Hotel Perniagaan Terbaik di Hamburg

Vielen Dank an das Team des Crowne Plaza Hamburg. Es war ein sehr guten Aufenthalt. Der Check-in an der Rezeption ist sehr professionell. Der Willkommenssnack ist der reichhaltigste im Crowne Plaza, in dem ich bisher in Europa gelebt habe. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, ebenso das vor Ort zubereitete Omelett. Das Zimmer ist modern und komfortabel. Hamburg ist kalt, aber die Sauna im Hotel ist wunderbar. Jeder Mitarbeiter ist sehr begeistert. Dankeschön!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay! The rooms are so warm and clean and the location is just perfect- literally across the road from the central train station! You can walk everywhere from the hotel or take the train anywhere in the city and direct train yo the airport only 30minutes! Would happily stay again ❤️

I checked in here for 2 nights on a business trip and I honestly couldn't have asked for more. The lady that checked me in was extremely polite, spoke excellent English and she even found me a room so I could check in 5 hours early. I stayed on the 15th floor in a nice big clean room with a fridge, a big desk for working, a safe and a decent bathroom. I also had 3 free bottles of drink each morning which was nice to come back to after a day at work. If I'm in back in Hamburg any time soon, I'll definitely be booking to stay here again.

Fantastic Hotel, meet by polite friendly staff on arrival who assisted us on parking. Lovely reception area and Bar area to chill and relax. Clean Big rooms, fantastic shower free complementary bottle of water and a bag of Sweets… little touches like this go a long way! The Best buffet breakfast! I Love NU hotels and after a total refurbishment I highly recommend to stay here. WELL DONE NU 👍🏻

物超所值！ 在德國漢堡有如此舒適寬敞明亮的酒店性價比真高啊！酒店很新！服務很好！酒店的前台很有服務意識！這是很意外的！ Check in會登記訊息，建議連Wi-Fi直接註冊會員會有免費高速網絡，不註冊會員就是速度網絡！ 建議水景房，靠水那一側比較安靜！另一側城景不靠河，樓下就是聖誕市集比較熱鬧！ 地理位置很好，步行可以到達市中心繁華商業地段，基本上漢堡的市集，奢侈品步行街，都在附近，景點也很近。 整體推薦，酒店的細節很好，房間裏有2瓶免費的玻璃瓶飲用水，冰箱裏是空的，是給客人用來使用的，洗澡水非常好啊！水壓特別大！洗澡特別好，衞生間的淋浴空間在歐洲真的算是大的。床很舒適！枕頭也很舒服！住宿沒毛病！各個細節都很德系，除了書桌上的插座🔌，如果你的轉換器是長的書桌就用不了會卡住，但不影響。 早餐沒在酒店吃不好評價。 前台服務態度算是德國遇到的好的，大部分德國人還是很不熱情的，但是這酒店前台都很不錯！ 重點：有拖鞋！！！歐洲很多沒拖鞋這家有！ 洗護很好聞! 房間很新！ 酒店門口一直有taxi等候，打車很方便！ 德國漢堡打車算便宜的放心上車！ 置物架很大放超大託運箱很方便！ 整體超級推薦！

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

So I stayed here a few nights (twice) on business, it's tucked away down a side street nothing outstanding in terms of appearance, it's just another building, with some hidden charm - Staff, attentive and very pleasant, it's got a pretty cozy bar, small but cozy. Sundays seem a little under staffed, but give credit where it's due, the staff work hard to service your needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, it does not feel too outdated, it's not 2023 but it's warm and friendly, some rooms come with a fridge, some not. Beds are comfortable and bed linen is top drawer, nice set of toiletries in the bathroom, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, even if a little outdated. Room service is available and is pretty darn good!! I like room service after a busy and long day, and it did not disappoint at all. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially if you compare to a similar holiday inn that boasts 4 stars, the H4 wins hands down on price and quality. Would I go back - most definitely, what attracts me the most..... the price and the room service, to be fair location was close to my business so that was not a major factor for me, however in saying this, there is a well appointed mall and many restaurants nearby and some decent food stores for those midnight snacks...... Thankyou for a warm welcome and a very enjoyable stay!

We had to cancel our booking for the Premier Inn next door due to train problems travelling up from Cologne. Premier Inn allowed cancellation up to 6pm on day of arrival, which is an excellent forward thinking move by them especially in the context of where we are in the world today. Back to the hotel we stayed in. I was impressed that they would donate the cost of the room service to charity if you chose not to take it. They then offered you a free drink if you took that option but we chose to donate that as well. COVID rules in place and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The room was a good size and I liked the winged back reading chair, as well as the complimentary tea and coffee in the room. The breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold buffet. The staff were friendly and ready to help especially the breakfast team. We usually use the IBIS hotel directly across the road on our visits to Hamburg but cant see us returning there if the level of service here is maintained. Value for money as well. Cracking location for the Millerntor stadium and the decent bars and restaurants in the vicinity
