It's very good, with pretty new decorations and good food. I had a great time there.

Great stay for the price. Positives: - Clean Hotel - A great breakfast that they prepare fresh for you so it’s better than your typical hotel breakfast buffet and its large and filling. That alone makes it worth it for me. - The open air bath was great, very Japanese style. - Staff were friendly. Negatives - Pipes make some noise. You can hear other guests shower when water is going through the pipes. Overall, one of the better hotels I’ve stayed at including places I been to in Japan itself. And there’s a Japanese restaurant right next door that served very good food.

The room was clean and tidy, and the reception staff were really polite. It was such a great experience! I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again when I come for my next trip.

Great hotel and amazing value close to the most tourist-y streets in Haiphong. The Onsen was an unexpected gem as well! I knew they had it, but it's open-air and not busy (could be time of year) and quality is great. The breakfasts are ridiculously good. Staff lovely and helpful. It's on a more quiet side-street, but use a Grab if you don't want to walk! Thank you 🙏

Good environment with japanese style. A good place for Business trip.

Small hotel, mainly Japanese theme, clean room, very friendly hotels staffs, but restaurant only caters for breakfast, no dinner, overall not bad, Japanese style breakfast, simple and nice, but the restaurant temperature is rather warm, I guess air con is not working well ...

Nice place to stay with cheap price

Excellent location, close to Lotte Tower and Japanese Town, with many cafes and Japanese restaurants nearby. A stroll around the area is also pleasant. The hotel's onsen (hot spring bath) and breakfast are both good. Highly recommended.
