Hotel Mesra keluarga di Ha Long

I stayed with my parents at @flc.hotelsandresorts in Ha Long Bay, Vietnam and here’s my feedback ⬇️ 👉 Truly a luxurious stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

We stayed here towards the end of our trip. It was a great place to switch off and relax on the balcony, read a book, go to the gym, go for a swim in the pool etc. There are lots of kids around given it's a family friendly place. The buffet breakfast was really yummy with lots of different options (I'm gluten intolerant and there was still plenty to choose from). We paid for the buffet dinner one night which was nice however, I was expecting there to be some drinks other than water and tea/coffee on offer, you could buy drinks through the bar for an additional cost. Grounds are kept really well and the boat to and from the mainland was cool too.

Great location for the Halong Bay tour as the port is right across the street. But the food options near the hotel are limited. We had to take a Grab across the bridge to the other side of town for more better food options. Nice friendly staff and the room was clean and descent for the price range.

Tetamu boleh menggunakan pengangkutan ulang-alik lapangan terbang dengan membayar surcaj manakala tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 20 bilik berhawa dingin yang menampilkan peti sejuk dan bar mini. Televisyen skrin rata 32-inci dengan program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda, manakala akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung. Bilik mandi dilengkapkan dengan kelengkapan dandanan diri percuma dan pengering rambut. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta meja dan cerek elektrik.

We stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Auf unserer Rundreise durch Vietnam übernachteten wir in diesem Hotel. Es liegt zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich mehrere Restaurants und Cafés. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt und auch das Personal war recht freundlich. Aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie waren wenig Gäste anwesend, deshalb musste das Frühstück am Tag davor bestellt werden. Die kontinentale Version, bestehend aus Rührei, Speck, kleinen Würstchen, Salat, Brötchen und frischem Obst war ausreichend und lecker. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

The hotel service is outstanding. The front desk helped us to buy diapers for our baby, and it is within walking distance from the international cruise port. The breakfast is amazing, and our room was comfortable. While there could be some improvements, the overall quality is good.

Ha long was our top favourite place in Vietnam. Placement of the hostel is so nice, we could rent bikes from the hostel for cheap price to go around. It’s close to the old town which is such a beautiful town to see. The room was so big and cozy. We absolutely loved our stay here, definitely recommend.

Đầu tiên ấn tượng đối với tôi là khách sạn đẹp ổn so với mặt bằng chung . Nội thất trang trí đẹp phòng thì khỏi phải bàn rất đẹp view hướng ra biển rất ưng đặc biệt trên sky bar Lễ tân và nhân viên nhà hàng đều biết tiếng Nhật. Nhân viên luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khi khách hàng có bất kỳ lo lắng, thắc mắc gì. Đây là khách sạn mà người Nhật có thể an tâm lưu trú. Ngoài ra, phòng tắm công cộng rất đẹp, có cả phòng dành cho nữ nữa, do đó gia đình cũng có thể sử dụng dịch vụ ở đây.
