Wir waren zu einem Wochenendbesuch hier und haben drei Zimmer in zentraler Lage gesucht. Die zentrale Lage hatte es... Abends alleine vor die Haustür... Grenzwertig...sehr merkwürdige Mitmenschen... Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Trotzdem kostete der Platz in der 1,80 m hohen Parkgarage gleich und sofort vorab 10€/Nacht. Parkplätze in der Nähe leider auch Fehlanzeige. In den Zimmern, allen, erwarteten uns kalte Badezimmer, alle Heizungen nicht funktionierend. Bei einem Schrank war die Schranktür abgerissen und ragte gefährlich ins Zimmer. Alles roch nach kaltem Rauch, obwohl es ein Nichtraucherhotel ist... Die Krönung war das Frühstück... Sehr übersichtlich... Vergleichbar mit Kantine ohne ausreichende Sitzplätze... Geht leider gar nicht... Personal sehr nett und bemüht ... Aber wir suchen uns für die nächste Reise etwas anderes...

Einfaches und sauberes Hotel zu super gutem Preis. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Tiefgaragenplatz zu super Preis angeboten. Zugang nur für Hotelgäste und somit total sicher. Frühstücksbuffet völlig ausreichend und immer frisch aufgefüllt

So I stayed here a few nights (twice) on business, it's tucked away down a side street nothing outstanding in terms of appearance, it's just another building, with some hidden charm - Staff, attentive and very pleasant, it's got a pretty cozy bar, small but cozy. Sundays seem a little under staffed, but give credit where it's due, the staff work hard to service your needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, it does not feel too outdated, it's not 2023 but it's warm and friendly, some rooms come with a fridge, some not. Beds are comfortable and bed linen is top drawer, nice set of toiletries in the bathroom, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, even if a little outdated. Room service is available and is pretty darn good!! I like room service after a busy and long day, and it did not disappoint at all. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially if you compare to a similar holiday inn that boasts 4 stars, the H4 wins hands down on price and quality. Would I go back - most definitely, what attracts me the most..... the price and the room service, to be fair location was close to my business so that was not a major factor for me, however in saying this, there is a well appointed mall and many restaurants nearby and some decent food stores for those midnight snacks...... Thankyou for a warm welcome and a very enjoyable stay!

Conveniently located close to the highway and not far from town, but still in a nice quiet area. Good parking. Restaurant and bar in hotel as well, so if you are tired and don't want to go out to eat it's very convenient. They also had a vending machine for snacks, and free fruit. When we were there they only had buffet option for dinner, which didn't look that impressive, so we just had some pizza from the bar, and it was perfectly fine. The breakfast buffet was better. They had a tiny fridge in the room so we could keep some stuff cold ourselves, which was very practical. Comfortable bed, good size bathroom, very clean premises and nice employees.

Very modern and Skandinavian design rooms. Perfectly located in front of Hamburg Harburg train station. Shopping Mall and Cinemax are just a few minutes walk. The only thing I disliked was very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, unfortunately this sometimes happens and the accommodation cannot do much to avoid it.
