Hotel dengan WiFi di Ha Long

We stayed two nights at the Halong Plaza Hotel and we loved staff at the boutique hotel, they made our stay. Everything were excellent. Room was clean, quiet and our room was upgraded to higher floor with bay and bridge views. We thank you for your service and breakfast was highlighted. Highly recommend this hotel to all.

Room is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

酒店就在街市旁邊 ，早上很嘈 ，房間乾淨整潔 ，海景房很美， 早餐一般 ， 可能客人少， 所以是點餐 ， 平時應該是自助形式 ，台前服務很友善 有問必答 樂意幫人

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

Mình có nghỉ tại khách sạn để trải nghiệm dịch vụ 4 sao nhưng mình thấy chưa phù hợp với chữ 4 sao. Hành lang khách sạn không bật điều hòa rất nóng và bí, thang máy bé nóng và bí. Mình hi vọng ở khách sạn 4 sao để buffet sẽ có nhiều lựa chọn hơn nhưng mình cảm thấy rất buồn khi đồ ăn ít lựa chọn, đồ nguội và không ngon

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

I came Ha Long for 3 night and stay in DeLaSea hotel. I think that was good choice. Receptionist was nice and professional, they gave us some good tip for visit in Ha Long. Breakfast was really good with varieaty food. They have swimming pool in-house also with nice view. I had the best memories in Ha Long. Make sure will come back
