I checked in here for 2 nights on a business trip and I honestly couldn't have asked for more. The lady that checked me in was extremely polite, spoke excellent English and she even found me a room so I could check in 5 hours early. I stayed on the 15th floor in a nice big clean room with a fridge, a big desk for working, a safe and a decent bathroom. I also had 3 free bottles of drink each morning which was nice to come back to after a day at work. If I'm in back in Hamburg any time soon, I'll definitely be booking to stay here again.

Ich habe heute eine 60 min Massage bekommen. Es war ein tolles Erlebnis. In dem Wartebereich gab es ein Tee zur Einstimmung ( was super wäre wenn die gebrauchten Kelche gekennzeichnet wären). Ich wurde von einer sehr freundlichen Masseurin abgeholt. Sie hat mir Anfang ganz toll erklärt was sie nun vorhat und es war sehr wohltuend . Auf der Seite lag ich sehr gemütlich und ich bekam zwischen die Beine ein Handtuch . Das Massage Öl war vorgewärmt und der Handdruck der Massage war spitze . Am Ende gab es noch eine Nacken Massage , die war so wohltuend und unter die Knie bekam ich eine Handtuchrolle . Der Raum war warm und es gab leise Entspannungsmusik. Rund um gelungen .

Super value for the amount paid, its not luxury and a bit outdated but its clean and functionel. Sleept very well in the clean beds, nice breakfast (according to price) Parking 10 euro a day in hotels own cellar parking. U-bahn (metro) that brings you straight to city centre , 600 meters walk, buses just in front of hotel. Staff very helpfull. Shops nearby , visit the mall bilstedt only 300 meters from hotel, great offers and selction , Mac D just across the street. Very multicultural neighborhood, (we didnt experience anything bad)

Location is good which is just two minutes walk from train station. Breakfast buffet is worth to have it, there are different selections of food and a very nice coffee to start a day. Friendly staff in reception but the waiting time for check in is a bit long , maybe it was the peak time. A bit disappointed of No slipper was offered in my room. Overall it is a nice hotel which can be recommended.

Als Alleinreisende war ich vom 27.-29.12.2022 zum ersten Mal in dem Hotel. Ich hatte bei einer Anreise um ca. 10.30 Uhr die Möglichkeit, meinen Koffer in einem Raum unterzustellen. Check-In-Zeit 14.00 Uhr. Ca. 13.30 Uhr kam ich wieder ins Hotel um einzuchecken. Etwas unflexibel in der Zeit - es wurde tatsächlich bis 13.50 Uhr gewartet und mit den Check Inns begonnen - vermutlich, weil sich schon einige Gäste zum Check-Inn versammelt hatten. Vorher wurde gesagt, dass ein Check-Inn erst um 14.00 Uhr beginnt. Ok. Es war bekannt - aber etwas mehr Flexibilität in den letzten 30 Minuten wären schon nett gewesen. Das Zimmer war absolut in Ordnung und sauber. Eine Flasche Wasser stand zum Preis von 4,50 EUR bereit, die man bitte an der Rezeption zahlen sollte. Das Angebot habe ich nicht wahrgenommen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße und die Fenster sind absolut dicht und man hat nicht wirklich etwas von der Straße mitbekommen. Das Bad ist sehr sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Überdenken sollte man bei einer Renovierung mal, ob ein Duschvorhang noch zeitgemäß ist. Nicht sehr angenehm, wenn der Vorhang einen ”verfolgt” ;-) Ich hatte ohne Frühstück gebucht und am Morgen gefragt, wo ich mir evtl. an einem Automaten einen Kaffee ziehen könnte. Den durfte ich mir kostenfrei am Buffet holen - toller Service! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
