Hotel berhampiran Atelier Figurart, Hamburg

Super Service, nur die Getränkeautomaten kalt/warm hatten Probleme, das kann aber daran liegen, dass nicht mit so vielen Gästen gerechnet wurde. Da könnte man noch daran arbeiten. Die Angestellten haben sich krumm gelegt, um dem Gast gerecht zu werden. Hoch Lob den tapferen Recken. Sofern wir wieder nach Hamburg reisen, werden wir wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken. Ach, was noch zu erwähnen sein sollte: Super Anbindung zur S1 und U3, die fahren in alle Richtungen

Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, für den Preis darf man sich halt nicht zu viel erwarten. ABER die Lage ist der Horror. Das Hotel liegt im Ghetto und man kann sich im Dunklen nicht alleine zurück in die Unterkunft trauen (ich hatte einen Pfefferspray in der Hand und bin zum Schluss gerannt). Auf der Straße ist es laut und es sind überall Obdachlose, Prostituierte und Junkies, wahrscheinlich sind auch Dealer unter ihnen… Die Gegend ist absolut gefährlich und kriminell. (googelt einfach mal St. Georg und Steindamm) Leider musste ich 3 Nächte vorab bezahlen, als ich dann nach der ersten Nacht abreisen wollte, (ich wäre noch am selben Tag abgereist, wenn ich nicht zu viel Angst gehabt hätte mich in dem Viertel im Dunkeln auf die Straße zu begeben) bekam ich keinen Cent zurück, vom Personal kam keine Einsicht….. Ich hoffe es gibt einige Menschen die so schlau sind und die Bewertungen lesen bevor sie das Hotel buchen, mir passiert der Fehler definitiv nie wieder. :)

Hmmm, it’s a near-brand-new hotel… and it shows. The room and bathroom were immaculate. In fact, the huge shower room felt quite palacial. Lots of glitches that I’m sure will be addressed over the next couple of months. (1) Nespresso machine sits perfectly on a cabinet but there is no electrical socket so the machine had to be moved onto the floor across the room. (2) No milk/creamer, so we had to trek to reception. (3) Safe inoperable as it was locked shut (4) Despite given two room keys we were advised that we should always use the same one for the lifts otherwise it causes problems. Great location so close to the station. Lovely breakfast - very typical Novotel selection. Definitely recommended

Hotel ini terletak betul-betul di seberang jalan dari Stesen Pusat Hamburg. Hotel ini bukan baru, tetapi ia bersih, dan bilik mandi telah diubah suai baru-baru ini. Di tingkat atas anda mempunyai akses ke teres percuma dengan pemandangan. Ahli program kesetiaan hotel diberikan Internet yang sangat pantas secara percuma dan tiket untuk semua jenis pengangkutan awam. Pentadbir pada hari daftar masuk tidak begitu mesra, dan sarapan pagi adalah sangat mahal - 17 euro setiap orang.

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

Quite new Hotel in the Hafen-City, Close to Wunderland and Elbphilharmonie. Rooms are more than acceptable and the breakfast is very good.

Muy mejorable, la verdad. Es un hotel que engaña bastante porque lo que es la zona de cama y demás, es moderna, pero muy muy pequeña. Me ha sorprendido, porque lo que se veía en las fotos pintaba a algo más grande. Dos puntos hiper negativos: el baño es muy pequeño, y el personal de limpieza no ha recargado el gel por lo que he tenido que ducharme con el jabón de manos y una pastilla que tenía en el neceser; y no hay aire acondicionado, en su defecto un ventilador que, evidentemente, no puede estar encendido toda la noche. He acabado pasando cierto calor. El colchón es bastante cómodo, la verdad. El desayuno es el típico de hotel alemán: huevos revueltos, champiñones, bacon, por un lado; por el otro yogures, fruta y bolleria. No destacable pero sin ser una maravilla, cumplía el expediente.

Overall no complaints, just one thing, it takes abt 30-40 min to check in. Only 2 people working even though a check in queue is forming 😂😂😂

Wir haben dieses tolle kleine Hotel in Neu Wulmstorf gefunden und haben uns sehr gefreut ein so schönes und geschmackvolles Haus gefunden zu haben. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr hübsch eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Obwohl unser Zimmer zur Bundesstraße lag, haben wir von der Straße, Dank der mehrfachverglasten Fenster, nichts mitbekommen. Im Zimmer steht eine kleine Nespresso-Maschine, so dass man sich morgens einen Kaffee zubereiten und ihn entspannt im Bett genießen kann. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls gut geschnitten. Die Dusche mit Glastüren ist groß und es läuft kein Wasser beim Duschen aus - was in vielen Hotels leider oft der Fall ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit. Da unsere Verwandtschaft in der Nähe wohnt, werden wir dieses angenehme Hotel sicher nun öfter besuchen.

perfekte Lage zum Heidepark, genuegend Parkmoeglichkeiten, gutes Fruehstueck! Schwimmbad und Sauna laden zum entspannen ein. gerne wieder!
