Hotel Villa Heine Wellness & Spa

The stay was absolutely a disappointment !!! ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. I find it scandalous how this hotel can have 4-star superior! I feel scammed! The expectation of a 4-star superior Wellness-Spa Hotel is high, and here at most we touch the 2 stars !! The welcome on arrival was indecent, the only person at the reception welcomed us with rudeness, rudeness and surly and was also irritated that there were other people standing waiting for their turn at check-in. We had also phoned earlier, while we were on the street, only to ask about the opening hours of their internal restaurant and we were told that I could not give us any kind of information, as the staff in charge only arrives at 2.30 pm (an attendant answered) . The lady at the reception was not even able to spell my name and surname correctly at check in and I had to change it myself. Also, our reservation was missing and she initially told us that all the rooms were occupied. The password for the wifi was not communicated to us and we thought we would find it in the room, but we did not. Once we got to the room we tried to get in touch with the reception with the phone in the room and it was not possible. We had to go back down to ask for the wifi password which nevertheless never worked. We also noticed that the minibar was EMPTY, not even a bottle of water (we are always talking about a 4-star superior !!) and also in the bathroom the toilet roll had already started (less than half). The shower was dirty and the hairdryer was a wall-mounted one that takes a lifetime to dry. In addition, there are no slippers for access to the wellness area (which the other guests wore instead). Luckily we had brought some slippers for emergency purposes. A table lamp was not working and the floor was not clean. Once we reached the wellness area, we expected a swimming pool with a temperature of 32 degrees, as reported on the website and here on Booking, but the water was barely 25 degrees and we did not dive into the pool. The sauna and steam room area was neglected, so much so that the drinking water dispenser was empty and was not replaced. The breakfast was small and poor. We arrived more than an hour before the end of breakfast and everything was missing. No fruit juices, finished Nutella, finished croissants. From a 4-star superior hotel I expect fresh products in sufficient quantity for all guests.

Wir hatten ein Arrangement für die Weihnachtstage gebucht mit 3 Gänge Menü an 2 Tagen sowie einmal Buffet. Leider waren wir diesmal enttäuscht. An einem Abend waren die Portionen winzig, am nächsten Abend kamen die Entenbrüste fast roh auf den Teller. Ansonsten war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, sehr nettes Personal, schöne Wellnessabteilung, gute Cocktails in der Bar.

Hatte mit meiner Tochter und meinem 2 Enkelkindern für 3 Nächte mit Frühstück diese Woche gebucht. Das Hotel hat ein angenehmes Flair. Ordentlich, sauber, modern eingerichtet und trotz 2 Aufbettungen viel Platz. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war groß und nach dem Motto angerichtet: Das Auge isst mit. Abends haben wir immer im Restaurant noch Platz bekommen, obwohl absoluter Personalmangel herrschte. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett und flink und hätten Sie km Geld bekommen, wären Sie wahrscheinlich reich geworden. Abends waren wir noch baden und in den Saunen. Die Zeit verging wie im Fluge und wir werden nächstes Jahr noch einmal dorthin fahren. Nur ein paar Tage länger. Haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne weiter.
