Ulasan Heartland Ambassador Hotel Hamilton

Wow, this hotel is DEFINITELY a MOTEL. Maybe worse. Firstly, I booked this hotel because it was advertising itself WITH air-conditioning in ALL of it’s rooms. Well this is a TOTAL LIE. Secondly, it rained when we checked into this hotel and ours were 2nd level units. NO LIFTS - u have to DRAG ur luggage up stairs Thirdly, not SHELTERED. U will be soaking wet as there are NO ROOFS over ur head going up to ur rooms Fourth, rooms are filthy - dust on everywhere, everything and stained sheets. LASTLY - we booked this place WITH BREAKFASTS. I booked 2 units of 3 bedroom units. Sounds alot? Yes 11 of us travelling together. Guess how many breakfasts they gave us PER room? 2?!?!??????!!!!!!!! The audacity! If I could give ZERO stars yes, this place will be that!

基本上這間酒店（旅店）你想要的都有，但質素不高，最大的優點是如果是自駕遊就很方便，可以將車泊在門口這一項十分好，其他的不要算，也是不錯的對面有一間大型超市買東西也方便！

不適合帶孩子，空調都是灰。服務人員很好，可惜房子不太好。

The carpet old and worn. The ceiling had a big water stain. The wifi was a joke and the extractor fan was so loud and you couldn’t turn it off. No sky movie channel either. Would not recommend this to anyone also the breakfast was a joke and they had the cheek to charge $28

Great accommodation close to town and rugby stadium. All staff encountered friendly and helpful. If you are a walker the river bank walk is handy and good to get your mileage up. If you wish to walk to town centre then plenty cafes and restaurants nearby. Recommend Speights Ale house.

Took students to Waikato University we had two family rooms close to all emenities pak n save food places in walking distance Our students easy access without any one else. At the end of the day the Hot tub was a welcoming invitation for the students to relax dinner and a great nights rest comfortable beds and pillows fresh and clean

Best and most enjoyable staff was right here at Heartlands kids laughed and played from 2 till 7 then ate then swam till 9 thank goodness the beds were beautiful clean and soft because the snoring was loud they were so exhausted then up early to the restaurant for a yummy breakfast which was hot plentiful and a great variety then back in the pool till check out lol AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME

Comfortable room with everything that one would expect in a hotel room. Bathroom was a little dated, but all fixtures and fittings worked well. Reception and dining room service excellent. Would definitely stay here again if back in Hamilton.

Room was good size nice and warm with heat pump extra blankets for the cold ones and perfect area to stay close to the glow box arena breakfast incl breast was a great selection highly recommend to get breakfast with your stay. Our room had 2 singles 1 queen size bed. Was perfect for 3 adults

We booked for a whanau of 4 for Fielddays. The room had two very comfortable queen beds, lots of pillows. Room had all we needed for an overnight stay and was very clean, tidy and modern. Shower over bath suited us for bathing options and supplied washes & creams were nice. Staff service was quick, efficient. Small issue with traffic noise- we had a room facing a busy road - but no drama once we were asleep. Would come back again.

The room was tidy with all amenities and the bed was very comfortable. The pool/hot tub area looked nice but we didn't use it. The only negatives were that the heat pump did not appear to be working well. It was still coolish at 28 degrees. We turned it off but found that the room was warm enough anyway. There was an extraction fan in the bathroom that was on from 6am-10pm and was quite noisy. Shutting the door to the bathroom helped. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was good. Rooms clean and fresh. Unfortunately we were woken around 2am by an alarm. By 230am, we rang reception, who were great, checked and called us back, said it was safe, but not on their property so there was nothing they could do. This alarm persisted til approx 530am, so no sleep.

This hotel is a small one with rooms that are clean . Room is small and so also the lift. Beds were a bit narrow.We were given rooms in the annex overlooking the pool. Few of the fixtures showed wear and tear. Bathroom is small .We didnt use the buffet or restaurant facilty.Ample free car parking.No complains what so ever. Reception staff were prompt and efficient . We had a good stay.
