Ulasan Ibis Hotel (Hangzhou West Lake Jiefang Road)

Location was good staff was friendly and helpful. However TV was not working aircon was noisy and rom looks old. Hotel rooms was on the 5th floor of the complex while reception is on ground floor. There is only one lift access and the complex is an old and worn down building.

I had an excellent stay at IBIS Hangzhou. The hotel is conveniently located near Hangzhou West Lake Jiefang Road and a short walk from the Metro. A Starbucks on the first floor and numerous nearby Asian restaurants added to the convenience. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were extremely clean and fitted with smart devices. Overall, a fantastic experience. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very impressed with their pro guests attitude, all staff are helpful n go the extra miles to assist guests, such as offer to help book taxi, provides extra drinking water, free usage of washers n dryers, good spread of breakfast. I really can not ask for more. Well done Ibis.

This is a newly opened hotel under Ibis brand. The check-in section is located on the first floor and the rooms are located on the fifth floor. You will also find the laundry room, hotel’s breakfast section and lockers on the fifth floor as well. It is like a complex in a compact. Rooms are very good and well-maintained. Everything about the room is perfect. Inside the building, there are also plenty of restaurants and also Starbucks. You can walk nearby to several places and there are many shops outside the building. I recommend you this hotel.

The hotel located at a very good place, there were so many restaurants in the building (unfortunately i stayed during Chinese new year, so all restaurants are closed). However, there is a Starbucks and Mcdonald at the building. (I can ordered food and it literally delivered to my door) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Downside was that I requested the room with window but its turn out the view was the other room view. But overall I enjoyed my time at the hotel, and definitely come back again ☺️

We have no regrets to stay here, easy access to metro station, very helpful & caring reception staff, room is clean, water shower pressure is good, breakfast is great, we have nice fruit, very good coffee, variety to choice for breakfast, hotel equip with washing machine and dryer, we strongly recommend this hotel

Easy to find and get around. The breakfast had enough variety and tasted good, although no coffee. They give one packet of coffee in the room. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor (hotel is on 5th floor). The pillows and blanket are comfortable. Staff are nice.

Check in on 29/5 and check out on 31/5. Check in process even the receptionist not understand english. However he did their best to help us. The hotel inside the shopping mall at fifth floor. Only one lift availble to use for hotel guest. Nearest metro station about 15 minutes walk and very convinient to travel around.

There’s washing machine and dryer which you can operate yourself. Room is extremely clean. Service is good, people are nice.

Breakfast was good for the price I paid. Breakfast venue was clean & tidy. Staffs were courteous & helpful especially the lady at the counter when I was checking out. She went all out to help me book a Taxi at 4.45am in the morning. Thanks for her great help.

Hotel service staff is good but the reception is at d ground floor and the rooms is at fifth floor of a shopping centre and only one lift available
