بإستثناء موظف اسمه عبدالعزيز قصير القامة نذل جدا في التعامل في البوفيه مع النزلاء يجبرهم على الجلوس في طاولات محددة حتى تسهل له عملية التنظيف وحتى قبل لا ان ينتهو من الاكل يسالهم finished or no ..اما الفندق جميل جدا المظهر العام للفندق يجلب الاسترخاء موظفي الاستقبال جدا لطفاء مرونة في التعامل وتسهيل الإجراء الغرفة نظيفة جدا ومشرحة المكان قريب من الأماكن الحيوية بمسافة نصف كيلو تقريبا . اقامة به لاتمل من حيت المرافق والنشاطات نهارا وليلا.

We are presently at this hotel and to be honest not what we were hoping for, even though nearing the end of September it is still very busy , as described in previous reports the dining hall at lunch times and especially evenings I can honestly report is chaos . Queues everywhere ,tables not getting cleared or made up ,it is beyond beggars belief! twice I have reported this but no solution to problems by hotel yet and don’t hold to much hope. other major issue are the pool towels or lack of them especially for new guests when they arrive ! :and dirty stained sun loungers cushions , I’m not sure on the criteria of a 5 star hotel but to me this one must fall some distance short ?!

Its a great hotel i really had fun , the rooms are so comfortable especially the beds and its always clean , the animation great,so much fun i laughed my guts out and really enjoyed all of the shows. Animation the best of the best, The pools are really big and the water temperature is always right so so you will have the best time there and the slides are just epic. There is always a variety in food and you can have whatever you want without worrying about the taste even for a sec cuz its always delicious so no matter where you can from you will enjoy it. Long story short its a really nice hotel and you will definitely enjoy your stay there so try it !
